Took a phone here to be fixed. They damaged it and then put parts that didn't work. Took me 2 weeks and a real shop to get it fixed. They said they would reimburse me for thee damages but couldn't afford to pay me apparently which make sense why Some dude name Sal bought this store because he said the old owner went broke and couldn't afford the rent anymore. You have a better chance throwing your phone against a wall and it fixing itself. I was cool getting reimbursed and going on my way but breaking people items. Promising to pay and then flaking isn't cool. So they get to go to small claims and pay even more lol. read more

This place is super shady. Brought my phone in, was told it would be ready wednesday day. I show up the wednesday some girl is working at the counter and can't find my phone. She calls someone to find it and she calls me back to say it will be ready in another couple days. I show up again, phone still isn't ready and the person working the counter had to call yet again to find the phone. Later I realized these knuckle heads dont know where the phone is because they dont even work there. They were there getting tattoos! lol. Thats right. You can get your phone worked on and get a tattoo in the back. Hit up @tattoo.marcos831 on IG to get some work while your phone is getting mangled. I had to go to this phone repair shop because they open on Sunday. My new phone was totally blacked out on the same day I had bought after all of my information was transferred to that defected phone. T-Mobile retail store guy told me I had to fix the defected phone first to be able to transfer the information to the other phone. T-Mobile retail store guy referred me to that repair shop because that shop was open on Sunday. I really couldn't lose my information. That's why even though repair guy, Angelo at repair shop charged me ridiculously high, I wanted him to fix my new phone. The repair guy, Angelo was very dishonest. He charged me $329.15 for not doing anything for my defected phone. He charged me upfront even before he fixed my phone. When I didn't need to have it fixed anymore, I told him to cancel the parts he had ordered. He said he couldn't cancel. I was expecting him to refund my money because he didn't do anything to fix my phone. He said the price of parts was $290.00. My new defected phone was $199.00. When I asked him to show me the invoice from parts store, he refused. He couldn't show it to me because he was lying. He is a lier and a total thief!!!!! I was going to pay him at least half of $329.15 if he refunded my money. I lost $329.15 but at least I am glad I didn't leave my phone to that guy. I don't want to imagine that dishonest guy like Angelo trying to repair my phone. Horrible and dreadful experience!!!!! Don't ever go there!!!! read more

I brought an iPhone 5 (damaged screen) and and Nexus 6p (would not boot). The screen on the iphone was fixed the same day, but they lost my phone case, and gave me cheap replacement. The Nexus I was told would take 3 days to find out what was wrong because it had to get sent to a specialist. After almost two weeks and me having to call for updates because I never got a call back, I told the guy I was done waiting and that I picking up the phone. I went down to their store, and got my phone back, also without a case because the lost that one too! After I got home I was looking at the phone more carefully and it looks as if they tried to open the phone and bent the frame. I brought in an iPhone 7 to have the screen and battery replaced and was able to watch while it was done in front of me. Cesar took the phone apart thoroughly and carefully to avoid causing any internal damage and tested everything to make sure it worked properly when he was done. When the fingerprint reader wasn't operating right, he disassembled the entire unit again and put in new materials to do it correctly and make sure I walked out satisfied. Nicely done! read more

I went to Apple and I was quickly dismissed and told I needed to buy a whole new phone because there was no way my phone was going to work anymore. I decided to see if changing the charger port would work and a friend of mine recommended EasyFix to me. When I went, Caesar said he was going to do tests on my phone to see what the problem was Incase it wasn't the charger port to save me money. He ended up telling me it was really dirty inside but he cleaned it up and MY PHONE WAS WORKING AGAIN! He only charged my for the cleaning and said if for whatever reason the charger port doesn't work, he will subtract my payment of the cleaning for the charger port so I won't pay as much. This past week, my family and I were going through the scariest of times when my son was involved in a car accident and in the ICU. I have an Asus ROG2 gaming phone. It's not a typical phone and requires someone that knows what they're doing. Almost every shop I called couldn't even order the the screen for it. These guys not only got a new screen, but they fixed the broken piece inside that the last tech had screwed up. And they were less expensive than the last place I took it to. Hard to believe. They tried that with me last time with a iPhone 7 and wanted me to pay $199 again I called and over the phone they changed it to $29 dollars.
