They are fast, but quality is compromised. I took my phone battery to be replaced a few months ago, the battery was fine; however, they never installed a water resistant glue on my iphone so the first water splash it hit, it caused damage. I wasnt informed about the lack of water resistance at any point. The phone continued to function. I took it back to them and they said they will dry it out but the damage was already done. I wasnt informed given a slight attitude when i took the phone back after the incident. A few weeks after i got the white screen of death, i took it to a different repair shop and they informed the inside two cables were damaged and there was about 6 screws missing around the battery. I had to just get a new phone due to al the issues. So affordable prices, quick fix but quality is compromised. Repair was done in July of 2025, phone screens topped working 8 weeks later After I posted this review, the owner publicly responded by telling me not to "blame others for [my] own mistakes" and stating that he hoped I would not return. I have attached his response so customers can evaluate it themselves. My complaint remains about the physical condition of the phone following the repair. A different repair shop later identified two damaged internal cables and approximately six missing screws around the battery. read more

I took a TENS controller in with a broken screen. They couldn't fix it. We were informed that repair parts are specific for each device ( they have a catalog) and the Tens was not included. Other people, who have had issues with their phones, have come here for repair and were satisfied. So, if you have a broken cellphone, they will most likely be able to fix it for you but don't expect them to repair non supported devices. Friendly staff and good price on their products however after I left satisfied with my new 500$ phone I returned back months later because it was blacklisted left on SOS and marked as STOLEN. EZFIX SELLS STOLEN PHONES!!. I came back into the store to see how they would resolve this issue before I hand it over to authorities however he did not even want to give me a slight discount on a different phone. Act completely clueless to what the computer was showing claiming the IMEI number wasn't showing up in the system. Let's be for real. Pulled off the act for the entire visit and then ended up giving me attitude. I'm not from Glendora so I had the make a drive out here for them to just waste my time. Gave him so many opportunities to fix it this and he completely disregarded my issue. I mean I paid 500$ for this phone what am I supposed to do now. Terrible service if you ask me, overall their LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY is what was appalling. At some point he even blamed me for having it MARKED AS STOLEN.
