Took my son's iPhone here because of the great ratings. They checked it the same evening and said there was water damage and that it might be fixable the next day. They quoted me for the screen and didn't charge me, which I appreciated. The next day they called and said it wasn't fixable. When I went to pick it up, I was hoping for an explanation--but the receptionist (not a tech) just handed me the phone with no details at all. No explanation, no effort to clarify what was wrong. I left disappointed. I drove out there twice and wasted time and gas for basically nothing. I then took it to iFix For U, where they checked it immediately, explained the issues (screen and motherboard), quoted me clearly, and had it ready the next day. If you're looking for reliable service and clear communication, I wouldn't recommend this place. Still not sure why I never got an explanation. read more

I just repaired the glass on the back of my iPhone 13 Pro in January and somehow placing my phone on solid surfaces led to cracks on the back of my phone again. I changed my case and protected it even more so than before for the same reason that I JUST paid for a replacement. Not sure if the cover of my camera lens coming off had anything to do with my glass replacement but now my x1 camera is foggy so I've got a foggy lens & a cracked back glass. I see why this place has so many excellent ratings. The headset port seemed to be having issues on my laptop because two different sets of headphones weren't working with it. I brought it to a laptop repair place by me and they quoted me a high price which wasn't really worth it considering it'd be just a little more to replace the laptop. The second place I brought it to said their headphones were working when it was plugged in but they were very rude and brushed me off. When I brought it here they quoted me a decent price to fix the headset port however when they tested it their headphones were working as well and they recommended I buy a new set of headphones first. Then they change another one, same thing happened and could not turn on at all after turning off and restart. He gave me a quote of $79. over the phone to fix my iPhone. I had had the exact same problem with my iPad and I had paid $120 to get that fixed and it only took the technician less than one minute to fix it. But they wouldn't lower the price, even though it was such a simple fix. When I got to iTech, he asked if I had a little time so he could work on the phone so I waited for a few minutes. He told me that he fixed it, but wasn't sure for how long it would work but he only charged me $20. He said if it failed to keep the charge to come back and he would credit me the $20 and charge me the $79. I've had my phone for over three months now and it has never failed to charge. This place started out great. I brought in my wife's laptop for a new battery on a Thursday. I also asked him to update to windows11. The man that gave me the estimate of $254.15 seemed friendly and professional though based on Google search the price seemed a little high. Nevertheless based on the excellent reviews I decided to go ahead with it. He said it will be ready in a couple of days. On Monday I get a call that it is ready. I pick it up the same day and it works great (so far so good). Then we notice it won't charge past 90%. So I took it back the very next day. That's when everything went downhill. Three days went by (no call) I had to call they said still working on it. Two days later I had to call again. Now they said they will order a new battery and will be ready in about a week. A week later I called now they say another two days. Two days later I called and they seemed to do me a favor by having it ready but didn't have time to test the new battery. The woman who handed me the laptop added " if I still had trouble with the battery it's my laptop". So pretty much don't bother us again. I picked it up and decided no matter what I'm never coming back. As it turns out everything is working and laptop now charges to 100%. In my opinion they are capable of good work but when things go wrong or not as expected and you've already paid you get brushed aside with a lack of consideration and communication. Based on the overwhelming positive reviews they certainly won't miss me. There are so many computer repair businesses out there eventually I'll find a good honest reliable one. read more

I was really hoping this place would work out because of the high rating but for me it did not. I brought in my macbook laptop that was extremely slow to load upon start up. They told me they would wipe it all and then put it back on laptop. I said sure. Then when I came for pick up, same exactly problem! It's like they did not even test it out before handing it over to me. So they take it back again and I have to come back later in the week. The part that really get me angry is that I during the inspection they told me I needed a new battery. I said yes hoping that my battery life would be even better. But now I am having battery issues! All of this never happened with my old battery. Only the "new" one they gave me. My laptop will not even stay on if I do not have it constantly plugged in. I got these services March 22 and the battery started acting up May- only 2 months later. A problem I never had! Extremely upset that I went in for a fixing and came out with a new problem. I'm really glad I found ITech as their service is amazing, no beating around then bush, no upselling, just great only what you need service. I brought my laptop in because it wouldn't charge even with the AC adapter plugged in, they diagnosed it right away, unlike Geek Squad who told me that they had to ship my laptop to their base of operations to be able to see what's wrong with it. Not ITech Xpress, they diagnosed my laptop right away and told me they could fix it with no problems and I would get my laptop back in a few days. They were open and their website said they take walk ins, so I drove over there. I was helped right away. The clerk checked my phone to make sure it worked properly. I mentioned in passing that my phone was hard to hear callers. They said it could be fixed for a small charge. I was told it would take up to one hour. There were a few comfortable looking chairs to wait. I decided to take a quick 15 min walk. By the time I returned it was done. My phone works perfectly now and I was in and out in 30 minutes!
