I've brought a few electronics here before and they always fix them really fast. Very happy with the service.

The technician(s) at iTech are miracleworkers! I am beyond impressed and feel fortunate that I found them in our foothill community. They are effective, courteous, and extremely fair and reasonable. Seriously. Backstory: I brought my iphone 14 pro max after it got a little moisture under the screen and in the camera, and the phone went completely dark and unusable. I tried using my phone Ins., Asurion, and went to their approved repair shop, uBreakiFix in Duarte. The guy there didnt even touch my phone and he proceeded to tell me that that "the phone was done." I couldnt believe it. He said I can try the last resort solution and quickly referred me to his friends at DriveSavers who quoted me the cost to repair/ recover my phone info. would be anywhere from $800-$3900!! That's INSANE!! My guess is they are getting some sort of kickback from DriveSavers. Do yourelf a favor and bring your gadgets and business to iTech Express! read more

I contacted iTech Xpress about changing the connectors on a battery for a kids ride on toy. The company discontinued sale of the original battery and the connector was soldered on to it so I couldn't just swap it out with a new one. My husband stopped by and they had it all taken care of right away. Pricing is very reasonable, service is fast and friendly. I highly recommend them and greatly appreciate their help in getting my kids back on the road! They were very happy to see their car back in action. If you have an electronic that needs some care make sure to reach out to them. Parking can be a little tight but there are spaces in front and there are plenty of shops in the area so you can drop off your item for repair and get a bite to eat. read more

This phone, computer and electronic repair shop cannot and will not be beat as they offer the best service and pricing anywhere. The owner and his entire staff are very honest, trustworthy, and professional. Customers will always be quoted fair and honest pricing PRIOR to any work being done to repair your electronics. Upon receiving the customer's approval to proceed with repairs, your property will usually be ready for pickup within mere hours. Larger items may take a day or two. Pricing is better than that of other repair shops; I have tried many competitors, and this shop has them all beat. The store itself is well-stocked with accessories, and there are comfortable chairs should you decide to wait for your repairs. Parking is available in their small, private lot and/or on the street. read more

Came here 2 years ago to fix my iPhone 13 screen. They ended up giving me a cheap lcd when 13 has OLED. The owner called me up 30 mins after I left a review and tried to make it right but still made me pay another $60 on top of like $80 I already had paid. This was 2 years ago so I didn't ever want to deal with that mess again. Well 2 years later my grandpa went and got my moms iPhone 14 Pro Max screen replaced front & Back. They did the same thing to my grandpa I had to go back because the phone was handed down to me. I instantly noticed ghosting, the battery and screen heating up fast. It even said LCD screen replacement on the iPhone 14 Pro Max receipt. Why when it's OLED? There's no transparency here they'll gladly rip you off. I had to be the one to go back in and have them fix the issue. When I got the iPhone 14 back I noticed the screen clicks when I put pressure on the front facing camera area and the battery drains so fast. I'm tired Boss. Don't ever come here. I honestly don't want to go back to get this fixed AGAIN for the 3rd time. Come here if you want to be charged $300 for cheap china LCD screens. Please read my review carefully before you try to gaslight me trying so hard to turn my words around. Why would I ask you to fix my phone from 2 years ago? I'm talking about the 14 pro max from a few weeks ago can't you read? read more

ITech Xpress Phone & Computer Repair - $30 in sales tax and of course no warranty. - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me - Covina, California

9-25-26 I initially put out a repair shop search on Yelp regarding my small electric device that had the plastic coating breaking off that covers the two very small wires. I discovered that most electronic repair shops service or fix large appliances or devices. Joe at iTech Xpress responded to my search inquiry within a very short time. He asked if I had a picture. I did, and I sent it to him. He responded back that it was something he/they could repair. I took my device to the shop/yesterday to show it to him directly. After seeing it, because of how it was put together, we decided to just wrap the wires. It was an easier repair without alot/any cost. Joe was very friendly and professional. The store is very modern and clean also. I highly recommend them. read more

Excellent customer service. The watch was done pretty much on time. I was unable to pick it up the next day because they close at about 5 PM on a Saturday but for the most part everything look good. I can't wait to see if it is working well the 90 days warranty is very reassuring so I'm hoping for the best went to try to get a estimate on a Mac MacBook, but it may be more expensive to repair it so they are very honest. read more

Outstanding service! My phone was overheating. I did everything suggested by Samsung. Nothing worked. Brought it into Itech Express. They determined there was nothing wrong with the phone but some apps were causing the trouble. Removed the apps and the phone is back to normal. Very professional and courteous. Definitely would recommend! read more

Amazing quality. In and out service for my iPhone 17pro max. I had a cracked screen and they helped me ASAP. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Thank you iTech Express for getting things back on track quickly and professionally. Highly recommended!

I know it's 2026 and my IPhone 8 is ancient. Battery finally died on me today. They replaced it in less than an hour. My only regret is not replacing the battery here sooner. Absolutely worth the money. Would highly recommend. Thank you for your help. read more

ZERO STARS!!! Do NOT waste your money here. I paid $200 for a screen replacement, and the screen was defective from DAY ONE. It ended up cracking even with a screen protector on it, and when I went back expecting them to stand behind their work, they wanted to do absolutely NOTHING about it. Instead, they had the audacity to ask me for ANOTHER $100 to replace the defective screen -- just days after I had already paid them $200. So basically, pay $200 for a defective screen and then another $100 when it fails. Absolutely ridiculous, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

ITech Xpress was amazing! We had a computer that was in the garage collecting dust since 2018. We had pictures of our puppies that we had been meaning to transfer but of course never got around to it. Long story short we were unable to start the computer and ITech Xpress was there to save the day! The cleaned the computer and was able to get it started as well as transferred the files to an external hard drive. We got our pictures back. Thank you so much! read more

Took my son's iPhone here because of the great ratings. They checked it the same evening and said there was water damage and that it might be fixable the next day. They quoted me for the screen and didn't charge me, which I appreciated. The next day they called and said it wasn't fixable. When I went to pick it up, I was hoping for an explanation--but the receptionist (not a tech) just handed me the phone with no details at all. No explanation, no effort to clarify what was wrong. I left disappointed. I drove out there twice and wasted time and gas for basically nothing. I then took it to iFix For U, where they checked it immediately, explained the issues (screen and motherboard), quoted me clearly, and had it ready the next day. If you're looking for reliable service and clear communication, I wouldn't recommend this place. Still not sure why I never got an explanation. read more

My cell phone sustained water damage. I took my cell phone in this morning, and an hour later they booted up my damaged phone & transferred all my data to my new phone. For the last two weeks my damaged cell phone sat at a cell phone repair shop nearby and later told me my cell phone could not be repaired. Thank you ITech Xpresss for your Help! read more

10/10 customer service 9/10 repair service 6/10 Customer value. I've been here before to replace screens and they've done so phenomenally at an understandable cost, however, you are better off with at home youtube tutorials for the simple repairs. ITech Xpress charged a $38 "Diagnostic fee" and told me to wait 30 mins - 1 hour for a 5 minute job (removing stuck charger piece), and they didn't even clean the charging port, it's still just as dusty as before. I know it's not required to be cleaned since it wasn't requested, but as a business who portrays themselves to be of a high standard it should be common courtesy to clean the port, this visit just felt like a blatant cash grab. read more

ITech Xpress Phone & Computer Repair - Best place in Covina for all electronic repairs - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me - Covina, California

I just repaired the glass on the back of my iPhone 13 Pro in January and somehow placing my phone on solid surfaces led to cracks on the back of my phone again. I changed my case and protected it even more so than before for the same reason that I JUST paid for a replacement. Not sure if the cover of my camera lens coming off had anything to do with my glass replacement but now my x1 camera is foggy so I've got a foggy lens & a cracked back glass. I called about the 90-day warranty and nothing is covered. At this point, it looks like I'm better off purchasing a new phone and saving the 100+ dollars. Thanks either way! read more

I see why this place has so many excellent ratings. The headset port seemed to be having issues on my laptop because two different sets of headphones weren't working with it. I brought it to a laptop repair place by me and they quoted me a high price which wasn't really worth it considering it'd be just a little more to replace the laptop. The second place I brought it to said their headphones were working when it was plugged in but they were very rude and brushed me off. When I brought it here they quoted me a decent price to fix the headset port however when they tested it their headphones were working as well and they recommended I buy a new set of headphones first. I did and turns out they were right. I really appreciate the owner's honesty, his willingness to test the issue and his fair prices. read more

I think they are not such a good business. Price is debatable. I find it pretty steep. The repair process was pretty long. Overall not too bad but not the best experience either. read more
