Recently my Bose Wave radio fritzed out, and I contacted multiple electronics repair services who couldn't help since the product parts are no longer available. We brought in my daughter's phone for a new protective glass screen and they discovered that the main screen was popped out and then discovered that the battery had dangerously ballooned forcing the screen out. My experience with this company was good. Only repair I had was to replace the glass covering one of my camera lenses on my iPhone 12 max. Price was reasonable versus the Apple Store, which probably would've cost me a fortune as they would have to replace the entire glass back. Amongst their competing businesses, their pricing was around the same, there were some other competitors, which were much higher in cost, but I don't know how the lens would have differed. Something I would've liked for them to communicate was that the glass would look different from the factory lens cover. The person at the counter tried to upsell me, saying that the camera lens was damaged since there was some black dots when you zoomed in and it actually used that lens. I just asked them to clean it out and while it's not 100% perfect, it's good enough considering I rarely ever zoom more than 2.5x into anything. Otherwise, they had finished the repair... I'd say in about 20 minutes. I just walked in and did not have a scheduled time. Thankfully, my job was simple for them. They've got a lot of different phone cases and it looks like they also do laptop repairs so definitely good to know. read more

My laptop keyboard had several keys that stopped working for some reason so I requested a quote on Yelp and they quickly got back to me. It was an relatively affordable price compared to some other quotes I received so I decided to drop by. After checking my laptop briefly at the store, they said I would have to replace my entire keyboard and were straight to the point with the exact pricing which included the service fee. I paid half of the quoted price first, while they ordered the parts needed and paid the remaining value after they fixed my keyboard. The only complaint I have is that, the keyboard replacement keys weren't as smooth and the letters didn't look as clear as my original keyboard. But I got used to it after a while and it still works as it used to so I'm okay with it. Overall, it was a pretty quick process and took less than a week including the time it took to order my replacement keyboard part. Other notes: limited 30 day warranty for the parts they fixed! read more
