I have an iPhone XR and needed my phone fixed due to a broken screen, I had clumsy hands aka too many drinks lol The set up inside is nice and clean, you can tell they take pride in maintaining the store. I was greeted immediately and awesome customer service. I came close to closing and they were able to accommodate me. Fixed my phone in 10 minutes! I had dropped my coffee cup (luckily it was empty) a few days ago and in doing so, I guess I dropped my phone and the screen shattered so much it made a grown man cry! so, fast forward a few days of doing research on how much it would cost to replace my screen, the average price was nearly 100 bucks! I went on an adventure today (August 10, 2022) and went to a few places to get a quote on how much it would be. One place said a little over 120 (or a lot more - I can't recall now), then another place didn't know how much it would be. Then this place said it would only be 60 bucks! I told them I'd look around a little more and a few minutes after that, I came back and dropped off my LG Aristo 5 (it's been the bestest and greatest phone I've had so far, other than it breaking my heart by getting shattered). so, just as I was driving up my driveway, they call me and tell me my phone was ready! I was shocked and stunned at how fast they were!!! I so much appreciate getting my phone fixed! I had recently been banned by Google (Google's AI is NOT intelligent) and if I bought a new phone, I don't think I'd be able to switch over all of my info anymore. read more

So I came into this place reading its raving reviews and left extremely disappointed. I brought my iwatch series 4 that had a screen issue to be diagnosed. The lady in the front brought my watch to someone in the back that I couldn't even speak with or see. She came out in about 15 seconds and said that my screen needed to be replaced. The cost would be $170. SCAM! The problem with tech repairs is that they are similar to auto repairs. Many people have no idea what's wrong with their products or how to spot the problem. Trust amongst the repair man is paramount as anyone could charge you an arm and leg for something that would only cost an eyelash to repair. I waited to get a second opinion on my iwatch and brought it to a trusted friend. He took a look at the watch and diagnosed the screen as not broken but needed to be attached back to the watch. He re-attached the screen in one day. Best of all it cost me $15 bucks and it works great. I understand if this business owner made a mistake in diagnosing my watch, but the other issue is that he glanced at it and said I needed an entirely new screen. The owner indicated that they fully do a "full point check" to ensure they are not over or underwriting their work, but a mere 15 second glance at my watch doesn't sound like a "full point check". Sounds like a ploy to get a consumer to spend more money if you ask me. read more

These guys are amazing. I realized that my iPhone 12 Pro was having speaker issues and I brought it to the Apple store to see if they would cover it under warranty. Unfortunately, my phone didn't had already been out of warranty. However, they were still going to fix my phone call speaker by changing the entire screen. They quoted me $306 after tax. I thought that was a little bit absurd since all it needed was a new speaker. I gave ITech a call and Sam had asked me to bring in the phone the next day so that he could look at it. I took it in at about 11:15 and he said it was only going to cost $89 + tax. I was so delighted that he was going to save me $200! I dropped off the phone and he told me to return at 12pm. Just like Sam said, I came back at noon and it was ready for pickup. He even allowed me to keep the original part. The kicker to this great deal was that there was also a 90 day warranty for the work that he had done. I will definitely be back for all my electronics needs. They also repair laptops! read more

My iPhone was stuck on the Apple logo. I tried doing a forced reset but it didn't work. I sent a message asking for a price quote and explaining the problem I was having with my iPhone. I received a reply within a matter of minutes. It was suggested I come in so that he could take a look at my iPhone because it was either a software problem or an internal problem. I took my iPhone in and was told that it was a software problem. As it was about an hour close to closing time they were busy but able to fit me in. It took about 40 minutes to have my phone repaired and the cost for repair was affordable.
