Fast and Professional service. I took my DS Lites here, to get a quote to see how much it would cost to get them fixed and up and running. The staff team, was very professional and transparent of the possible issues such as: parts needed, the price, and turnaround time to get them back to me. They gave me a call the following day. They stated that one of the DS Lites was beyond saving, but the other one only had minor repairs needed. They suggested, that they can do a hybrid repair. By combining the working parts from both DS Lites, they can make one perfect and fully functional DS Lite. This greatly reduce the turnaround time to get it fixed and much more affordable too. Now $45 later, they gave me one perfectly refurbished DS Lite and even offered a six month warranty in case anything happens to it. Went to get a stripped screw removed because I had an overtightened SSD screw. Turns out, it wasn't overtightened and I probably have a bad screwdriver set lol. The guys here were great -- the backlight in my gauge cluster went out (the joys of an old German car), and the understood fix is the changing of a transistor, which fails often. I pulled the gauge out of the car, and James (?) changed out the transistor, then discovered a leaky capacitor, which he changed out too. Didn't charge me extra.
