Amazing service! I pass by this place for work and always wanted to check it out since I have two joycons with severe drift, but never got around to it until recently. Wish I did it sooner. I came by with my cousin since he also had a concern with his phone. Ishmael is super friendly and thorough with his explanations. While he couldn't directly repair my cousin's phone (z flip 6) Ishmael recommended some phone repair shops nearby. The joycon repairs was such a good price for $35. I thought it was about to be double that. The wait was only 20 minutes, so we went out and brought back a fruit tea drink for Ishmael just to thank him. All in all, 10/10! What a great find and experience. I brought in a sick Monster Power Conditioner & Surge Protector. While they normally don't work on units like this, they were kind enough to take a little bit of information I provided and opened the unit to take a look. James was awesome! I had a very thin wire that I accidentally snapped off inside a gaming handheld. I called a bunch of different places and they said they didn't have the equipment to handle such repairs. James had a video microscope that he used to show me exactly what the damage was. Not only are they helpful, they won't up charge you for your lack of knowledge like others. They are actually honest and fair! I came back days later to get my lagging laptop looked at. Fast and Professional service. I took my DS Lites here, to get a quote to see how much it would cost to get them fixed and up and running. The staff team, was very professional and transparent of the possible issues such as: parts needed, the price, and turnaround time to get them back to me. They gave me a call the following day. They stated that one of the DS Lites was beyond saving, but the other one only had minor repairs needed. They suggested, that they can do a hybrid repair. By combining the working parts from both DS Lites, they can make one perfect and fully functional DS Lite. This greatly reduce the turnaround time to get it fixed and much more affordable too. Now $45 later, they gave me one perfectly refurbished DS Lite and even offered a six month warranty in case anything happens to it.
