Expert Reaction had 5-stars so I decided to give them a try. First of all, we're both in Covina and they offer free pick up and delivery. Marcus, the tech, explained that diagnostics are $99 which would be applied to any repairs. After he got started he sent me several texts to let me know what he was finding and what he would be doing. He determined that it was badly corrupted and he'd need to reformat the hard drive and reinstall Windows. (If you don't back up your files like I do everything could be gone forever.) He also checked for hardware problems even after determining that it was software just in case. End of the story is that I got a like-new PC for $170, when I feared that I was going to have to buy a new one. All companies should operate like this one does - and I would say that even if they hadn't been able to fix it.

I came in at the exact appointment time, and to my surprise Jerry, the manager was there waiting for me. Dropped off the phone to him, he told me to come back in 30-45 minutes. He didn't give me any paper or receipt, so I felt a bit worried since there was no proof I left it with him but I did so anyways. Came back 45 minutes later and there was Jerry waiting for me again, showed me the phone and it was a brand new screen, worked even better than before and i was out the door in a few minutes.
