I brought it in and they immediately knew what was wrong. They gave me a quote and told me they would try and have it ready the same day, if they could get the customers before done. I left my ps4 with them and headed to work. They kept me up to date with text messages on how the process was going and even sent pictures of the work. They informed me it was ready by 3 pm that day. My Samsung laptop needed a battery replacement so I looked around where to take it. Found this place on Google. (Had good reviews so I went with it). I dropped off my laptop and he said 7 days for the new battery to arrive. Altogether it took maybe 2 weeks for it to be ready. I used it once when I got home and that was it. After that the battery never was able to hold a charge. I contacted him again and he told me to bring it in. He would check it out. I called him almost weekly asking for updates because the lack of communication was horrible. Weeks went on and not a word. He held the laptop for 2 months. Never got a single update unless I called. He would say I'll keep in contact. I'll call you in a couple days with an update and never did. I got tired of the wait and picked up the laptop without it being done. Now I get home and open it up to try to see what's wrong and I have a screw missing in the back. Then the battery he placed doesn't even fit like the old one and I only have 1 screw holding the battery when it should be 4. If you're going to run a business please have better communication with your clients because it was horrible with me. I regret not going some place else. read more

Dude's kinda sketchy. When i dropped it off he seemed nice & professional. He said it would take 3-4 business days for the replacement part to arrive (i dropped it off on a saturday night and it was fixed by tuesday morning which doesn't really make sense). I went to pick my laptop up and he seemed in a bad mood, he then told me that the last person who tried to fix my laptop glued it back together and that some screws were missing. There was some yellow stuff on the sides of it which he said was the dried glue but I'm 100% certain it wasn't there before i dropped it off. Stay away from this place unless you got cash. Told me to come by sameday repair for my laptop. It was fixed to perfection don't get me wrong. However I go to pay which he clarified on the phone that I could pay via credit card. His machine wasn't working all of a sudden when I showed up. He refused to meet me in between and make things right and even had an attitude. Finally I had to get really stearn and I gave him an ultimatum. I said I'd pay him his cash but fifty dollars less. this guy david is a thief!!!!! i lost $385 because of him. do not ever take your products to this guy. he is the worst unprofessional person i ever did business with! when i first came to his shop he was arguing with some lady but didn't think anything of it so i asked him how much to fix my ps4 he tells me he'll fix it for 85 when he previously told 80 but i didn't care it was only 5. so 2 days later i called him he finally fixed it and told me it was ready to go but after an hour of using it it turned off and did not want to turn on properly so it was the same problem that i had before i took my ps4 to him. i call david back and let him know what happened he told me to bring it in again, i wait another week for him to tell me it's my motherboard that i need for my ps4 to get fixed wich cost $150 to get replaced. i said ok that's enough i'm not spending another dime with this dude. i ended up buying a new ps4 when a week later i found out it was just a hard drive issue meaning the whole time this moron thought it was the motherboard it was really a 25$ hard drive replacement that was needed all i did was youtube it and bought a hard drive and fixed it myself. so i waisted $85 on this guy.
