I can't say enough good things about Joseph at All Electronics in Upland. I'm a professional photographer and business owner, and my cameras are literally part of my livelihood. I shoot everything from movie sets and red-carpet events to other professional photography jobs, so when my equipment goes down, I need someone I can trust. I brought Joseph two Canon R6 camera bodies, one that I normally use with my 24-70mm and the other with my 70-200mm. Both cameras had loose hot shoe mounts, which was causing my flashes to lose connection. I was having to physically hold the flash down just to get it to fire. As you can imagine, trying to hold a flash down while zooming, shooting, and working a live event made my job extremely difficult, and I was getting dark images whenever the flash lost connection. I found Joseph through Google, explained my situation, and told him how important these cameras are to my business and that I needed them back ASAP. Joseph came through big time. He took care of BOTH cameras and had them fixed within a matter of hours, the SAME DAY. Beyond the repair itself, what stood out to me was how Joseph treated me. My iPhone 17 Pro Max had a cracked screen, which was caused by a drop to the bottom right corner in a parking lot. Best Buy Geek Squad was unable to fix it unless I replaced both the screen and the body of the phone (there was a dent to the right corner body) which would cost around $700. I got here last minute to get my phone fixed, he was very fast and quick and I even bought a phone case a screen protector.but a day later I drop my phone again and not even very high or crazy and it broke way worse then the last time. I got it fixed again at another shop and got a very cheap price way lower then the price he gave me that included a screen Protector and was also told the screen quality was very low and even with the screen protector and case was low in quality told by another shop. I understand pricing could be up especially for a last minute call but after getting quoted some where else and getting told a way lower price and better quality and the fact the brake from his repair compared to the original damage with his screen protector btw.
