I called in to get a written repair estimate for a broken Apple Watch, which I sent them images of…read morethrough yelp. I told the man that I would pay for the repair estimate. I purchased the watch with an American Express card and ended up accidentally breaking it. American Express insurance will pay for a repair, or reimburse me so I can purchase another new watch, (depending on the repair cost). I explained all of this to the man. This process takes about a week for them to approve or deny. I explained that I wanted to make sure that the claim was approved before repairing it or ordering a new watch since I wasn't positive they will approve the claim. Since I would not immediately buy a new watch through FIX HUB, they decided to just not call me back at all after telling me "I will definitely call you back within 15 minutes". They also did not respond to direct messages through Yelp/Email. I also had told the man that I'd drive over to the Utica Avenue location in Rancho Cucamonga to take care of this, since they do offer Mobile repairs. I didn't want them driving to me to do a simple repair estimate that would take 2 minutes. This is terrible customer service. I break stuff all the time and would have used their services and recommended them to others. They could've also made a very easy sale with charging $60 for a simple repair estimate which I made clear that I would pay. They also could've made a sale for a new Apple Watch Ultra 3 when I had my claim approved for American Express. This business obviously doesn't realize that doing a simple thing for customers leads to loyalty, referrals, good reviews, and future sales. Since it wasnt a huge sale upfront they decided just to brush me off. In my opinion, I would do avoid doing business with FIX HUB.

Guillermo was incredibly communicative when I requested a quote, answered all follow-up questions I had promptly, and offered a very reasonable price for the entire repair, especially considering I'd also asked to additionally have its battery replaced (and checked that a waterproof seal would be installed). He explained my options thoroughly and was very honest with me re: the options I had (he offers both OEM and aftermarket repairs). Throughout the whole process, he communicated immediately with me regarding the delivery status of the parts, the repair itself, and finally how long they would remain open for me to pick up my phone. To top it off, the price was the best across six separate repair shops I had asked. He also installed a new screen protector for me, and did not charge anything for it. It's been a little over a week since my phone was repaired and it's been working like new. Consider coming to this shop if you've ever been worried about a job done too hastily -- he'll tell you what choices you have and let you make your own decision.

Today, my phone lightly slid across my keyboard and the screen immediately started going haywire with red and green lines before turning completely black. I took it to another repair shop right after, and they told me the screen from the previous repair was a cheap, low-quality part. According to them, when my computer slid across the keyboard it somehow activated an accessibility setting, and the replacement screen couldn't handle it and basically fried. Now I'm stuck paying for another screen replacement only a few months after already spending $350. For that price, I expected quality parts and a repair that would actually last. Instead, I'm dealing with another broken screen and another repair bill because of the cheap product they used. I would not recommend iRepair in La Verne based on my experience.

I would sometimes have display out to one monitor, but I could not get it to output when connecting to 4 monitors (which is essential for our work). I think it took 3-4 business days to get diagnosed, but that was ok. My issues was when they emailed me that PC was ready to be picked and they mentioned my PC was fixed. I asked what the problem was by phone - they could not tell me what the problem was. So I went and came in to pick up the PC and ask what the problem was. They again could not tell me. They said "my technician was out" and only he/she knew what the problem was. Not a convincing strategy to tell a customer. Then, I was asked multiple times to pay the $191 fee for clean up, etc (which I could do on my own btw). Technically the diagnosis was free, but they kept pushing me to pay the $191. Eventually, I just payed the $191 and hoped for the best. They didn't even show me if it worked when connecting a monitor. I trusted them and their reviews, so I just believed them. Lo and behold when I got home, the PC still had the same problem - It would not display any output. Eventually I figured out the problem was for myself - motherboard was broken. Needless to say I will not come back to this establish, and would not recommend at all because: (1) They could not even tell me what the problem was (2) What they alleged fixed was not fixed at all (3) When brought my PC, they emphasized diagnosis was free. But when I came back to pick it up, they kept pushing me to pay the $191 fee for clean up, etc. They didn't even show my if the problem was fixed (connecting a monitor).

Let me start off by saying last year I bought my wife a Nikon 1 J1 digital camera for Christmas! Being that Christmas was 3 days AFTER our wedding day (December 22,2012) she absolutely loved it and together, through the lens of that camera we have captured and shared some of the greatest memorable moments of our first year of marriage together! Well, what would you know that this year, 2 days before Christmas I accidentally drop my wife's camera as we are preparing for Christmas pictures with family!! HOW DRASTIC!? Well, after the impact, my camera wouldn't start at all, it was completely unresponsive. I called Nikon and told them what happened. They told me I had missed the warranty by 2 days, just to open the camera was $175 and if it needed a new circuit board I'd be looking at additional $389!!! BONKERS RIGHT!? Might as well go and buy a BRAND NEW Nikon for that!? Unfortunately, I didn't have that kind of money to spend on such short notice, so I started researching alternative options. It seemed like the only places that could fix cameras were all in LA which is over an hour away, and their prices were a little cheaper, but by the time you add gas expenses it would've almost been the same. Well, I came across All Electronic Repairs in Upland, just 3 minutes from my location! I called and spoke to Joe, who was friendly. I was straight and to the point and did NOT deny dropping the camera. He was honest and told me what the possible cost could be, but he would need to see it to give me a diagnostic. NO PROBLEM JOE! So I went to his store, he examined it, told me I had shorted out my circuit board and it was possible to be fixed... I say "fixed? how much will it cost me?" He went through great lengths to assure me that his technician would open the camera, examine it himself, and fix the ACTUAL circuit board that got fried...INSTEAD of buying a brand new one that would cost me $389! I left the camera with him, and came back 2 days later. The camera works like brand new! Joe and his staff were very friendly and more than anything... he knew the sentimental value this camera had and how badly I needed it, and only charged me $210 for the labor! WHAT A DEAL AND PAL!? So I am writing this review to let you all know that Joe and his company are the BEST! He will take care of you and your electronics! I'll be going back to him...as soon as I break something else! I feel so beyond lucky to find this business. Where do I start, I came here on a Sunday in a panic as I just badly dropped my new camera dented it. I called everywhere as this was a hour from me and no one could help me. On a Sunday he kindly waited for me tk show up. He taught me so much About my camera and was so knowledgeable about every aspect of the camera a true genuis. He made sure he stayed and finished my camera so I left same day with working camera, cannon said for one part it would take 5 week. God slapped me in the face today. I had taken in my camera to Joseph for a quote on repairs. It didn't take long for the quote to come back to me. Unfortunately being low on funds I could not have it repaired and that I would pay him the diagnostic charges. He said give me a couple of days and you can come get your camera. Like clockwork he called me and told me I could come pick it up. I went this morning prepared to pay the charges and you won't believe what happened. We got on the subject of my car needing a battery and that's why I didn't have the funds for the repairs. What does Joseph do, He finds me a vendor, forgoes the charges and says GO do it now and get your battery. This place is truly incredible. This spring, I dropped my ~$2,000 70-200 Canon camera lens and was terrified that the fall might've broken it somehow. I brought it in and Joe opened it up to see if it my lens was internally okay (which is usually very expensive on a lens like this) for a price that was even reasonable for a broke college student like myself. And he threw in a camera cleaning on my Canon EOS 60D for no extra charge. When Joe was done with my camera equipment, it was like they were brand new. The customer service is second to none, the prices are unbeatable, the repairs themselves are done well and happen quickly. Joseph was absolutely incredible. I have an old Cannon DSLR that I took in to him due to an issue with the lens and the SD card port. He was able to repair the broken pins for the SD card to still work as well as replaced our lens for us all within 2 hours. Then, I had to go back the next day due to a separate issue with a corrupt SD card and he was able to recover almost all pictures I took on it. I feel so grateful to have had Joseph to help me with these issues. He not only fixed the issues with my camera and SD card, he gave me such helpful information and taught me how to use my camera to ensure these same issues don't happen again. About 3 months ago my iPhone was cracked and needed a replacement very badly. This is a very friendly business and a fair price to get my badly cracked iPhone screen replaced. (FYI this place is cheaper than the mall or Apple Store to fix iPhones and other electronics) I recently came back because I notice the edge of my screen was coming apart from the iPhone. I took my Klipsch Outdoor Speaker to Joseph for repair. The threaded stud that holds the speaker in the c-mounting bracket snapped off. Klipsch customer service was fine on the phone but wouldn't repair, they referred me to Speaker Works in Eugene, OR. I called them only to be told they would not repair, and they supposedly do all the warranty work for Klipsch, the man I spoke with just had a poor attitude. When I Googled speaker repair in the area I came up with Joseph. When I called he was polite, courteous and more than willing to answer my questions, told me to bring the speaker in he would take a look at it, I did. I highly recommend All Electronics Repair. When my iPhone has broken in the past, I used to settle with replacing it because it was so difficult to get fixed. Now, thanks to Joe at All Electronics Repair, that all has changed! My friend referred me to Joe when my iPhone wasn't charging several months ago. I went to Joe and told him I had a strict budget for fixing my phone. He said he would we do his best given the budget, and he did! My phone needed a lot more work than I had expected, but he managed to completely fix it and stay within my budget constraints. It works great now! I now go to Joe for all of my electronic needs. Not at all surprising that Joseph gets 5-star reviews. I needed a part for my highly overrated, overpriced, and infuriating Ulefone Armor 9E, which of course is nowhere to be had in this country, but he went to the effort of checking with seemingly every distributor in this hemisphere. As I desperately need the phone for work, in lieu of waiting for the part to be slow-boated, I bought a nice new Samsung Galaxy as a temp / backup; now I can throw the old phone into heavy traffic, or use it for skeet. Joseph switched the SIM, activated with my carrier, and ported the number in maybe five minutes, saving me untold time, expense, and the sheer aggravation of dealing with my carrier's remedial employees. I'm a returning customer at Computer and Camera Repairs because of Joe's incredible service! He's truly the best at what he does. My Canon SX730 HS had issues with the flash and main button, and he diagnosed and fixed it in about an hour -- super fast and professional! I came here based on reviews and I also needed my iPod touch repaired. Joe was nice and told me he'd call me in two days but he never did. I call him and he told me he'd have it done in two more days and that he'd call me back. I felt it was ok as long as I had my iPod fixed. Joe doesn't call me again so I call him again he tells me he is eating and he'll call me back. Joe doesn't call me back and his store is closed so I can't reach him. I was pretty tired of this unprofessional service so decided to just get my iPod touch back and when I went into the store the next day he told me my iPod was finaaaaallllyyy fixed. For the first the time ever coming to this repair store ...We are extremely satisfied ! My fiancé was in a bit of a tight situation with his cell phone. Besides the fact that it had already been badly cracked for about a month, it was still working fine. With that being said the phone was already extremely fragile... so with one more drop it completely died. Fortunately joe saved the day!!! He was able to completely fix the phone inside/out within a 2 hour period or so. Being a cable technician, having a phone is crucial because without it, the work simply can't be done. Highly recommend this place! My girlfriend had water damaged her phone, her phone went inside a cooler the following day in the morning we came by to see if it can be fixed Joesph with great energy greeted us at the door and had a really good vibe about him. His customer service was amazing!!! He went over with us the possible reason why the phone wasn't working because the phone was having an issue with the sensibility of the screen. Very hard to find honest business people these days. I went in to see if my Canon camera could be repaired. Joseph asked me a few questions and then informed me of the few things that could be wrong with it and the quoted me a starting price for the repair. He said he didn't want to take my money and that the Camera wasn't worth repairing. When I asked him what I owed him ... he said normally there is a $45 change to have it checked out. He said he wasn't going to charge me because he knew the camera wasn't worth repairing. What a nice man. If I have camera issues in the future I will definitely go back to him. I've been coming to this phone repair shop for the last 4 YEARS, and I can't recommend them enough. Every time I've needed a repair, Joseph consistently done an excellent job. Joseph saved the day! I thought wife's iPhone 8 was basically bricked. A restart loop had started and online suggestions for Recovery Mode weren't working. Found out thanks to Joseph that the phone had taken on water, and we don't even know how. Joseph saved her data, which was invaluable because this included a long Contacts list and many many irreplaceable photos. We were also able to save the phone with a replacement battery. So effective, we got a far better outcome than expected - a wonderful relief! Joseph was also patient and kind. Great experience, I couldn't recommend him more strongly, 6/5 stars! read more

If they are available to repair anything we repaired laptops with him, phones iPads, and probably other things I forgot it at this point, but he always comes through. He's very honest so if he really can't repair some thing, or if the Repair would cost the same amount as the product new, then he will let you know which I respect so much. He is literally the guy to call for any tech needs you may have. I have his number saved on my phone and I know I have a couple of jobs pending for him as well. Call him if you need anything you won't regret it.

I brought in my phone because I wasn't able to hear when I received or made calls I hated using the speaker, I googled some options did the trouble shooting and still nothing. Rick did an awesome job cleaning out the speaker just like that.
