Yelp reviews were 100% correct. Great, fast, professional service. Philip is a very nice guy and I'm glad we brought my dad's phone to him. My dad thought his phone would never work again. Phillip fixed it in a couple of hours. Thank you! read more

Best price for perfect service! We asked for an iPhone 13 Pro repair -- OLED display issue, green screen of death became flickering orange to flashing yellow. Data untouched. Job done within a couple of hours, same-day. Came from Apple earlier, they were charging OVER 100 difference only to say the screen wasn't even in stock, had to wait for it to be shipped to store before start of repair and warned that data may or may not be affected. read more

I needed a quote from Yelp to get rid of a phone virus on my mom's android. Philip from Phone Tech replied right away. His establishment was only 10-12 minutes away. He was super helpful and confident. The price was pretty inexpensive and we got her phone back the same day. We will definitely be going back if anything like this happens to hers or any of our phones. Philip was also really nice and personable. read more

Phil was soooo incredibly kind in supporting my husband today who brought my phone camera in for a repair on 7/14. I ultimately did not need my camera repaired, but Phil was so kind and most importantly HONEST and trustworthy which means a lot. We will be back for any future repairs! read more

The knowledge, customer service and the price is wonderful! I called many phone repair services to get a quote about getting my Samsung screen fixed. Some of the locations I called did not pick up and they didn't seem helpful and knowledgeable about the situation. That is not the case here at Phone tech. If they miss your call they will call back right away which I appreciated so much! I dropped off my phone on a Sunday at around 4pm and it was ready for pickup at 6pm. He did a wonderful job! He finished the repair quickly considering he had other projects ahead of mine. Im so happy i found my permanent phone repairment spot! I appreciate the amazing customer service and honesty! Any other place would try to get as much $$ as they can off of you but not here. Very trustworthy. I highly recommend going to phone tech! read more

I appreciate Phil for his patience & his skills! He is very knowledgeable & fixed my phone in less than 2 hours! Thank you so much

This was the only place I could find that would repair my cracked Garmin gps screen. It sucks that part need to be shipped since it's an older gps, but they were able to find a used original screen, so I'm super happy. The screen works again and I ca n stop using the data on my phone. read more

Thinking of bringing in my old phone to get the cracked screen fixed to have as a back up phone. I will be coming here from now on. Thanks so much guys!!! :D :D :D Also, I might come in to buy an SD card for my s7, if you have them there? I bought the wrong one on Ebay believe it or not lolol Not the greatest Ebay shopper. read more

Definitely the best place to go. I drive 14 miles one way because it's worth it. Friendly and professional staff. They don't try to take advantage of you and the best prices I can find. read more

I wish I could give you more stars. I had my daughter take my phone to Phone Tech in Fontana, CA. for repair. John, thanks for the patience you exhibited when I explained my phone issues with you over the phone. I can't say enough good things about your professionalism, service and quickness in repairing my phones. It took you all of 45 seconds to repair my phone. That's impressive! I did not lose 1 picture, phone number message, nothing. This kind of service is rare, you guys are awesome. Can' t thank you enough. This is the 2nd time I've used your services and it won't be the last. read more

Came down here to get my iPhone 6 screen repair after being lied by another store in Redlands of warranty of 6months if something happen to the screen; a couple days of repair the screen broke and wouldn't honor the warranty. I started calling shops in the area with my busted phone and was able to get a hold of a worker who quoted more reasonable price from the other store. He was able to fix my phone within an hour. The place might look like on going renovation, but he did an excellent job than the lying bastards that fix my phone before. read more

I came here to get a second opinion after being taken advantage of at another phone repair store. He was so honest and made me feel more comfortable about any repairs that needed to be done. I plan on coming back with my ipad to get the screen repaired. This place seemed to be the most honest and reasonable. read more

My wife cracked the screen on her s7. Blamed it on the puppy? Anyway took it to Phone Tech and the owner stayed late to finish it. Really great to find someone local with skill and integrity. Price was fair, what I expected. If the need arose I would use Phone Tech again without hesitation. Thanks again. read more

I have had my husbands iPhone repaired by them two times. They do a great job with replacing the red iPhone 8 screen.

Great repair shop. I needed loose charger ports fixed on two phones and this place handled it quickly and at a fair price. Also got my tablet fixed here, after months of trying to find some where to fix it, this placed stepped up and had it done in 20 minutes while I waited. read more

If I can give you less than one star I would. Phillip wastes 2 days with my phone laying around telling me his supplier doesn't have Samsung screens because their "THEY'RE NOT THAT COMMON" seriously???? How in the world are you in business I don't know. The least you would think is that he would even try to show any kind of customer satisfaction or appreciation but no. "Just a have a nice day". No solutions no suggestions of how he can fix the problem, no apology NOTHING! What kind of business is this guy running. Don't waste your time coming to this place because it is literally a "waste of time"! read more

They open early in Saturdays and price is amazing and affordable! Better call them. Honest tech and will not rip you off.

I've gone here to fix two different things, one was my note 4 that got water damage done to it. and the other was an ipad mini that had the screen spazzing out. Both situations they had the parts in stock and fixed the same day. The ipad mini unfortunately started spazzing out again a month later and they fixed it again for free because they said they warranty their repairs for 3 months or so. The price is very competitive, its actually lower than some guy doing it from his garage that fixed my previous stuff. Ill happily refer people to this business, they are very professional. BTW they take all types of payments not cash only like some places. read more

Worst ever I mailed in a Sony Xperia z3 to get the screen replaced, was sent back with the screen not properly attached and damaged internally where I received no service, asked Phillip(most likely owner) to see what he can do he said "he would figure it out" well mailed it again and a week passed and I call and asked what's up and his way of "FIGURING IT OUT" was saying he never received it, even though tracking said it was delivered and I filed a investigation and it was delivered. So was instructed by USPS to file a fraudulence report with his address online, so if this has happened to anyone else they should do the same. Again worst cell phone repair shop ever!! read more

Phone Tech - Horrible work! - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me - Fontana, California

Today I went to go get my iPhone fixed! The man that helped me seemed very professional. I did ask him if he was planning on taking my serial number .. Just because I have heard stories about other places and since this place has no reviews I was a lite weary. He assured me that he would not do that and that I was more than welcome to watch him. It took about 45 minutes for him to do it. Only because he had other phones as well. It was 60$ for him to fix my screen and the touch screen. Pretty great prices for his service. And yes there is tax! And yes he gives u a reciept! All In all I recommend his service 100% read more

Fixed my phone in less than 20 minutes! Really good pricing and excellent work! Def recommend.

I needed my back camera fixed because it was shattered and they didn't have the part so they had a rushed overnight shipment made for the part and were able to get it done in less than an hour the next day. Everyone was very nice and very informative describing exactly what the issue was and what they would do to fix it. I would recommend coming here for any repairs or help you need! read more

Maybe I went here the wrong day or something because I got there and stood in front of the guy behind the counter for lime 10 minutes before he acknowledged me. It was some white guy with glasses and he didnt even look at me because he was busy talking to his friend and both of them just kept talking and ignoring me like if noone was there. And after he finally got done talking to his friend he said he couldnt fix the screen on my iphone. What waste of time. read more

Quality service at a great price! So happy with my repair. Phillip did a wonderful job repairing my iPhone screen/LCD. My phone was ready within 2 hours. I am very happy I decided on this business. I had an old Pixel XL that needed a new battery (I tried just upgrading to a Pixel 5 but due to the covids I could not get one without a month wait). I called a few shops and got some conflicting data and quotes, but when I spoke with this business, it felt like he was honest, he seemed to be willing to back up his work, and he was inexpensive. While he is not the least expensive, he was darn close. I took my Pixel in (he had a battery in stock luckily, otherwise I would have had to wait for parts) and four hours later I had a working phone again! Before going there, it would randomly shut off past 50% battery used, and the charge would not last a whole day...now it is back to fresh from factory condition and I can leave it off the charger all day with plenty of juice left over. He even fully charged it! Things during covid have been a serious bummer and just the simple resolution of getting what you paid for meant so much more than usual and I would say if you want someone who will be straight and honest and do quality work, I would argue you cannot find a higher standard than this company here. If it is close enough to get to easily, I cannot recommend him enough. read more

Phillip did superb work on fixing my Note 4 screen and Iphone 5S that had a damaged camera and broken screen. He enjoys his job and takes pride in his work. I trusted him more than any other phone techs I met in person before him. He is an intelligent guy who knows all about technology and it's products. I would recommend him to anyone. I know I have someone to trust if anything should go wrong again with my cell phones or tablet. read more

I found this place on the Offerup app. I needed an LG G3 battery, and he was selling them for $20. He saw that my phone needed some additional work (aside from a new battery), and quoted me a great price for it, around $50 less than quotes I'd received from other repair services. I will be coming back to take advantage of that deal. read more
