Good experience with these guys. Dropped my iPad on the floor and screen shattered. Their prices was good compared to other places. Took it here and they were able to put a new digitizer on it within a day. Unfortunately, few days after I picked it up from them, the home button on my iPad was stuck inside the hole - wouldn't budge. I called them and they fixed it under warranty, no problem. Things were working fine for a while, until the right bottom half of my iPad screen became non responsive to my touch. Again, I called them and they were able to put in a brand new digitizer under warranty. Overall, they did the right thing to continue to make things right. read more

My phone charging port was jankey; I had to Mickey Mouse it in order to get any type of charge. I called and spoke with a male on the phone, very polite; he quoted me at 55$, and told me I'd need to make a deposit for the part that they had to special order (old technology, amarite?!) . At the time I thought I had a Galaxy S4 so maybe that's why he said $55. I showed up around 4:30 and he looked over my S3 (oops, guess Im more out dated than I thought) quoting me at $45 and he explained that he could order the part or he could simply open the phone and check to see if he could repair it there with his equipment, which would also be $45 and might take 30-45 minutes. Well, why not? I wanted my phone asap and I had my homework in the car so I took him up on the offer. I sat and did homework while he worked his skill. (I'd say magic but that would be an insult to the time and work he's put into developing his abilities) 20 minutes later he explained I had a small fracture in the port that could potentially be the culprit. I went in on Thursday morning and Anthony told me he would have to order the screen and it could take up to 5 days. I was pretty desperate and didn't want to bother looking around town so just paid ($127) for screen and repair for Droid Max 2. It was Friday evening and I got a call that screen had arrived. So I called and he said they were closing but the his technician "Obi" would stay past closing to repair my screen. Of course I was delighted that my phone was gonna be back to normal. Obi took phone and repaired it while I waited in the nice comfortable chairs. Now I don't have to pay hundreds of dollars for a new phone. As I arrived at this conveniently located shop in a plaza, I was immediately greeted by this nice gentleman at the counter. I told him about my iPhone's problems and he quickly diagnosed it. I gave my phone to him and filled some paperworks. The whole repair process was going to take about half an hour depending on how busy it is on that day. I just want to post an honest review. I know this shop has some great reviews but in my case it was far from that. I came in for my iphone 6 plus having a cracked screen and supposedly bad LCD. I was quoted 85 over the phone but paid 100 when all said and done, which is fine as long as it was fixed right. Note - my phone worked perfectly fine before bringing it into mobile fixers, just had a cracked screen. After the install was done and I left I noticed my touch screen not working to well, I couldn't pull up my flash light and the bottom half of my screen was frozen. I immediately brought the phone back 10 minutes later, and the lady up front said they were out of 6 plus screens and to come back Monday. Mind you this was a Friday so that would mean almost 3 days with a broken phone that I already paid for LOL. Fast forward to Monday. I show up at 10 A.M. Closed. I come back at 11 A.M. Closed. I make one more attempt to show up at 2:00 and again they are CLOSED. Tuesday, I show up around 11 A.M. Hoping some one would be there, luckily some one is there. So they take my phone to the back, and tell me they changed out the LCD and screen again and every thing is in working order now. At this point I am ecstatic because I finally get a working phone!! Immediately after getting the phone repaired AGAIN it's starts freezing, shutting off randomly, glitching, and randomly calling people. My keyboard is all messed up I go to strike a key on the keyboard and some how a totally different key gets entered. Talk about frustrating. I honestly would rather just have my old broken phone back that worked perfectly fine than this disaster done by Mobile Fixerz.
