I contacted Phone Pharmacy several weeks ago regarding a phone with screen responsiveness issues several months after a different repair shop replaced its screen. Guillermo was incredibly communicative when I requested a quote, answered all follow-up questions I had promptly, and offered a very reasonable price for the entire repair, especially considering I'd also asked to additionally have its battery replaced (and checked that a waterproof seal would be installed). He explained my options thoroughly and was very honest with me re: the options I had (he offers both OEM and aftermarket repairs). Throughout the whole process, he communicated immediately with me regarding the delivery status of the parts, the repair itself, and finally how long they would remain open for me to pick up my phone. To top it off, the price was the best across six separate repair shops I had asked. He also installed a new screen protector for me, and did not charge anything for it. It's been a little over a week since my phone was repaired and it's been working like new. Guillermo was a wonderful guy, he fixed my phone very quick, within 15 min, and he was the most affordable out of all the places I checked, they were charging up to $150-$160 for the fix but here Guillermo charge me a flat rate of $125.
