I came to this place because I support my local businesses. How ever I do regret it. I had a tablet that was damaged spoke to a young man(in shape, tattoos, clean cut) he gave me a quote left the tablet and was told I would be called when it was fixed. This was in August of last year! I have since bought 3 brand new tablets since. The tablet was virtually a basic model nothing to cry about. How ever that's because I have the means to forget about it. What if I didn't. What if I depended on that device for work or something important. I called twice and was told the same thing twice. First I was told over the phone Groupon was ok to use, when I got there that weekend they said they didn't accept Groupon anymore (ads still show on Groupon for them). Second, was told it would take a few hours so I left my phone for the night. I called the next day and was told their machine broke but that they would call me back the next day. 3 days later I finally called and was put on hold for over 15 mins. I called back and was told it was not fixed yet. Went to pick it up the next day and was told they had already fix the front screen but back wasn't done yet. That night I requested a quote and got a response saying they could start with a water damage treatment and then see what else is going on. I will highly recommend to ask for second opinion before getting your phone repair at this place I took my iPhone 6s for asking replacement is 49.99+tax then he informed me my LED was no good it was water damage he said he charge 129.99+tax but he could do it for 80 I agreed. After waiting for 30 minutes it's just didn't seem right so I started calling local places around this location Anybody else around him charges 65 for that screen and the LED because it's a one unit And I feel he was trying to charge me as it was two different units. I confronted him he got upset and we argued. Telling me that I was paying for quality when I have told him from the beginning I didn't care about the party he ignored that everyone else was charging 65 for that screen and the LED because is only one unit!!!!! Wow, compared to another shop I've been to these guys stink at customer service. They are not personable, friendly or all that nice. Bad vibes from them. I don't know their names because they weren't smart enough to tell me. (No no in customer service) if you don't like telling people your name wear a name tag. Also, they are quick to try to up sale you on things. They over charge for basics compared to other spots. I was quoted $55 from my go to spot and they charged $69.99 for the exact same service. Not worth it. I should have waited an extra day to get my screen fixed elsewhere. They couldn't even fix the phone so now I have a new one and if something happens to this one, I will for sure not go here. The only cool thing about this place is the location. You can wait outside by the car wash and listen to some music while catching some sun rays. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! I took in my son's PlayStation for repair on a Saturday. Was told there were 3 systems in front of his. But someone would take a look at his system and at least let me know if they could repair it the next day. Sunday and Monday no call. I called in on Tues and again Thurs, and was told they hadn't check it yet. Stopped by Fri to find a note on the door, says they will be closed for the weekend. Went back on Monday (9 days later) and told that they still had not checked my system. And there was now 12 systems ahead on mine. I then requested my system and money back. To which I was given the system but not the money. After going back and forth several times, they ultimately agreed to give me back my money. After calling several mobile phone repair companies for my Samsung note 8 that would at times turen on then turn off and getting quotes of approximately $200 and up (over the phone). I came across Gadget Tech (my last call) they were the only ones that suggested I bring it in to diagnose for a fee that would be applied towards any repairs.. After their diagnosis they found the problem.... (bad battery) that's it? Yes that's it....
