Replaced cracked iPhone screen. Not Apple product, phone doesn't recognize screen and so it's too bright. Always to bright even if I set it on nighttime. Cell phone now runs hot. I'm so pissed at my self cause I should've known this would happen. I got a quote through yelp. And I get there and the guy asked "did you get a quote" and I said yeah it's for an iPhone 13 Pro Max and so he comes back with a $160 price and I say, I was quoted 99-129 for my model phone. So he says he'll have to call his boss to get it cleared. None of this would matter if the phone worked. But now my eyes hurt from this super bright screen. I'm turning every app into night mode that can. My cellphone brightness is on lowest setting. The guy even made up excuses on why he was charging more like it was a newer better screen from before and they haven't updated the new price. I didn't want to hear it. And the whole "pay in cash." SMH If you have time to do research, go somewhere else. I blame myself for not walking out when things seemed shady. I was better off with the cracked screen. **** Update**** So I get a call from Ben. My screen is probably defective. He wants me to bring it in to run a diagnostic and see if anything is wrong and replace it and offers a refund. Tells me to take down my review. I'm your typical guy that will google or YouTube something to fix it. There is something definitely wrong with this "non-Apple screen." So I say I'll take the refund and get my iPhone fixed somewhere else. Happy to give back this screen and I'll take my cracked screen. Ben says it's not right to give a refund. Ben was more concerned about taking down this review. Ben was polite but, at this point if I have to live with this super bright screen that heats up my phone until my budget can splurge to drop another $130 on a 2nd attempt, then Ben is gonna have to live with this review. People should have fair warning. So here's the warning. This company does not use compatible Apple iPhone screens. Your iPhone will not recognize the screen for "optimized" settings, ie "my bright screen" Worse, iPhone not recognizing the new screen is acceptable to them and was not disclosed. Who would want or trust a defective product. If I got a lemon then I don't want another lemon that passes a diagnostic only to fail me after a 3 month warranty. I'm better off getting a refund and going somewhere else. Ben, you got me for $130. I lost. And since this is the longest I've been in my phone after getting this bright screen, I'm just realizing how much it's draining my battery. Not sure what else this store does but for iPhone screens you are better off going anywhere else. Also, please don't delete your reviews when businesses ask you to. I rarely give a 1 star review, but I think this company deserves it. I brought my non-profit organization's PC to be diagnosed. I would sometimes have display out to one monitor, but I could not get it to output when connecting to 4 monitors (which is essential for our work). I think it took 3-4 business days to get diagnosed, but that was ok. My issues was when they emailed me that PC was ready to be picked and they mentioned my PC was fixed. I asked what the problem was by phone - they could not tell me what the problem was. So I went and came in to pick up the PC and ask what the problem was. They again could not tell me. They said "my technician was out" and only he/she knew what the problem was. Not a convincing strategy to tell a customer. Then, I was asked multiple times to pay the $191 fee for clean up, etc (which I could do on my own btw). Technically the diagnosis was free, but they kept pushing me to pay the $191. Eventually, I just payed the $191 and hoped for the best. They didn't even show me if it worked when connecting a monitor. I trusted them and their reviews, so I just believed them. Lo and behold when I got home, the PC still had the same problem - It would not display any output. Eventually I figured out the problem was for myself - motherboard was broken. Needless to say I will not come back to this establish, and would not recommend at all because: (1) They could not even tell me what the problem was (2) What they alleged fixed was not fixed at all (3) When brought my PC, they emphasized diagnosis was free. But when I came back to pick it up, they kept pushing me to pay the $191 fee for clean up, etc. They didn't even show my if the problem was fixed (connecting a monitor). read more

My SO called in on a Saturday morning about a key that was sticking on his laptop. After calling around to a few places with no luck he was able to speak with Ben at Supreme Tech. He asked us to bring the device in so he could take a look. Ben was very open and honest stating that he'd try his best but since the device was older if he couldn't fix the key that day he'd likely have to order the part. He sent us on our way and said he'd give us a call when ready. About 2 hours later we get a call and it's ready. He was able to fix it and at an extremely reasonable price. Not only was he able to provide great service but I get the feeling he's a really good person. He set us at ease (as sometimes when dealing with those with technical knowledge you can feel really out of your depth - which we were and can feel taken advantage of) explaining how he fixed it and next steps if we are to encounter the issue again. Supreme Tech provides a variety of services outside of hardware fixes i.e. website creation, app development and management etc. I highly recommend this business. Professional, friendly and warm. Very little communication, I had to continuously call for status updates. Never confirmed my approval for services after the diagnostic. Parts they needed took a while for them to receive which I can understand. But still no update when they did receive them. Laptop was dead when I picked it up so i couldn't even check if it worked. When I got home my Mac was stuck on an admin account, so I couldn't sign in. Now I have to go the Apple Store, should've done that in the first place read more

I had a nightmare experience with Supreme Tech. I brought my Lenovo IdeaPad in for a screen repair, and after numerous delays over two weeks "waiting for the part," I finally got my laptop back with the original broken screen still on it. To make matters worse, the laptop was not put back together properly. The screen was barely held in place, and the hinge cover was so loose it was about to snap off. They essentially held my computer hostage for weeks only to return it in worse physical condition than I left it. Because of their negligence, I had to take my laptop to a different company to fix the housing and hinge damage Supreme Tech caused, which cost me an additional $150. I had paid a $100 deposit which they eventually refunded, along with a $10 "compensation" for my trouble. Giving me $10 for 2 weeks of delays and $150 in new damage is insulting. Response: Thank you for your response, but I need to clarify several inaccuracies. At the time I brought in my laptop, the only issue was water damage affecting the screen. There were no missing screws or pre-existing housing problems, and I had never opened or disassembled the device myself. The physical issues with the hinge and casing only appeared after it was in your possession. While I understand that part delays can happen, the main concern is not the wait, it's that I received my laptop back in worse physical condition, with the original issue unresolved. The screen was still broken, and the device was not properly reassembled, which forced me to seek repairs elsewhere at additional cost. I also did not cancel arbitrarily, I chose not to proceed after extended delays and lack of resolution. A refund of my deposit was appropriate given that no repair was completed, but the $10 compensation does not come close to covering the inconvenience or the additional damage I had to pay to fix. I'm simply sharing my experience as it happened so others can make informed decisions. read more
