I would like to give 0 stars if I can, this is the worst experience I have ever had. So, I had liquid damage on my laptop, I need to find a place to fix it, after contacting them, they said they can fix, along with the damage, I also took a few keys out by myself, which will need them to put back for me. So, I went there, and they asked for $65, which was fine with me, told me will call me if they can just clean it and put back the key for me. The next day, called me to pick up the laptop, after checking, I found there were a few keys that still feels sticky when I click them. So I complained about this. The OWNER was saying the price they charged me was just for an inspection, which was totally not the same story as what the tech guy told me yesterday. Also, The OWNER stated that if I want to completely fix the laptop I need to pay more money for it, they were been so nice to me to fix most of the keys that have liquid in them. Also, He pointed out why I drove a Tesla but was cheap and not willing to spend more money to fix the computer. Which is so funny to me. It doesn't matter what kind of car I drove when you quote me a price, I'm expecting you to do your job, Otherwise, you should call me to let me know if there will be a price increase. Also, The OWNER lied to me that the tech guy was already left, but in the end, the tech guy was still in the back of the store. We took our two laptops in last year with several issues. They were friendly, professional and knowledgable. They went over and above in providing great customer service. Not only were the prices good, they did some things at no charge. My wife's laptop needed a new battery, which they replaced; and they cleaned the inside of the computer at no additional charge. I mentioned that I had been unable to link my printer to either of my computers, and they spent a lot of time on the phone walking me through the procedure. Unfortunately, we were still unable to link the printer to our laptops. So Ali said when one of the techs was near our neighborhood, he would stop by our house and see what he could do.
