Great working with this company! I needed one of the pages on my website to be revamped, and they did an excellent job. They use a neat program to communicate all requests, which makes it easier because you are able to click on the portion of the page that you wanted changed. I didn't use them to create my website, but I wish I had. I will definitely keep them in mind for all future needs. Very responsive and fast turn around time! read more

Really, do you think all the glorious reviews are real? My experience was a complete disaster. From the start there was literally no communication. After the initial sales pitch I spoke to one person in the first 30 days of the SEO work they were contracted for. No one ever called to review the substantial changes they made to our social median channels. They altered coding on the website so we could no longer use our analytics account. All without any discussion whatsoever. When we called to express our displeasure with the start of their services we still never heard from anyone. Crazy, this is how you do business? When we wanted to cancel the requirement was that we needed a 30 day notice and were required to pony up another month of fees. I hate to repeat myself but it was a complete disaster and waste on money. read more

Working with WSI Priority Media was above and beyond our expectations! Richard worked with me every step of the way, from explaining the reason for contacting us for the segment, to helping explain exactly how I should record my segment for the perfect outcome. It is really amazing how beautiful the entire video turned out from having been recorded on an iPhone from Tallahassee, to being introduced by the broadcaster who was all the way in California. Beyond the video segment, WSI Priority Media was able to offer us additional services with getting our social media up to par. Richard, Perry and Sarah were all extremely helpful and easy to work with. The entire experience was really wonderful and I have no doubts that this will help take our business to the next step. Based on Richards comment: I let you know I was un-happy in Oct you asked me to give you another chance for you to make right by the end of the year. Which was really let me milk a few more thousand out of you. My chargeback was not without merit. Since I was honest and admitted you guys did some work it fell in a grey area as it was a service related chargeback and not a tangle item since you did some they could not do anything for me, they however agreed with my findings. The backlinks your company supposedly made most were un-found pages, they were india based sites for the most part, you were to do Video optimizations you did 4 in 17 months , thats not what I paid for. Article submission, PR releases 1 per month where are they? I asked for months where is the work. Never once did I ever get a detailed report of any actual work you did. I got reports most months not all of rankings but lets be honest most people can get that on there own. Wheres my work? Post it here I dont care if everyone sees. Where are backlinks? Where are my Directory Submissions? Where are my 17 PR,and Articles, where are my 17 Video Optimizations? If we are being completely honest the only things you did 100% complete was Charge my credit card and write blogs. Prove me wrong I'm a man of integrity if you guys aren't the under handed company I think you are show me all the work and I will be right back on Yelp to fix this and apologize. read more

I am really happy to say that I made a really great decision to hire WSI Priority Media as my adwords and seo company. I tried a couple other agencies in Los Angeles and unfortunately they were terrible. I became very frustrated and almost gave up. I found WSI Priority Media on Yelp and saw some of the web design work. I met with Richard Cruz and he answered all my questions. He showed me work they had done for other companies in my industry. He had really great knowledge and experience and lots of results. So I bit the bullet and dared try one more agency. It has worked out great. After six months we are ranking #1 in our search engine optimization. We have increased our web traffic by 600%. I'll continue working with them as my digital marketing company for a long time!
