We canceled all services with him and he continued to charge us $75 a month that we didn't notice. After we saw that American Express had credited us the 350 we thought that they completed the transactions and that he had satisfied removing the charges monthly. We were extremely busy and had not noticed it. We took it up with American Express because it was not refunded When American Express made contact with the vendor. He hacked into my website that he designed and shut it down I'm currently looking into filing suit against him for the following fraud. He claimed that he was working the site every month and we have proof that he was not, he hacked into my website without my permission and shut my website down my website has been active for three years since we paid him to build the website and he continually charged us for services that he was not providing and refuses to refund me the entire amount We have sent multiple emails and text messages telling him to restore the website to its proper state and send all passwords and login information and he has yet to provide any of that in my website is still down. This has affected my business. My website has to be active in order for us to qualify for projects and he has interfered with my ability to operate right now. If you do not want unnecessary issues with your business and your website, do not use this individual to create or maintain your website. Furthermore, it took him well over a year to build the website and it was a very simple build. We had nothing but issues with most of the features and to this day we still have those issues. We are going to use someone else to handle everything. Save your money and save your heartache and your trouble. It looks like I'm going to court after all he won't respond now with any confirmation that he's going to restore my website. Give me the login and password information and send us back all of the money that he stole out of our account monthly I am still trying to get my website back up and don't have access because of him he is playing games and prolonging this. It's making everything worse for me. In the meantime I could lose the opportunities that I had if any of the companies check my website and it's down. This is detrimental to my company. I really hope you think twice before hiring this guy. I own my domain and all of the rights to my website and had gotten clarification from him years ago about that so that I knew I could release him and keep the website active.
