Can't say enough great things about how smooth the process was here…read more I needed help fixing our business website and reached out to several companies via yelp. Max Ginsberg reached out the quickest. He called me and took note of all the things we were trying to accomplish for our website. After listening to all the functions our website needed, he quickly sent us a proposal. Instantly, max and his team got to work. All my frustrations with our previous website's set up and plug ins were solved by max and Anton. They had our website up and running. Our website is perfect. They also fixed any last-minute tweaks that we requested. Additionally, having control of our website via a user account was crucial. They gave me that access and I have the ability to control our hours and inventory at any time. You can't go wrong with Max. He really listens to what issues you have and what your end goal is. He is knowledgeable and experience. Give them your business!

We initially thought we were going to use Staples, and after comparing their paper selection and prices- absolutely knew we made the right choice with Alpha Graphics. I remembered calling on a Friday and speaking to Alexis who was friendly and so professional. She had our "proofs" ready in a few hours and we were able to pick up and view. We decided to make a few additions and emailed another version the following Monday and by noon everything was ready to go. Let me say- the Prayer Cards and Program were beautiful. Outside of our design , the quality of the paper used was professional- glossy, thick and exactly what we were looking for. Thank you Alpha Graphics. I appreciated that you were so easy to do business with, created a professional product, and moreover, your competitive pricing!

We canceled all services with him and he continued to charge us $75 a month that we didn't notice. After we saw that American Express had credited us the 350 we thought that they completed the transactions and that he had satisfied removing the charges monthly. We were extremely busy and had not noticed it. We took it up with American Express because it was not refunded When American Express made contact with the vendor. He hacked into my website that he designed and shut it down I'm currently looking into filing suit against him for the following fraud. He claimed that he was working the site every month and we have proof that he was not, he hacked into my website without my permission and shut my website down my website has been active for three years since we paid him to build the website and he continually charged us for services that he was not providing and refuses to refund me the entire amount We have sent multiple emails and text messages telling him to restore the website to its proper state and send all passwords and login information and he has yet to provide any of that in my website is still down. This has affected my business. My website has to be active in order for us to qualify for projects and he has interfered with my ability to operate right now. If you do not want unnecessary issues with your business and your website, do not use this individual to create or maintain your website. Furthermore, it took him well over a year to build the website and it was a very simple build. We had nothing but issues with most of the features and to this day we still have those issues. We are going to use someone else to handle everything. Save your money and save your heartache and your trouble. It looks like I'm going to court after all he won't respond now with any confirmation that he's going to restore my website. Give me the login and password information and send us back all of the money that he stole out of our account monthly I am still trying to get my website back up and don't have access because of him he is playing games and prolonging this. It's making everything worse for me. In the meantime I could lose the opportunities that I had if any of the companies check my website and it's down. This is detrimental to my company. I really hope you think twice before hiring this guy.
