My father has been asking me and my siblings to build him a website for his company. Honestly, we tried to the best of our novice ability and failed horribly. So I was introduced to Creative Squeeze by a friend. After checking out their website, I felt confident in contacting the team, and they were quick to respond. The team was able to understand and tailor to my needs. As I don't have much knowledge in creative design/building websites, they were flexible and patient in guiding me through the process. As a company and team, they really came out on top with their knowledge, professionalism, reliability, and trustworthiness. To show progress, they would send updates on how the website is coming along, which my father and I appreciated. We did not even have much input because every update revealed something beyond our expectations. They finished the work within, I want to say, five weeks. It's up and running live now, and we couldn't be happier with how the website turned out. My father is extremely excited about it. Our decision to leave Creative Squeeze was an easy one. They were clearly not qualified to do the work that we so plainly presented to them. They explained that they could not perform certain tasks but yet the replacement company was able to accomplish those things in a very short time. When we decided to leave their company they complained about the amount of time they had already put into the project. But, if they didn't deliver what they agreed to and, in fact, totally disregarded our input then I didn't feel responsible for payment. I'm disappointed that I wasted so much time with them. They couldn't deliver what they promised which we now know is possible through working with the replacement company. I sent them a .pdf file which they were supposed to use as a template and all they had to do was merely copy the look. Our template illustrated fonts and font sizes, spacing, kerning, logo placement, photos, etc. I know certain programs and software does not allow for every option a user might want but they did not follow the look we established and made significant changes and even used the wrong photos for the "About" pages. Then, they said the photo files weren't in the folder. I went back and checked DropBox and there they were. We had set up a conference call and one of their people and forgotten that they were supposed to call-in on a conference number and so they were not prepared. They also said they were going to integrate Word press and Squarespace but ultimately went with a simple Squarespace template which should cost significantly less. I would caution anyone who is considering Creative Squeeze to solve their website needs. Our experience was certainly less than stellar. read more
