I contacted Ricardo after checking out his reviews, he responded quickly and we easily set up an appointment. He discussed possible options of placement of the ports since the roof and outer walling might pose an issue, but he was able to find good placement of my ports. Job was done quick and easy in less than 2 hours. Aside from making a hole in the wall for the ethernet port placement, no additional breakage of the wall was necessary. Ricardo did say that in some cases, depending on the walling and roofs, breakage of the wall would be necessary for some people, but not mine fortunately. Ricardo and is colleague were awesome, professional yet friendly and personable. They cleaned up after themselves and did an overall fantastic job to make any streaks or scrapes anywhere. HIGHLY recommended if you are looking to have ethernet ports installed that extend from your main router/modem that go through the wall/roof so you don't have ethernet cords lying around on the floor.

Absolutely unacceptable conduct from Triton Global Security. I was at a convenience store with my…read moreautistic child when one of your security officers aggressively yelled at us and forced us to leave. There was no attempt to understand the situation--just immediate hostility directed at a child. This was not just poor conduct--it felt like clear discrimination against a disability. My child was treated with a complete lack of respect and basic human decency. If your officers are not properly trained to interact respectfully with individuals with special needs, they should not be placed in public-facing roles. This situation reflects very poorly on your company's standards and training. I expect this to be taken seriously, addressed internally, and for proper training to be implemented so no other family has to go through this.

I found Triton is very different. Their approach is very different then most of their competitors. Management is constantly working to make their clients happy and guards in track. They use latest technologies for tracking and reporting. They also provide low power security camera systems to their clients and remote monitoring.
