Like every home owner my husband and I settled for a Ring camera. It's been exactly 1 year and 1/2 and guess what?! Our Ring camera decided to have a mind of its own. Frustrated with Ring saying that it's our WiFi (when it's not) we decided to hop on the ADT team. First thing I noticed was the camera quality: no glitching, no delays, and the clarity is out of this world! Our installer Daniel did an awesome job: CLEAN, efficient, and btw exposed wires drive him crazy!! :) The service my husband and I requested was all met and more! Thank you Eric and Daniel! If you have a home or just moved into a new home... please consider ADT! Eric is very helpful and HONEST! Thanks guys! read more

Had cameras installed and wasn't sure how good they would be, but they worked amazing very clear and so was the camera audio. The cameras are very sensitive when detecting motion which is greatly appreciated for security and safety. Overall I was a bit skeptical but surprisingly very satisfied with the product read more

read more

Eric did an excellent job getting our ADT security system installed. The guy who came in used uniform, streamlined equipment and installed everything in a way so that it looks great. He was very careful of the furniture in the house and also the floors and carpets, wearing boot coverings, and he was very personable and patient. He checked his work to be sure everything worked properly and explained the equipment and how to use it thoroughly. read more

He was very trustworthy and he explained the whole system in great detail which made me feel very comfortable, he answered any question I had. Installation was scheduled for the day after I talked to Eric which surprised me I did not had to wait many days for my system to be install. I'm extremely happy with the system. Eric is great! My family lives with me and my partner, and my brother wanted to install security cameras, which was actually something we've been thinking about for a while too. We actually have a Ring camera for the front doorbell, but it's very limited due to its placement. So glad we decided to move forward with ADT and Eric! Eric was referred to my brother by his friend and Eric was incredibly easy to work with. He explained everything clearly and was easy to understand. He went over options of systems we could choose from and went through ideal places we could place our cameras. We got 3 security cameras, the security system, a motion detector for the first floor, and window/door open/close detectors for the first floor. Installation went pretty smooth as well and fast. I believe they came in the next day or next two days for the installation. Definitely would recommend Eric to my friends and family looking to install security cameras/systems for their homes! read more

He shared the price and what was included regarding the services and security monitoring. He was very responsive and answered all of my questions. Eric is thorough and quick to respond. I got my system from Eric and a referral for spectrum internet and they were on top of things since it was a new service but now that im only looking to move or cancel my service they don't return my call for almost 2 weeks, so if you expect the same service after they get you to sign the contract good luck! I was looking for a security system and noticed Eric had 5 stars on Yelp and I had to see what he was all about. I called him and I was a little leary of ADT because I had not heard good things about them. He came out the same day and explained the different types of systems he had and the service. There was no pressure and he was able to answer all my questions. That same night I decided to get the system and the technician came out the next day. The technician was professional and installed the sensors in no time. I have to say this process was seemingly flawless and I understand now why Eric has 5 stars on Yelp. And I absolutely love my alarm system!!. read more

Eric delivers. I was in search of a reliable alarm company to replace my previous one, which wasn't cutting it. I quickly received a free quote (great deal) the next day after I called Eric, and his top-notch technician had everything installed 2 days after the quote. It's specialists like him that really transform a company's image. I had a poor experience with ADT 8 years ago, but Eric completely changed my perspective. Eric was going through my neighborhood at Sumac Ridge in Menifee canvassing the neighbors for interest in security systems, specifically ADT. He gave me a great deal, was extremely knowledgeable about the security system he was selling and very personable. I would highly recommend - I had originally moved my Ring Cameras and security system to my new home and was just waiting for a good day off to put everything up. Eric initially reached out to me as he claimed to help my nextdoor neighbor upon him moving in and wanted to see he can at least leave a quote. I told him at that point I will consider it and decided to further question my neighbor that was already installed. Upon hearing about their overall experience and seeing the workmanship of it all, I gave Eric a call. From the initial phone call Eric answered all my questions and made a trip down to do a walk through of my property. His technician Daniel showed up on time the day of install and did a phenomenal job in putting up 8 cameras and alarm system in under 4 hours. Heck of a deal and I'm glad I gave him a shot, Eric and his technician really made it happen. read more
