I'm very happy I found this company! They rewired and replaced my entire system in just two days. George was honest, professional, and clearly explained everything upfront. He checked in with me daily until the work was fully completed. read more

They installed our cameras about 7 years ago and it was time for an upgrade. Called George who setup an appointment in a couple days, George gave us priority as a repeat customer, much appreciated. The tech came out, took out the old cameras and installed the new cameras. The installation of the new cameras went well without any issues. I called a week or so later, talked to George about getting the app to view the cameras on our iPad, he got a tech on the phone who walked me through the setup to so we can view on the iPad. In the past with the old cameras, George and the team were very helpful to resolve the issues we were having, always seeing if the issue can be resolved without having a tech come out and having to charge for the service visit. It's refreshing that they have this approach as other companies won't troubleshoot with their customers over the phone. LA Security Cameras is the company to call for your Security Cameras and stellar customer service. Thank you, LA Security Cameras. read more

I hired LA Security Cameras when the company who installed our 120+ camera system lost interest in helping us maintain it. Calling Joe and George at LA SEC was a fantastic choice. You'd think their techs invented our very system. Within minutes, long-dead elements were brought back online, a maddening password snafu was resolved, and inaccurate settings were calibrated properly. Plus, their techs were fantastic teachers, possessing both top-tier IT skills, as well as expert camera and NVR system knowledge. What's more -- they can work remotely, through the back-end, frequently without me having to be present, saving me time and the cost of a site visit. I've never heard their techs say, "I'm not sure what's wrong here," or "That can't be fixed." Instead, it's "You know, if we do this, your system will be much more efficient, less cumbersome and more cost-effective," or "We're here for you whenever you need." And there's never been the Hard Sell. If you want and need a camera system that performs at its best, and the peace of mind that help is always a call away, contact LA Security Cameras immediately. Don't wait, like I did. Sincerely, Jake Director of Facilities read more

Had a security camera go out after the heavy rains we had in L.A in Feb 2022. LA Security Camera came out as soon as I called them to fix the camera. Really thought I would have to replace the camera but the problem was just a loose wire that took 30 minutes to fix and it cost half of what I expected. Very honest and reliable company will use them in the future! read more

We have had our cameras for 3 years with absolutely no problems. They have been a great help in finding out who is in our yard late at night and also to keep an eye on our cars. read more

LA Security Cameras are pro. They made everything from their overall advice, ways to save money, and the set up of cameras a breeze. We have had our cams now for over 5 years, and only needed to call a couple times (because we locked ourselves out of our account by mistake) and they responded in a flash and got us back in- no hassle and with super friendly service. 5 stars. Would recommend to anyone looking for home security. Their set ups are sleek, and the apps to view provide super clear, full coverage and accurate recorded coverage of our entire grounds. Everything we were looking for and more. Thank you George!!! read more

I can't say enough about how happy I am that I trusted other reviewers and called LA Security when our 4 year old camera security system suddenly failed. George was able to describe the possible options for how they would address the problem, including an estimate, before they even came to our house. They arrived the same day and quickly determined the necessary corrections and made a few suggestions to improve the system's functionality, while still using our in situ cameras. They fixed the system with our approved upgrades within hours and within the estimate that had been quoted. Since then George and his team have responded to my request for assistance when I had questions or problems with connectivity twice. Once George responded within minutes (the day before Thanksgiving) and the other time first thing in the morning after I left a message overnight. George and his team are reliable, quick and knowledgeable. You definitely get what you pay for with LA Security! read more

When I finally decided to have security cameras installed around my home, I was full of trepidation. I was sure it would cost an exorbitant amount and the cameras would be difficult to access and view from my phone. I couldn't have been more wrong. LA Security Cameras was recommended by a neighbor who was happy with his installation. I thought I would go with just a few cameras outside, but I ended up with full coverage both outside and inside for a price that was lower than what most of my friends had paid for their systems from other companies. It records 24/7 in HD, is easy to access from my phone, and provides full audio and visual surveillance daytime and night, without extra lights, and indicates when there is movement. George, security expert manager; Robert, the head designer; and Louis, the head installer; attended to the installation personally, and could not have been more helpful. Every square inch of my property is now covered inside and out, and the system is a breeze to operate. The other techs who worked on the project, Andy, Georgie, and Jesse, were efficient, polite and neat. They left the site clean and stayed late each of the two days of installation to get the project done on time. After I had a chance to check all the views of the cameras, Georgie returned and adjusted each camera for the perfect angle and showed me numerous useful system features that I could easily manage from my phone. I recommend this company very highly! read more

It's been several years now since George and his team at LA Security put in 4 external cameras, plus a 30 day hard drive system. As with anything complicated there were a few hiccups, mostly pilot error on my park. But George was very patient and the equipment has never failed. I recommend them for your security needs. read more
