He installed a 16 camera DVR IP camera system into our 35,000 sq ft warehouse, hardwired all cables etc within the office section as well as the exterior and interior of the warehouse all within 2 business days. They cleaned up after themselves afterwards as well, you could barely tell they were ever there! Now I can remote log in via the app on my phone to view all the cameras at any time night or day. I purchased a home security camera system at Costco (mistake) and arranged to have Chris install the system at my parents home. This was a bit of a challenge as I live in a different state and was going to California for the holidays. I wanted to be present when the cameras were installed at their home, so I relied heavily on Chris that he would be able to come Christmas week to do the install. He was early to our scheduled appointment and began the installation, only to discover the Costco system was defective. Chris saw my frustration and knew of my limited time for the visit. He offered suggestions on different systems he could provide and install and gave me a great price on a different system. He genuinely felt sorry for my situation and was going to do all he could to make it work. He tried coming the next day, but due to road closures due to snow, he came the day after. He replaced the system and got it up and running and it works flawlessly. His professionalism is second to none and he is very particular on the appearance of the system. He is very knowledgeable and offered sound advice regarding the placement of the cameras. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Chris installed our camera system a few years ago. He's a very nice, patient and honest man. Our cable system went out for two days which caused the cable company system to change our IP address. This has happened a few times over the years and I was able to simply change it in the app by myself, but this time the app wouldn't take it and the format was different due to app upgrades. I texted Chris and he immediately called me and walked me through the process (which were several more steps compared to what it used to be) patiently and I was able to get the security app working again.
