My kids really wanted a swingset installed at my home but I really didn't have the space. Here is what I found out about Mark: 1) Communication: He was first to respond to my request; he made sure to address all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. He was also confident in creating my swing set even though it was a custom made project. I needed help with my water heater and they came on time, did a great job changing and replacing some old parts. I've been looking for an all-around guy to help with projects around the house. We hired Mark to replace our old back wood door with a steel door. Mark was very responsive and his price was competitive. Based on this and the other great reviews on Yelp, we decided to hire him. He finished removing the old door and had the new door hung in a few hours. We have a stucco home and he was careful not to break the stucco. He also had to cut the stucco a few inches to make room for the new door height. We also had decorative molding around the outside of the door. He installed the interior and exterior molding, and even painted the outside molding to match. We were very pleased with the work. Would recommend him to others. Our handrail for the stair was kind of falling down because the wood that locked the handrail was worn out. It will be costly to replace the whole handrail system. I'm glad Mark found a creative solution to reinforce the handrail. He also replaced a sink for one of our bathrooms. I had Mark come to my house to do a variety of little projects that I needed done to my condo. First of all Mark is very naand very professional. I accidentally gave him the wrong phone number which resulted in him sitting outside in his van for 30minuets in August and he wasn't angry about it at all. Sorry Mark I'm a dumb ass. Anyway I had him replace a porch light, replace a ceiling fan, replace a water exchange on a bath tub, fix a pocket door, hang two TP holders and fix the track on my mirrored wardrobe doors. Everything was fixed perfectly and he was even able to fix the existing track on the wardrobe doors so it didn't cost me anything for parts , the pocket door as well. I would definitely recommend Mark for any handyman needs you have. I didn't hear the word no out of him once and that's so nice. Will definitely use him again if I have any other work that needs to be done and I will recommend him to my friends and family Ok so I had Mark come back because I had a plug that stopped working. He made arrangements to meet me when I got off work and all it was was a plug in the other bathroom needed to have the switch thing pushed down. If I could give more then 5 stars I would. I recently moved to Diamond Bar and am Leasing a House. I don't know how I can give two reviews separately so I am putting both down. I ended up hiring Mark 2 times and have him coming back for more work! Job 1 I needed a dog door installed into a Vinyl sliding glass door and a 50 inch. tv hung up. I just moved in and really wanted to get these done as soon as possible. Mark got back to me super fast with a quote that was more than fair! When Mark showed up he was clean, professional and went right to work. He got everything done super fast and made sure I was completely satisfied with his work. Mark even helped me get my 3 large dogs used to this new type of dog door. What a great man! Job 2 I asked Mark to come back again since I was having plumbing problems. I had two main issues. 1st. I had a bathtub with a really old handle and the handle kept spinning round and round but was hard to shut off or get a correct temperature. The stopper was also not working and the spout was absolutely disgusting! Mark went out to make sure we had the correct parts and was able to fix the tub. I was finally able to take a bath where it held water and also could turn on and off without any issues. Mark also fixed my leaking spouts on my washing machine. He did it in lighting speed.
