Instead of being upfront about his "one-contractor only" expectation, he chose to waste our time and walk away on the spot. It came across as unprofessional, inflexible, and dismissive of our situation. If you consider hiring Seong, make sure you ask very clearly about his attitude toward competing bids and your time. Based on our experience, I would not rely on him for anything that requires basic respect, communication, or professionalism.

They really do care a lot about their work and make sure it's quality. Not only that, they are able to finish it in a timely manner. We ended up hiring them to stain our hardwood floors (but ended up keeping it with natural color) and had been very accommodating in working around a busy household. We also had a fresh coat of paint in some of our interior walls as maintenance, which made the house look new again. As expected, they did a wonderful job. Everlong was hired to perform stucco and painting repairs due to damage from the Eaton Cny fire of 2025. Like many homeowners recovering from the fire, I was already navigating insurance claims, repairs, and significant stress. My garage and backhouse were lost but my main home miraculously survived. Nevertheless, there was extensive damage to the right side of the house, from the roof down to the base. The home required many repairs. I felt overwhelmed with everything that needed to be done but happy to get the stucco and painting done. I somehow found Everlong Painting online, met with Luis Valadez and after an extensive conversation, felt confident that I could trust Luis Valadez to get the job done. He was very cordial, assuring and professional in his demeanor and that naturally increased my trust in him. I signed a contract detailing all the work that was to be completed. I was relieved that finally, after 5 long months, work was set to begin. Regrettably, It never crossed my mind to research his business on Yelp and read the reviews. The decision to hire this company has cost me more financially and emotionally in the long run. Shortly after the project was completed, I noticed that the paint on the gutter and wood at the entrance of the house had bubbled and separated from the surface. I promptly contacted Luis and provided photographs documenting the issue. He addressed the problem, and his workers actually sanded the wood as I expected they had done so for all the wood areas as stipulated in the contract. However, over time, other problems became evident, this was very dissapointing. I called Luis to inform him in an effort to have the work inspected and repaired but he never returned to my home, he never followed through on his 5-year contractual warranty. What has disappointed me the most is the fact that Luis doesn't care about the quality of the work. He paints a beautiful picture and makes you feel secure but it's a tactic to get you to buy in. If he truly cared, I wouldnt be sitting here warning the public. He would have returned to my home to take a look for himself, to at least see if my concerns were legitimate? But he doesn't care. The 5-year warranty looks great on paper, but it means nothing, it is not honored and this angers me because it's just another tactic to make you feel secure about doing business with him. Despite multiple communications regarding the defects, appointments were scheduled and postponed, and in some cases missed altogether. No phone call from Luis, no text, no "I'm sorry I can't make it", nothing. As time passed, the defects became more noticeable. I need to state that initially the house was painted white by Everlong but I didn't like the look and decided to repaint it myself an entirely different color. It was during the repainting that I discovered the areas of the house that were not stuccoed, for example, the downspouts were not removed, they simply added stucco as close as possible to the downspouts, and to be frank it wasnt obvious at first sight. Had I not undertaken the work to personally repaint my house, I may have never discovered these deficiencies. But it didn't end there, there were literally sections that were not stuccoed, such as the sides of the steps leading up to the kitchen door and dining room door. This is why it was so important for Luis to return to my home to see for himself. There were areas were the stucco work was sloppy and not smooth as required. I have photographs, videos, and text messages documenting my efforts to have these concerns addressed. Those records show that I notified Luis Valadez of the problems, requested inspections, and attempted to resolve the matter directly long before considering any formal complaints. I understand that construction issues can occur. What matters is how a company responds when a customer raises legitimate concerns. In my case, my pleas were outright ignored. The 5-year work warranty ignored and sadly no effort whatsoever from Luis Valadez to come by and see for himself. Customers should not be told that his work comes with a 5-year warranty. IT'S DECEPTIVE. He took my money but never cared about repairing the problems that surfaced. The quality of workmanship, communication, and post-project support fell far short of my expectations and most importantly, I trusted this man. Homeowners deserve a contractor who stands behind their work and addresses concerns when they arise. Sadly, that was not my experience. I share this review so that other homeowners can make an informed decision based on my EXPERIENCE. Please read the other negative reviews!!! My home literally looks like a million bucks. Raul did not rush. Instead, he put great effort into literally every sqaure inch of my home. Everything from patchwork, stucco work, wood work, sanding, prepping and painting was top notch. Just perfect. No overspray. No splotches. Absolutely no regrets. I give Raul high accolades because he did it right, and he did it his way, taking no shortcuts and leaving no stone unturned while paying great attention to detail. Dennis was very experienced and knows his stuff-- about all kinds of handyman work! He has a productive energy & takes personal care in his work--qualities you do not see much any more! I highly recommend this service-- I do not think you will be disappointed! They also have good customer service appproach so even if an issue arises, they will work to resolve it, as happened on my job.

**** WARNING **** ** FRAUD ALERT **…read moreDo not use All Handyman Service! Let me say upfront that Dennis, the handyman that showed up to complete several small house projects, was very good. He contacted me before he showed up, understood what I wanted done, completed the projects to my complete satisfaction (and delight), and was very friendly. The back office operations and employees are a nightmare. And, I might suggest, are borderline fraudsters. They attempted to fraudulently bill me for material that they did not use on any of my projects. And they attempted to way overcharge me for materials they did use. They refused over and over to provide an itemized list of materials that they were billing me for. Then they told me their Accounting department would only provide detail if I paid an "admin" fee, and that they would charge me a late payment fee if I didn't pay before they left the office for the day. After I threaten legal action, their system was miraculously able to produce a material list. More than 2/3 of the listed materials were not needed or used on my projects. Then when I asked what hardware store was used where they purchased the over priced materials, they said they had those materials in their inventory. For "privacy and business purposes" they would not disclose any detail or pricing information on the material in their inventory. Employees Stacy and Ana lied to me over and over. They attempted to commit fraud and when they were caught and questioned about it, they continued to "double down" on the fraud. I happily had already paid for all labor and was just requesting a list of the items used on my project. Ultimately, they removed all material charges from my bill although I was more than happy to pay any and all real material costs. This business is not legitimate. In my case, they attempted to commit fraud multiple times. I have documentation of all correspondence between myself and All Handyman Service should anyone want to verify the substance of this Yelp review. I would be more than happy to share the documentation with their management. I am not sure it would help resolve anything because it was their management that was dishonest, refused to show an itemized material list, and then, when forced, produced a list that contained materials that were not used or needed or purchased. They also threatened me with late payment charges if I did not pay immediately. I feel sorry for Dennis, their fantastic handyman!
