We recently had the ESR team paint the exterior of our 1909 Craftsman bungalow and we would highly recommend them! The price was reasonable with no add-ons; they were there (early) when they said they would be; and the crew did an excellent job. Their attention to detail was awesome: the detail in the back buildings facing the alley was as detailed as the front of the house. Clean-up was done every day. From the first phone call to final payment - Eric from ESR Painting really came to the rescue (for a good price) on a last minute paint job we needed to touch up some walls in our rental home when we (luckily) got new tenants a lot quicker than expected. He had Luis come out on a saturday, when I had only called less than 2 days before. They were booked solid, but somehow they made it happen. Even with short notice, they gave 100% quality service. Taped everything off, layed down paper to walk on, taped up plastic in areas for protection, and offered extra advice on touch-ups he was able to add in. ESR had previously painted the exterior and did a great job. So, when a tenant moved out, I asked ESR to paint the interior. Erick the owner recommended painting after, rather than before, the floors were sanded and refinished by another vendor Which is good advice! Otherwise, sawdust from the sanded floors could coat the newly painted walls. Geremias ran the ESR crew. They used paint colors of my choosing. I picked the colors before Geremias arrived. (The color consultants at the Dunn-Edwards paint store helped me pick the colors. They do this for free.) When Geremias and his crew were done, I showed the empty unit to prospective tenants. Quite a few of them commented on how good the painting looked inside. That was music to this landlord's ears! Much of the credit for how well it rented, goes to ESR Quality Painting. I am a little slow getting to this, but providing Erick with a 5-Star review has been on the back of my mind since he, Carlos, and his crew finished the job painting and repairing the exterior of my home in Claremont in late June. I can't say enough about the professionalism Erick brings to his company but his dedication to this is reflected in all of his employees. They took on a really big job that required a considerable amount of repair work, even replacing old siding and numerous pieces of window trim. Erick provided a very thorough proposal up front, and communication was great all the way to the end of the project. The house is big and the original plan was for for a 3-week job. Carlos the crew leader, was very concerned about doing a job I would be happy with and the guys in the crew were equally concerned. This was truly a crew that I was impressed with. The job wasn't finished until almost 5-weeks but Carlos and the crew of 4 and sometimes 5 guys were here 5 days a week until the job was done. After completion Erick walked the job with me making sure I was happy. He found things I didn't see and made sure those things were corrected. I have been having a great deal of work done on my house since moving in but without a doubt the best contractor I have used for any of the work has been ESR Quality Painting.
