I'm adding to my previous comment to show the poor quality of work. They were supposed to remove the gutters and paint the trims. clearly, that didn't happen as seen in the photos. they did incomplete work. We had to hire someone to fix the gutters around the house because they were not properly reinstalled by them. Cesar was well informed about the work that we requested. Who asks for partial painting of their home? Unfortunately, Cesar has selective hearing. We asked them to finish the work that was outlined in the contract so we can pay the reminder that was due. They breached their own contract. I WOULD CAUTION ANYONE FROM HIRING THEM. He asked my Mom if she was married and when he found out that she is, that's when he went sour. read more

Full transparency: I did not end up going with Cesar's painting but my experience with them was superb. I was on the market looking for a painting contractor and come across Cesar's. Anthony responded to my inquiry and was very responsive, polite and professional. We set up a meeting time and he showed up early. He was friendly and didn't make me feel like he was talking down to me at all - huge kudos! I showed him the property and we were done within 15 mins. They are very prompt. Anthony came on time for estimate, and gave me a quote right after appointment via email and had a full breakdown of costs. Compared to other quotes, they are very fair priced. I had the whole exterior of the house done. The paint job looks great, took 5 days, 3 painters, project was completed as scheduled. The overall work and procedure was clean, they power washed, stucco repaired all the cracks, sanded and filled wood patio cover, used drop cloths and paper, primed and painted two coats. They also made final touch ups wherever I saw needed. I asked them also to paint a wood patio bench. They applied similar procedure. Overall looks great, I just had to point out certain spots that were missed, but they were able to touch everything up before they left the project. We are about 1.5 years into our renovation project, finally repainting the house. Cesear's Painting has been our best hire to-date. They were easy to hire, and easy to work with. The work is just fantastic. The hiring process didnt have that whole quote you this, quote you that, haggling, etc, just a professional "here is what itll cost" and here is the payment schedule and everyone stuck by it. They did not leave until we were happy with whatever touch ups we wanted (we are not crazy, but we do care about the little things). The job site was left very clean, which is something we care a lot about because we have dogs :) Their prep work on the project was thorough and paid off, no paint got on our roof tiles, fence, etc. Just cant say enough good things about Cesar and Jese. After doing a thorough inspection of what needed to be painted, Cesar asked the right questions of what I wanted and what was included in the price. My house is a Spanish house from 1926, so I was a little nervous about the details. Cesar had some great suggestions which help beautify the fireplace as well as staining my antique doors.
