This review is long over due but here it is. My family didn't paint this house for 15 years. The paint peeled and wood rot all over. It is a big headache just thinking about remodeling. It is not just about money but finding the right contractor who would do quality work and not take our money and run. Cost is also a big concern since our house is huge and very high. I am in charge of finding the super hero to fix this gigantic mess. First, I called about 8 companies via Yelp to come and give me estimates. Some companies said my house is too big and tall so refused to do it. Some companies said it will take 3 months. Some companies wanted to charge me $100,000. Some companies unwilling to fix the rot wood. Some companies needed to rent scaffolds and hydraulic lift since the house is too high. Hydraulic lift is supposed to cost over $2,000. Yikes! I had about 2 weeks to get project done because fire insurance company threatened to cancel our policy if we don't fix up the house. I interviewed about 8 companies and found one perfect company: FD Painting. Why is FD Painting so excellent and won my heart? 1. They have contractor license and I insurance. 2. They were willing to fix all the rot wood. 3. Tino is also friendly and accommodating to different things I pointed out need fixing. 4. Their price is reasonable. The crew showed up to work everyday on time. 5. Their craftsmanship is also excellent. 6. They finished the entire project in 10 days (4 days ahead of schedule)!!! Hooray!!! 7. They didn't need scaffolds or hydraulic lift. 8. I didn't need to watch them while they worked. 9. They cleaned up well after the project. 10. They were honest and trustworthy. Priceless. Thanks to Tino and his crew, my house is beautiful and pristine again. I highly recommend FD Painting. They did an excellent job! They are super reliable and trustworthy. If you need to paint your house please give Tino a call. We truly appreciate their hardwork. read more

Faustino and his crew are great! Would highly recommend. They were amazing value with upfront pricing. I liked especially how they offered me pricing with and without paint included so I could get this exact color I had been wanting. Thanks to their great communication and willingness to work late, they were able to paint our entire interior before we moved into a new house. The house was beautifully painted but best of all was left clean and neat when they finished. Thanks Tino, I would definitely hire them again! read more

I painted a guest bathroom. Communication was very clear and detailed. They arrived on time and executed the job timely. The work was very neat. read more

This job was for a bathroom; it sounds simple, but it wasn't. The four walls were mixed with various types of textures because they had never been able to match the same style before. And not only that, there was one wall that was completely uneven. Every time I entered that bathroom, it bothered me to see that wall and the texture. But what Things got worse when my wife and I wanted to change the paint color, and more details came to light. So I decided to hire a professional painter. I contacted Tino through yelp messages, I gave him all the measurements of my bathroom, and described the problem. He was very clear and direct, with a fixed price. We then scheduled a day to verify the bathroom measurements, and after that, we finalized the deal. His team was so professional. My wife and I consider ourselves very demanding people, and we didn't need to ask them to be careful at all. They simply arrived and covered everything from the entrance of the house to the bathroom, which gave me a lot of peace of mind from the start. The project was estimated to take two to three days, but it had to be extended by one more day, and honestly, I didn't mind. They do their work with love and pride, and they make sure to finish every detail. At the end of the day, when I see their work, I think it was 100% worth it. I highly recommend this company. I also thank Marcelo, who is part of his team, a very kind and professional person. read more

Tino F&D Review I recently had Tino and his brothers at F&D paint the interior walls of my 3-story 1700 sq ft condo. I was late deciding to paint my walls prior to moving in, so I needed a contractor who was both affordable, but also willing to work around my tight schedule, including working around my upstairs carpet being replaced in the middle of the week. In the end, I got four quotes on a Thursday and I needed the job to be finished by the following Thursday which was only 4-5 business days after the walk-thru! During the walk-thru and quoting process there was a few things that made Tino (and F&D) stand out: 1. Tino provided very knowledgeable information and suggestions during the walk thru. He explained the functional differences between paint finishes (flat, eggshell, glossy), as well as other general information and detailed questions about what i wanted to do. He was the only contractor to provide these details. 2. He provided a very reasonable quote on the spot! It wasn't the absolute cheapest of the four quotes, however, the quote beat two of the other three quotes by a couple thousand dollars. 3. Perhaps most importantly, he quoted 4 days to complete the job and was able to start the following Monday. Every other contractor quoted 5-7 days! As for the actual work, I couldn't be happier. Tino was always on time (or early). He communicated well and responded promptly. Him and his brothers were respectful of our HOA rules. They were even able to anticipate and work around carpet being installed in our upstairs on Wednesday (3rd day of the job). In the end, most of the work was completed in three days (!), with only some minor touch up on Thursday upstairs due to the carpet being replaced after they painted that section of the home earlier in the week. They also cleaned up well after themselves every day, and followed through on small requests such as leaving a gate key inside the condo after every day. Tino is a true professional who knows how to provide great customer service, high-level workmanship, and on-time results. I could not recommend F&D more. I intend to keep recommending them to friends and family, and continue to use them for future homes in the years to come. read more

Tino was great! Right from the initial quote he was very responsive with reasonable pricing. We had 8 interior doors and 1 exterior front door frames/casing sealed and painted. He made sure to work around my hectic work schedule. He was professional and kept the work areas clean. His work reflects his experience in painting. I couldn't be any happier. Definitely recommend for any of your residential painting needs! read more

I had the pleasure of hiring F&D Painting Company to repaint both the interior and exterior of my home, and I couldn't be more impressed with the results. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of outstanding. The owner, Tino, along with his talented brothers, transformed my home into something truly beautiful, and I'm excited to share my experience with others. Tino, the owner of F&D Painting, made the entire process a breeze. From our first meeting, it was clear that he was passionate about his craft and committed to delivering top-notch service. Tino took the time to walk through my home and listen carefully to my needs and preferences for both the interior and exterior painting. What truly set Tino apart was his dedication to ensuring that everything went smoothly. He was highly involved in every aspect of the project, from providing a detailed estimate to overseeing the work done by his brothers. Tino was always available to answer questions and address any concerns I had, and he made sure that the project was completed on time and within the budget we discussed. Tino's brothers, who are the heart of F&D Painting, are absolute experts in their field. Together, they worked efficiently and skillfully to transform both the interior and exterior of my home. Their attention to detail was remarkable, and the results speak for themselves. The exterior of my house had been looking worn out, and I needed a fresh, durable coat of paint to give it new life. The brothers began by thoroughly preparing the surfaces. They scraped off the old, peeling paint, patched up any cracks, and ensured everything was smooth and ready for painting. I was impressed by the thoroughness of their prep work--they took their time to make sure the surface was clean and free from imperfections before applying any paint.Inside the house, the brothers worked their magic room by room. They painted all the walls, ceilings, and trim with precision, making sure every surface was covered without a single drip or smear. The prep work inside was just as thorough. From the start of the project to the final coat of paint, my experience with F&D Painting was exceptional. Tino and his brothers were not only skilled painters, but they were also professional, respectful, and easy to communicate with. They were punctual every day, worked efficiently, and kept my home clean and organized throughout the process. They completed both the interior and exterior painting on time and within the budget, and I am beyond pleased with the final results. The transformation of my home is incredible--I truly feel like I'm living in a brand-new space. If you are looking for a painting company that delivers top-quality work with exceptional customer service, I highly recommend F&D Painting. Tino and his brothers take pride in their work, and it shows in every detail. I'm thrilled with how my home turned out and will certainly be recommending them to anyone in need of professional painting services. read more
