First of all, let me start off with it's been a pleasure working with Eduardo. I briefly explained to him that my mother was ill and one of her wishes was to do her Exterior Trim Paint Only. She wanted to see how her home would look with the color she had picked out. Being that she's 84 and everyday is accounted for, Eduardo made this possible in a very short period of time. I ended up scheduling Eduardo for September 28th to which he agreed he would be able to do. The Thursday before, I was going to text him to confirm and he actually ended up texting me saying his truck broke down and cancelled the job. After further conversation he mentioned that his jobs are holding him back and so he would be available October 8th. Clearly, one or both of these reasons is a lie as he is changing his story. I have the text convo available via screenshot if needed. He offered to have someone he knows to do the job but I had no way of knowing if this person was reliable or good as he doesn't advertise. Eduardo was an absolute professional, start to finish. After a round of rain created a leak in my living room, and I learned the damage was too minimal to go through homeowners insurance, I sought out someone to replace the broken tile on the roof as well as paint the ceiling. He was communicative about coming out after the rain and provided an honest opinion about the work. We established a time right away and day of Eduardo and Juan were on time and set up efficiently. They moved furniture with care and taped our room in plastic to ensure the paint didn't create a mess. They were professionals about taking care of a couple add-ons requests: changing a lightbulb in our 12-foot tall ceiling and removing a vinyl film on a tall window. In all, the price was in line with the insurance adjuster's estimate and I saw no reason to negotiate. Bought the guys lunch as they worked quickly and efficiently and finished ahead of schedule.
