If I can give six stars I would. David and Ash (and team) went above and beyond what I was expecting in a very tight timeframe. They are so nice and easy to work with while delivering the best in class workmanship and service I haven't seen in my 20 years + in real estate. After refinishing my floors, the walls needed painting but I only had 3 days to do so. I called and got a few quotes but SoCal Painters were the only ones who were confident to get the work done on time. They were also able to get me discounts on high quality paints which saved me hundreds of dollars while quoting me a fair price for the quality of work they do. Communication was excellent and when I found small spatters on my floors (which happen on black floors + white paint), Ash came over and hand scrubbed all the paint off that same day and when we ran out of paint, they were able to solve the problem using creative solutions. We used SoCal painters for the first time and are very pleased with the work. We got a very reasonable quote on the exterior of a 850 sq ft house. David was very responsive in putting color palettes together for us to choose from and we went back and forth a couple of time before we were set on the colors. He was very patient with us and made some good suggestions with color that we appreciated. I want to mention that this house was painted 5 years ago and the stucco was coming off in all sorts of places. We were assured that this time around the paint would last for a lot longer. This was evident after seeing the quality of work done. They took their time scraping off and repairing all the areas that were of concern. After they repaired it they made sure to give it enough time to cure before painting over it. This kind of care is what makes for quality work and so for this we are glad we went with SoCal painters. I just wish I had taken a before photo. I will try to add an after soon. I highly recommend this team not just for the good work but for the honesty and care they put in. Hired this family owned business to paint walls and ceilings - approx 900 sq ft of my 1100 sq ft home. David was quick to reply to my call and came out the next day to give a quote.
