Ruslan is very professional and respectful. It's great he also has a plumbing license. He installed and tested three sink faucets and p trap setups. He also gave good advice when it came to installing a new shower valve. Since there was no way to access where the valve was without cutting the tile, the waterproofing would have been compromised. So according to him, it would be best to either redo the shower or we would have to use a bigger plate than the one that came with our shower valve to cover the big hole in the front in order to make space to work on the valve. We needed to replace an AC that had been in my parents house since the 1980's. It was a window unit sort of. Let down by Best Buy we looked on Yelp to see if we could find someone local. He is easy to talk to and get ahold of, and Alex (who actually came to my house to do the work) was extremely efficient and courteous. I found Ruslan on Yelp. My faucet handle was stuck and very hard to turn on and off, so I decided to have a handyman check it out. When I called Ruslan, he answered immediately and was able to quickly identify the problem once I told him what was going on. Ruslan explained that my faucet likely needed to be replaced due to mineral build up from hardened water. He suggested that I find a faucet set on Home Depot and gave me a quote for labor and any parts he might need. I told him I'd get back to him once I found the faucet. That night, I told Ruslan that I had ordered a faucet set, and it would be arriving the next day. He responded promptly and scheduled a time to come and take care of the faucet replacement. He was even available to text me over the weekend for scheduling purposes! From there everything else went extremely smoothly. As noted above, Alex was great. He worked quickly, and even though he had to step out to purchase a part we didn't have, he still was done with the job within two hours total. I was pleased with the quality of the work -- he showed me that he had checked for leaks and even noted that we would probably need to replace another part of our sink in the near future. We had a cracked bathroom sink. We reached out for bids from several local handymen. Each one was over a $1k to replace plus cost of sink and materials. "We have to remove the entire counter top to replace the sink..." Ruslan came over for free. Assessed the project and quoted it fairly. He helped find the correct replacement sink and was able to finish the work in less than half a day without removing anything but the broken sink. They cleaned up and were very respectable to our home despite the rain storms outside. Very polite and honest and very friendly to our five year old son.
