Had an ancient pocket door jump off its track - a tricky repair that often requires cutting into the adjacent wall and retrofitting a brand new roller track - not an easy job. However, they first carefully opened up the door frame just enough to remove the door, look inside the pocket and fortunately were able to retrieve the loose door roller. We had a pocket door where the rail detached from the top mount. I was very concerned about the repair process because we have fine wood door molding around the frame. Jack and his team were excellent. The brought floor protection as well as dust protection to support the repair. For this job they had to cut into the drywall but Jack knew exactly where to cut and installed the appropriate screws so that the rail would never fail again. The drywall repair was seamless and they used a heat gun to accelerate curing of the joint compound so that they could sand and leave with a finished wall.
