Fantastic experience. But maybe different than others, so I think it's worth a description. I try my best to do as much DIY around the house as I possibly can so that I can learn, but every now and then I encounter a problem that I just don't know how to solve. In this particular case, I wanted to build a cement wall around a crawlspace entrance that was getting flooded during major rain. I had built the molds, excavated the hole, but I was getting stumped because the side of the house was protruding differently than the foundation (see the first photo). Long story short, I called Edem. He responded right away. He wasn't able to personally make it but he had one of his teammates CJ come (who was just as knowledgeable). Eddy also came by mid-day just to check things out. CJ helped to adjust the mold. He helped me buy a few additional things (gravel etc.) that I didn't know I was supposed to do. He helped with the concrete. Really helped me to solve the issue and the wall is great (see second photo).
