Superbly responsive, Kirill set me up with a worker who arrived punctually and did restoration work on my front arched window with 15 lights that had deteriorated and contained an area or two of old rot. The job required scraping off old chipping paint and light sanding with a vacuum sander so as not to spread lead dust. When I expressed some doubts about the outside glazing by the worker, Kirill himself came out the next day and redid the puttying. The job was not as small as originally estimated, there was an add-on, but I think the overally price was fair considering the amount of work. I hired Kirill to install a fan outlet through my roof and a grab bar in my main bathroom. He arrived on time.
