The stucco had a couple issues and some of the wood had severe sun damage, some cracks and recessed nail holes. Mike's team did a great job in making our home stand out again. The guys were aways prompt on the agreed to start time. Masking and drop cloths ensured that the painting was always very neat. Also wanted to Thank Mike for his advice on color selection. Mike and his team did a great job for us! First off, they respond to inquires and show up on time! This is a big plus, and often overlooked by some other companies. The team painted 3 of our bedrooms and the hallway, but we'll call them again when we're ready for our outside of the house. Lots of painstaking work because we have older style of doors and fixtures for closets! The ended up removing all the hinges and handles prior to painting! Other companies would have just tried to paint around them!! They also sanded and prepped everything before painting, and Mike gave us great advice on the type of paint to choose (i.e., flat vs gloss). He was right, it looks great!!! I've attached just a few pictures, but you'll notice in the hallway picture, we have very nicely finished oak floors, and they made sure to protect them with a cover, and left no paint slop, or marks. Thanks to the team for this!! We would highly recommend OPP Painting!! read more

Mike was very professional. He did an outstanding job. I would definitely hire him again for another project.

My husband and I hired this company to paint the flashing and Eaves around our whole home. We are very dissatisfied with the job due to the fact that the color of the eaves (see picture) is off compared to the rest of the house. What makes it worse is that it's the front of the house and an absolute eyesore! When I contacted Mike about this the next day, he came out with his crew slapped on a coat of paint just in that area and called it a day. I have contacted him again with my concerns, and he said that we need to replace that entire section of the fascia board. Had we known this, we would have done that. In a world full of uncertainty, it sure would have been nice to have Mike be honest with us instead of doing a shoddy job and taking our money... read more

We went through 8 bids before we settled to work with Mike of OPP Painting and we couldn't be happier that we decided to contract with him to paint the exterior of our home. His company was a referral from Home Depot, which meant he was properly licensed and bonded. Given all that, Mike's bid was reasonable - not too low that we wondered about the quality of the work nor too high that we knew it was straight up price gouging. He was prompt with sending us the estimate and walked us through what the process would entail. We appreciated that Mike communicated well, he was always responsive, and answered every question we had. We had some issues with the clean-up and paint spots were left on our driveway where the plastic protective covers did not reach. He came back right away to take care of those issues, not once, but three times, to make sure we were completely satisfied. We will not hesitate recommending OPP Painting to our families and friends. Mike is a cool, dependable guy who runs his company very well. read more

We requested quotes from a few contractors to have our home painted. OPP Painting responded promptly and came over to give us an estimate in a very timely manner. Mike even came over twice to thoroughly check out the house. OPP Painting gave us a very fair and reasonable price to have the job done. Solely because of scheduling, we ended up not going with OPP Painting but we felt Mike went above and beyond in his customer service. He was informative and professional. We would gladly hire them for any future projects. read more

I met Mike through the Home Depot Pro Referral service. Mike called me the same day of my request and we met at my new condo a day or 2 later. His crew painted my entire condo in just over a day, using some very skilled people. I would gladly use his service again and highly recommend them. At first meeting Mike and walking through the facility and going over areas that needed painting, I was a little worried due to all the additional work he suggested thinking that it would cost so much more than we budgeted. Management was very pleased when we received our quote. The work was only available to be done during the weekends. We thought it would take a few weekends to complete but they finished in one weekend. Mike and his team did an excellent job in getting our project done and within the most exceptional time with the best price. I highly recommend Oceguera Painting Plus! read more

Well, we had 12 inside doors that needed painting along with the trim. And at our age, it was not a task we wanted to take on. We did ask 3 other contractors for quotes but they did not respond. So, Home Depot offers this service. We received 8 contractors numbers. After 3 quotes, we went with Miguel Oceguera Painting Plus. OUTSTANDING! The care of our furniture and floors to the painting and clean up - we are so happy. And we are now asking for a quote to do the outside painting of our home. Thank you Mike and Staff. read more

My sister recommended him to me and now I recommend him to everyone. He answered all my questions. Came through and did a walk through and provided me with a written estimate for some indoor paint job (stairwell and bathroom). The written estimate was clear and covered everything. No guessing or wondering what was going to be done. They said they would be at my place at 7am and by 7:01 am they were ringing my doorbell. They told me they would be done by 3 pm and around 2:50 pm they were telling me they were done. They protected my carpet on the stairs. Very professional work. Was it cheap? No but not expensive and when you see the care to detail that they had, well worth the price. Already thinking of next projects. read more

I requested an interior paint job through Home Depot for one room in my house. Mike was the only painter who responded to my request and then followed up with me, and he was able to schedule it in less than a week (which was much faster than the other painter who eventually got back to me). He finished the job all in one morning with plenty of extra paint left over for touch ups and other projects. Would definitely recommend. read more

I had a wonderful experience with Mike and OPP. Due to the rain delaying other projects, Mike was able to bring a crew and finish the job in one day when the original estimate was that the job would take 2-3 days.
