He provided the most affordable quote out of about five quotes we received and the team was willing to work with the difficult situation of our house having a lot of residue from old ivy vines. They were also very mindful of the details and character of our 100-year-old airplane bungalow craftsman home, which we really appreciated. His team completed the work within the projected timeframe, and we are so happy with the result! He even went above and beyond by doing some extras for us, like painting a bench and the fence connecting us to our neighbors. We would definitely recommend Flex Painting!

From start to finish, Erick was great to work with, professional, responsive, and straightforward. The crew he sent out was fantastic. On top of the excellent craftsmanship, their pricing was very reasonable and competitive compared to the other quotes I received. If you're looking for a reliable, high-quality painter in the area, I highly recommend Erick and the ESR team. I'd absolutely use them again!

We had a very good experience with them and their work led me to contact Freddy again years after to paint the exterior. He came in to give us a quote for the project and he gave us a great price. The amazing professionalism, punctuality, friendliness, and workmanship of Freddy and his great crew, Miguel, Jose, and Junior, in my opinion exceeds that of what their rate is. They really do care a lot about their work and make sure it's quality. Not only that, they are able to finish it in a timely manner. We ended up hiring them to stain our hardwood floors (but ended up keeping it with natural color) and had been very accommodating in working around a busy household. We also had a fresh coat of paint in some of our interior walls as maintenance, which made the house look new again. As expected, they did a wonderful job. I definitely highly recommend this company and would be contacting them again for future projects. Very trustworthy to do the job right, including warranties and workers comp for their crew.

David, the owner, was the very first person to respond to my inquiry, and from the beginning, he exceeded my expectations with his responsiveness, professionalism, kindness, and respect. I provided the information he needed by text, and he was prompt about getting back to me, answering all of my questions, and providing me with a detailed estimate. He also followed up with me afterward, which I really appreciated. Ultimately, I decided to go with another local painting company that was closer to me and better suited to my timeframe. It had nothing to do with David or my experience with him; the other company was simply a better fit for my particular circumstances. His estimate was extremely fair and in fact, was even lower than one of the others. Good customer service seems harder and harder to find these days, so when someone is this responsive, respectful, and considerate of your time, I think it's worth acknowledging. David, thank you for your time, your professionalism, and for making the process so easy and pleasant. I truly appreciate it. He was difficult to communicate with and overall very reluctant to help with anything beyond painting, such as removing smoke detectors and patch up the hole to paint the area. The paint job looked good upon first glance but because he freehanded the project and didn't tape out sections that should be left unpainted, there were paint droplets left all over the various surfaces of my place. He also completely forgot to paint the back of the closet doors, and did not respond to my texts and emails asking for them to be completed.
