I just had stucco repairs done on the exterior of my house, followed by a complete exterior painting with Eguez Painting, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From start to finish, their skillful and dedicated team was professional, reliable, meticulous, and extremely respectful of my home. They paid close attention to detail and took the time to make sure everything looked just right. The entire process was smooth and well organized, and the finished result exceeded my expectations. I couldn't be happier with the exterior paint job these guys did on my home. From start to finish, the quality of work was outstanding. They didn't just show up and start spraying -- the prep work alone set them apart. They took the time to properly sand and prep every surface, which you can tell made a huge difference in the final result. The finish is smooth, clean, and looks like it's going to last. They applied multiple coats using a spray and back-roll technique, which gave the house a really even, professional look -- not streaky or rushed like you sometimes see. What really stood out, though, was their attitude after the main job was done. I had a few minor touch-ups I wanted, and they were more than willing to come back and make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it -- no pushback, just great customer service. If you're looking for painters who take pride in their work and go the extra mile, I highly recommend them. Great craftsmanship and even better service. read more

I hired Eguez Painting for painting work on my ADU project in Irvine, and overall I had a good experience working with them. They were responsive, easy to communicate with, and willing to work with me as the project moved through different stages. Construction projects often require small adjustments and touch-ups along the way, and I appreciated that they were cooperative when additional details needed attention. The painting work came out clean and helped bring the project together at the final stage. They also worked around the other trades and construction schedule, which was important for a project like this. Overall, I appreciate their work and their help in completing my ADU. I had a really good experience working with Eguez Painting. Fabio Eguez is a really honest, professional person who came promptly to do the site visit and give an estimate which was the most affordable of all the quotes I received and was also able to accommodate a really tight timeframe. Not only that, he was super open and quick about providing information about his license, insurance, and any other paperwork requested. There was a mixup with paint colors which was minor but he was really transparent about it and offered to do whatever was needed to make it right to my satisfaction. That's the kind of service and professionalism that makes for longstanding relationship. We will definitely reach out to Eguez painting again in the future. read more

I reached out to Eguez Painting for the painting of my home. Fabio had great communication during the quoting phase. He worked with me on paint ideas and ordering samples prior to the painting. His team worked fast and very efficiently. The house looked amazing and during the final walkthrough if there were any sections that needed touch up it was handled then. They did such a good job that we decided to have his team to do the interior of the house. It was here that Fabio's professionalism really showed. During the application of the first coat I noticed that the paint did not match the sample from the manufacturer. Fabio came out to look at the issue and contacted the paint manufacturer's sales representative to come and see. The next morning the rep saw that there was a discrepancy with the paint color and offered other samples. Once the new samples arrived the decision was made for the new color. The team continued on with the job. Everything was done perfectly and came out looking great. I would definitely recommend Fabio and his team to friends and family. read more

Eguez Painting exceeded my expectations in every way! Fabio's clear, quick, confident and above all, positive communication throughout the process kept me comfortable and excited about my exterior paint project. His very confident and professional words are absolutely matched by the quality of his team's excellent work. Any concerns before starting my project (mainly with stucco patching/repair) were quickly put to rest with his positive and confident approach, which I really appreciated. Once they got started, the process couldn't have gone smoother. The Eguez team was quick and efficient, but professional and VERY thorough. The amount and quality of wood and stucco patching, sealing, and repair they did prior to painting was far beyond what I expected. The paint application was applied accurately and cleanly. I'm extremely pleased with amount of value that I got for the reasonable price that I paid. They came through with everything they promised and a lot more! We are incredibly fortunate to have entrusted our home to Eguez Painting. After receiving three different quotes, we chose Eguez because their proposal was exceptionally detailed, clearly outlining the prep work, materials, and project scope. Their communication remained outstanding throughout the entire process. What truly set them apart, however, was the team itself. Fabio, Fabian, Juanito, Jorge, and Guillermo brought a tireless, positive attitude to the job every day--even while working long hours and weekends. They never complained and handled every request with a helpful "yes, we can take care of that" mindset.Since completion, our neighbors have consistently stopped by to compliment how the new exterior paint and window trim have brought the house to life. I want to share my great experience with Eguez Painting. From the beginning, Fabio was very professional and easy to work with. He came to my house, looked at the project, and gave me a clear and fair quote. I appreciated that he explained everything in simple terms so I always understood what was included. The price he offered was very reasonable compared to other companies, and the quality of the work was even better than I expected. Throughout the whole project, Fabio communicated with me very well. He always updated me on what his team was doing, what the next steps were, and how long each part would take. This made me feel comfortable and confident that the job was being done the right way. His crew worked carefully, protected my furniture and floors, and cleaned up every day before leaving. I hired Fabio's team to paint the exterior of my house recently, and am very happy with the results. Not only was the painting done professionally and on time, but Fabio and his team also took care of repairing wood damage in areas around the house that had been bothering us for years. They handled it seamlessly, and the repairs blend in nicely with the fresh paint. What really stood out was how easy they made the process. Fabio's communication was clear and consistent, so we always knew what was happening without needing to hover or micromanage. He also really cares that you are satisfied with the results. The whole project felt stress-free, and the end result is very satisfying --our nearly 50-year old house looks brand new. I appreciate the hard work (90+ degree afternoons) and attention to detail. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality, professionalism, and peace of mind. Thank you Fabio and team! read more

5/5 Stars -- Professional, Reliable, and Outstanding Quality! I recently used Eguez Painting to paint my home, and I couldn't be happier with their professionalism, scheduling, attention to detail, and work ethic. They take immense pride in what they do! From the very beginning, Fabio (the owner) was fantastic. He came out within a day or two of my call to give us a bid. He did a thorough walk-through, took pictures of all the areas needing paint, and even pointed out some damaged wood siding that needed replacement. True to his word, he had a quote back to me the next day. Communication and execution were seamless throughout: * Scheduling: Fabio called a few days before our start date to confirm everything and ensure we were still good to go. * Prep & Repairs: The crew arrived bright and early on day one. They did a thorough power wash of all surfaces, replaced the damaged siding, and repaired several stucco areas. * Protection: Before painting, they took great care to cover up all of our plants, sidewalks, and fencing. * Work Ethic & Communication: The team worked tirelessly every day. They regularly knocked on the door to show me their progress and keep me in the loop. At the end of the project, we did a final walk-through, and they let me know to call if I noticed anything after everything dried. When I spotted a couple of small touch-up spots a few days later, they came back out within a day to take care of them without hesitation. If you're looking for a painting contractor who is honest, punctual, skilled, and stands by their work, look no further than Eguez Painting. I recommend them highly! read more

Fabio and his team were awesome. We couldn't have been more pleased. They did an excellent job of protecting our home and furniture. Their prep work was excellent. The paint looks amazing. They did an excellent job of cutting in and catching all of the fine details. They were always on time. They were always courteous and respectful and MOST IMPORTANTLY: THEY PROMISED A COMPLETION DATE AND KEPT THEIR WORD. That last one is nearly unheard of, sadly, but they managed it. Expert Transformation & High-Level Execution - Eguez Painting is the Best! If you are looking for a painting company that provides elite-level results and truly understands the science of a "difficult mission," Eguez Painting is the BEST company I would recommend. We were in a very tough situation. We had selected Sherwin-Williams Duration--which tends to exaggerate uneven sheen--for our 20-year-old stucco exterior walls. Unfortunately, a previous company left us with visible lap marks, optical flashing, and a very uneven finish. I interviewed 5-6 different painting companies to find a remedy. Fabio Eguez's professionalism and confidence stood out and earned my trust immediately. Mine was a "difficult mission" because once you notice imperfections, it becomes impossible to ignore them, and I knew my expectations for the remedy work would be higher than usual. However, Fabio was 100% confident that his team could restore the finish to a high standard, and they absolutely delivered. Fabio's approach is incredibly thorough. On a dedicated second trip to our home, he and his lead painter, Fabian Trujillo, performed side-by-side sample testing of two different techniques, enabling us to make an informed decision for the remedy process. Once the project began, Fabian and his crew--Misael, Luis, and Jose--proved to be true masters of their craft. Our 20-year-old walls were especially "thirsty" (porous), yet the team worked tirelessly through several 85-90°F days with an outstanding attitude. To ensure perfect color saturation and a uniform sheen, they performed multiple rounds of meticulous priming, spraying, and back-rolling. Seeing the immense effort they dedicated to those challenging upper walls was truly impressive. Fabio and Fabian didn't just paint a house; they restored our home after a failed attempt by others. The transformation is stunning. Truly, every time I come home and see their beautiful work, it really cheers me up! Within a short period of time, we have gained so many compliments from our neighbors and friends, and we are so excited to recommend Eguez Painting to everyone. They are, hands down, the best painting company we have ever worked with! read more

Our two story brick and stucco home was built some time ago and represented some challenges. We also wanted certain things done a certain way. Timing was also of concern to us as we wanted the house painted before some other work could begin. Fabio and his team at Equez Painting listened to all of our priorities and did a great job meeting our expectations. This also included some clean-up problems after the job which he solved by paying for a power wash at his own expense. We recommend Equez painting as a friendly and competent business who you can trust to do a great job in meeting your needs. read more
