Highly recommend! Of all the painters we've had, they are by far the best. Very meticulous, great workmanship, courteous and professional. read more

One Way Painting - Exterior painting - Painters Near Me - Orange, California

They were recommended by a friend and neighbors. They took their time preparing the surfaces. A bit more than what I wanted to spend but nowadays it's not easy to find reliable insured quality contractors. Will use again. They book up fast so no rush jobs read more

One Way Painting did an outstanding job painting the inside of our home! The estimation process was the best. They provide a sheet that details which rooms they'll paint and what they will do so you know exactly what to expect and how much it will cost. I was shocked but we had 6 quotes and they were the only ones to detail exactly what would be done in writing. They move all the heavy stuff (for no charge!) so you don't need to sweat moving a bunch of heavy furniture around. They proceed they way you want it done. You decide which order floors and rooms are done. Painters show up promptly at 7:30am and work a full day. They work fast and like I said do an outstanding job! Finished the whole house in 4 days. The price was very reasonable. They came in right in the middle of the estimates we received. I can't recommend them enough. read more

After moving into my place, I needed to get my interior painted. Honestly, I didn't look much for quotes but went with this business because of its amazing reviews. I called and Jeff came out to view my place. He arrived on time, explained the process, and said he'd get back to me with a quote. I got a quote emailed to me later in the day and scheduled the paint job the next week. The paint process was completed in less than a day and half. The painters were professional and helped with a few small tasks I had that I couldn't get to with my tall ceilings. Everything was explained well and the paint job was performed up to my satisfaction. Highly recommend this service for anyone looking for a paint job! read more

Meh. They did exterior painting for us about four years ago. The caulking failed within months and the paint is already starting to peel. Way overpriced too. Cannot recommend. read more

1+ month later and I am still extremely satisfied with the complete exterior repainting of my home performed by One Way Painting. I obtained a half dozen quotes and chose this Contractor because their price was reasonable (not the lowest) and because of how professionally Jeff, the owner, presented/represented his company. In fact, from beginning to end, both their front office and field teams were very responsive and very professional. The office staff stayed in touch and regularly provided updates, and the field team also kept in constant communication during the project, as well as kept the work site clean and orderly at the end of each project day. I also love that Jeff stands by his company's work! That alone tells you how confident he is in his team and their work! I cannot recommend One Way Painting highly enough. If you're looking for a highly professional team who provides a high-quality service and product, One Way Painting has to be your final choice! read more

Jeff the owner came out to give me an estimate for painting the outside of our home today and I was very impressed with his professionalism and he was the only contractor out of the three I got estimates from that had a nice brochure of all the jobs his company performs. I ended up having his company paint our home and I'm very happy with their work. Jeff told me he'd have the job done in three days and he was true to his word. One of my neighbors is going to have him paint their home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. I can't say enough good things about the painting crew they were professional and did a meticulous job prepping the outside of our home. They answered my questions and did a wonderful job cleaning up after the job was done. read more

I've used One Way Painting on several occasions! And have never been disappointed! I just had my kitchen cupboards repainted. They did a fabulous job! I mentioned to Eurial that I wish my cupboards were a different when I bought my house. They are all white. He mentioned painting my island a different color! He suggested black. And it looks beautiful! Another point with one way They are neat and clean through the whole process. Would highly recommend One Way to all my family and friends :) read more

I can't say enough good things about One Way Painting! From my initial meeting with Jeff for the estimate to paint the exterior of our home, I was treated courteously and respectfully. There was no hard-sell-- he was just honest and straightforward. He clearly explained their process up front and patiently answered all my questions. I had very high standards about proper preparation as well as the actual paint job. They were already planning to do everything I was wanting and even offered to do more than I was asking! Furthermore I was assured by Jeff that I wouldn't pay for the job until we were completely satisfied with the work. I had gotten other estimates. Jeff's was the lowest for the scope of work that was to be done. And his painters were amazing. They were polite, didn't smoke or play loud music, did the highest quality work, and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves each day. The job was completed in the timeframe promised and we were extremely happy with the work. We have used other painters and there is no comparison. When it's time to paint the interior of our home, we'll be calling them back. read more

We love One Way Painting! Jeff came to our house, gave us a very fair quote and said we don't need to pay a penny until the job is finished and we were completely happy. How many businesses do that anymore? The work and detail was exceptional. They spent almost 10 days prepping and painting our modest 1600 square foot house. Everyday they cleaned up, neatly put away their equipment in our back yard, and covered it up. I don't think you could find a better company no matter how long you searched. read more

They came out to give me a quote on painting baseboards of my 1600 square foot office. Jeff didn't act condescending even though this was a rather smaller job. Quote was fair. Guys did a neat, competent job. Would use again! read more

I've enjoyed two great experiences with Jeff and his team this past 3 months. First, they painted the entire exterior of my 2-story home. Second, they did some detailed touch-up work in my kitchen and a couple of other rooms. In both cases, Jeff was very much present and in control of the process. In both cases, his team was great to work with. Polite, professional, and competent. His pricing was also very much in line with similar firms. I won't hesitate to use them again for any future painting jobs, inside or out. read more

Roxanne set me up with Austin and they helped me a ton with my new cabinetry painting job.

I was tasked with getting my company's building repainted as it was starting to look pretty shabby. As we are in Orange, I always try to give the local businesses a shot. When I saw that One Way Painting was around the corner from us, I gave them a call. What impressed me was the fact that they are the ones who repainted Prado Dam off the 91 FWY. Jeff came out to my facility and furnished me with an extremely competitive quote. He was very prepared and covered all of our needs. He did not require a deposit and guaranteed his work. He and his staff were extremely informative, courteous, and professional. His entire team worked diligently from beginning to end and paid attention to detail. I graded the whole process with an A+ and they were finished when they said they would be. We have two buildings. When we are ready to paint the other one, I will be reaching out to One Way Painting for that project as well. Thanks, Jeff!! read more

We had both the outside of our house and inside painted by One Way Painting. I had kept an article about their company from years ago, and finally called them. My husband and I are so grateful we chose them. From the very first meeting with Jeff we knew we were in good hands and we were working with an extremely professional outstanding company that truly cared about their customers. From all of the office staff to Jeff's right hand men Shane, Austin and every painter, their attention to detail and communication was most excellent. Overall they did a beautiful job painting our house and we will definitely hire them again when needed. They also painted our patio furniture outside and it looks brand new! Just gorgeous!!! Jeff originally spent time with us figuring out the colors we were looking for and both Jorge and Francisco helped us with that as well. Jorge was so kind to help my husband with an additional task he needed help on, and my husband was very happy about that. Francisco is truly an artist and we were blessed with his skills and love for his work. They exceeded all of our expectations and we would highly recommend them, they are worth every penny and then some! read more

Excellent service. Guys were great. Alex was super polite & they all just got on & did a great job. I really liked that they were quiet too as my husband & son work from home. They painted all my upstairs internal doors in one day. I will use them again! read more

In painting the prep is everything. The workers spent several days in prep and it shows. Their workers have years of experience with this company, not hired off the street. They do not do major wood replacement or remove pop corn ceilings you will want a referral for that. Probably not going to be the lowest price but it if you want A great job it is worth it. read more

One Way Painting can only be described in two words... AMAZING and INTEGRITY!! They did such an amazing job painting all my trim work and cabinetry. The prep work was impeccable which led to a clean and very well finished job; not a drip, not a spill. Their integrity is what led me to contract with them after Jeff came by with a great quote. They were able to schedule the job quickly, much sooner than I expected. The crew was polite and cleaned up like they were never here. There was a miscommunication on my part but all I got was "no problem, we can do that for you." My only regret is that it has taken me far too long to write this review. If I could give them more stars I would!! read more

Hello Yelpers, My wife and I often use Yelp for just about everything from restaurants to contractors and everything in-between but we have NEVER posted a review until now and we do so only because of One Way Painting. It's always been my policy to get as many estimates as possible so I can learn as much as I can about my project. Given that, I will save all you yelpers the time and pass along my knowledge as it pertains to a painting company. One Way Painting is AMAZING from the very first visit to the completion of the Job. The owner, Jeff, and all his employees/staff are incredible and extremely professional. Our experience was amazing and so was the paint job; I only wish I could use them for all my non paint household projects!! Trust us, you will not be disappointed!! read more

One Way Painting recently completed a 2 week exterior job at our home and we were extremely pleased with the communication process, competitive pricing, work ethic and the final results!! From the moment we met Jeff and he did a walk through with us of the property, we knew he was extremely knowledgeable and thorough about what needed to be done. The painting crews arrived promptly each day, and did excellent, quality and detailed work, including some complicated wood repairs. Jeff and his crew were excellent to work with. I made an appointment to discuss painting my duplex exterior and Jeff was there right on time and provided me with a folder with the company services, insurance info, references, and warranty. After we went over the job and agreed on what needed to be done Jeff sent me a very reasonable quote with a complete description of the work to be done. We agreed on a date to start the painting and his team showed up right on time every day and completed the work in about a week. They were pleasant to work with, extremely competent, careful, and hard working. They were also receptive to some minor changes I made and cleaned up completely after the job. Came on time and did a beautiful paint job on our garage door and facia boards.

The complete interior of my house including all trim and ceilings was painted by One Way Painting - they did an excellent job! I spoke to Jeff initially with whom I reviewed what I needed, Jeff listened to my needs and provided advice and followed-up with a reasonable quote within an hour. Everything including quote and approvals was performed online. The work was started within a week and completed in 5 days leaving the house clean and tidy, Shane reviewed the progress daily together with a final inspection. The painters were very courteous and hardworking. I'm really pleased with the experience and result. I highly recommend this very professional company and will use their services in future. read more

Jeff from one way painting was very professional and set reasonable expectations. Due to weather, the job took slightly longer than expected but the company remained true to their quote. The quality of the job was high grade and the stucco repair made the walls look brand new. Jeff's pricing was also competitive compared to other quotes. Most importantly, Jeff mentioned that if there was any dissatisfaction they would come back to correct any work. True to his word, there was an issue and he promptly returned and arranged for the correction. I will use Jeff again for any iterative maintenance work in the future. read more

One Way Painting recently painted the exterior of our two-story home. We could not be more pleased with their work. Everything was done as Jeff explained. Alex and his crew were on time every day. They were respectful of our home and our neighbors. The crew took real care in their work. Taping, sanding, patching, you name it...all of the work was done with attention to detail and the upmost professionalism. Our neighbors are already complimenting our home's new look. We obtained three quotes for the work. One Way Painting provided an estimate that was realistic and didn't risk a bait and switch. One Way Painting was good to their word and did everything they said they would do. Really first rate work. We are the third home on our street to use them and one of our neighbors says they will be giving the company a call to paint their home. We won't look elsewhere for future paint jobs, such as our interior. One Way Painting has a customer for life and we enthusiastically recommend them. read more

There's nothing like coming home to a freshly painted house. Francisco and his crew, led by Rigo painted the interior of our home while we were away on vacation. They pay close attention to detail, respect our property and are skilled in their trades. I appreciate their professionalism in communicating with me and addressing my concerns big or small. They've also painted the exterior of our home, including the gates and doors. Jeff oversaw the entire job and was pleasant to work with. The main characteristic of this company that sets them apart from the others is their integrity. They keep their promise and over deliver in their customer service. I highly recommend them for any paint related work. read more

Worse experience ever. They abandoned the job, used the wrong paint, and tried to charge more while changing the original agreements. I had to file a complaint with the state board for job abandonment, file a claim with their insurance company because Jeff refused to provide us with his Bond Insurance information. Jeff tried to bribe us to not review him in Yelp through a settlement agreement which we denied because I think everyone should know how corrupt this company is. I hired them to paint my house with two different types of paints by Benjamin Moore. chantilly lace and white wisp. On the day the project started I reconfirm with the painter the paints I wanted in person and via text. Which by the way was only two workers for a 3500 sqft 2 story home with a down stairs office. We confirm with Jeff and the painters that all of the walls were going to be prime before painting. Two days into the project we find out they weren't using Benjamin Moore they were using an imitation of Benjamin Moore to safe money and capitalize on their commissions. We found out this was going on because we saw the cans they were using on the floor. My brother who knows a little more about this noticed it and pointed out to me that they weren't using Benjamin Moore. When I asked the painter without telling him we noticed the paint cans on the floor he tried to convince us that he was using Benjamin Moore and they paid extra for the paint we wanted. After letting him lied to us for 5 minutes my brother points out to the cans on the floor. He then quickly changes his answer knowing that we had caught him lying. He stated that he was going to reach out to his office to talk to them about fixing the paint problem. He stated he would come back on Monday. Monday comes and he says the office told him he can fix the paint problem but he had to charge me for the cost to fix and repaint the areas he had done plus the cost of the paint. They wanted to do a change order. We tried reaching Jeff but he was nowhere to be found our calls were going to voicemail. When he finally calls back it's to tell us that he apologized for the confusion but he needed to pay his worker for the labor and it was going to be me who had to pay. He also tried to convince me that Benjamin Moore is a color not a paint and the he was using mixers to get to the color we wanted. He said it was standard procedure to use imitation paint. And they tell all of their customers they are using Benjamin Moore when in reality they are using an imitation. A down graded paint quality. When he noticed I was being Accommodating to his explanation after I told him I felt forced to agree to his terms because my house was a complete mess he tried to capitalize even more on his commissions by saying not all of the walls will be primed only certain areas of the walls. Small patches. And if I wanted all of the the walls to be primed he was going to charge extra. My wife and I were speechless. Specially after he threatened a lien on our new home. He said agree to the terms or we will put a lien on your home. We were pressured to move forward with his demands because of the lien and because my house was a complete mess. It was uninhabitable. He new this and he took advantage of our situation. As in good faith and in the spirit of compromise I told him that I would buy the paint upfront but I felt paying for the labor was out of the question. We went back and forth and eventually I had to give in. My only condition was that he needed to provide us with a full brake down of the paint they used based on the original estimate and the brake down of the credit I would get back on the final invoice. I even agreed to physically drive to get the paint I wanted and pay it upfront. Jeff said he would put it all in writing. Conveniently on the day they were supposed to bring me the brake down he forgets to add the credit of the paint but adds the additional cost on the final work order And conveniently Disappears. We refused to sign a unfinished work ordered till we had those descriptions in the work order. We waited till noon for his updated invoice but it never came. The office was no longer taken my calls and told the painters to go home. Euriel the painter in charge said that they always go through this with Jeff. Last minute work order changes and bad responses. He stated he had other projects line up and wouldn't be coming back to finish the project living my house a complete mess. Jeff and the office Disappeared with my house destroyed. In order to protect myself and my family we had to file a complaint with the state board and hired a new crew to finish the job. Jeff reaches out to us a week a 1/2 later after Abandoning the job and receiving a letter from the state board. He is currently being investigated and a two claims have been filed against him and it looks like we will be going to court. Be careful with this company. If I were you I run as far as possible. read more

I would highly recommend this painting company. Family owned and operated they exceeded our expectations. Right off the bat Shane came out for a free quote and was nothing but super professional and knew what he was talking about. He explained the differences in paint as far what finish go's where. There quote was higher than 4 other quotes but we felt like the attention to detail and work product was going to be spot on. So we picked One Way. From day one the crew was early and went right to work. The head painter Adileade (sorry if it's miss spelled) was super professional and ran a tight ship. He and his crew did such an AWSOME job that our neighbor came over to ask about them and this was done as their house was being painted by a different crew. We also had neighbors text to say our house looked amazing. That tells a lot. The prep and attention to detail was above and beyond. They fixed stucco and wood seems and made it look like a new house. In the end all we could say was WOW. We went from tan and browns to grey and whites. We were a little nervous but they NAILED IT! Shane's mother who works the office was also so very nice and took care of any date and time changes with no problem. The owner also came out due to an electrical issue (NOT THEIR FAULT, builder grade outlet) and was very concerned and helpful. 10 stars if we could and highly recommend them. Thank you so much One Way, we are proud of our house once again. Chuck and Pam read more

My husband got 3 quotes to paint the inside of our home, which desperately needed it. When it came time to making the decision, it was a hard one. Each company was extremely nice, gave us helpful details on moving forward, and came in around the same price point. One Way was slightly lower so we ended up going with them. Jeff was the main guy we worked with. It was a great decision. We had to wait a few weeks but we were not in a hurry. When the crew came in, they were extremely professional. After it was done, I was so impressed at everything they did. They did the backs of the closet, the hard to reach sections, all the covers in the kids rooms. It was really done well. We were so happy we ended up contracting them to do our outside trim after we redid the roof. They just finished. It was a group of two this time and they spent 4 long and hard days finishing everything off. They cleaned up even better than the roofers and left things cleaner than they were. Thank you to Jeff, and also Jorge who helped finish the outside trim today. We highly recommend. read more

This review is overdue. Several weeks ago I had One Way Painting finish our residence in North Tustin. The painter I had used for many, many years left me disappointed by a prior job at a prior residence. Sloppy work and poor supervision of his employees made it clear I needed to take my business elsewhere. I was impressed by the previous reviews of One Way, reached out to them and 2 other highly reviewed contractors. While the pricing for each was very similar, what made it an easy decision for me to go with One Way was the way Jeff explained the job in great detail. He also asked very good questions of what I was looking for. Moreover, Jeff provided the name of someone to assist us with choosing the right color for the home (she hit a home run as well). Other contractors simply came out and gave me their number. One actually looked annoyed as I was asking him questions regarding their prep work. What an amazing transformation. The paint job done by the previous owner of the home left much desired. The One Way team repaired all the previous flaws and left the home looking model home fresh. I cannot compliment them enough. I was also impressed by the communication from the office during the scheduling process (rain delayed the start date) and while the job was being performed. I have no doubt that I will be contacting One Way for any future painting needs I may have. read more

I am project manager for a client's property in Dana Point- their tenants left their 5,000sf 6bd home full of damage... large holes in the walls, mismatched patch jobs, holes in the ceilings, etc. I requested a quote, got a quick response, and the owner Jeff came by to do a walk through. Jeff was my 3rd quote, but I immediately felt that he was more detailed than others... he asked all the right questions and understood our needs. One Way Painting completed the interior paint yesterday and I couldn't be more pleased with the job! Jeff, his foreman Francisco, and their team met with me on Day 1, to be sure we were all on the same page. They meticulously prepped (there are LOTS of windows, french doors, crown moulding and baseboards). They did a tremendous job patching the holes throughout the house... including holes at the top of a 23' wall... and holes that went through the walls to the exterior thru the stucco. They even patched drywall in areas that needed it, which saved us the headache of hiring an additional handyman. I came to the house frequently to check in and Francisco's team was hard at work every time. He was always welcoming to my visits and would take the time to verify things were looking the way we wanted. I'm so glad I met these guys and look forward to working with them again in the future! read more
