I would have given OC Integrity ten stars if l could! We have been wanting to repaint the entire inside of our house since we bought it two years ago. The previous painters had done a terrible job of repairing our drywall where bathroom lights had previously been placed, the trim around the doors and the doors themselves looked like they had all been painted by someone who either had few skills or just didn't care what the job looked like. Larry walked in and calmly showed me what was done incorrectly and cheaply and then explained how it should have been done correctly. I told him l didn't want one drip of paint anywhere that was just left to dry, not a drop of paint on our brand new floors, l wanted the whole house done correctly and done well and they certainly delivered! After an excellent experience a few years ago doing the outside of the house, I hired them again to repaint the inside. In addition to the painting they also repaired holes in the dry wall from a plumbing repair and you can't even tell that the wall was patched anymore. They also fixed dozens and dozens of little imperfections, screw holes, nail holes, and nicks in the wall. The house looks brand new! The job took several weeks and they worked really hard every day. They take a lot of care and time during the prep stage and pay attention to every detail to make sure the final product looks great and will last. The crew is also very trustworthy. I felt completely comfortable leaving them by themselves in the house to do their work when I had to go out or in to the office for the day. They worked so efficiently that they ended up finishing the job sooner than expected. So I ended up paying significantly less than the initial quote which was an awesome surprise. We did help them out by being one step ahead of them throughout the painting process by cleaning up and removing clutter from the next room that needed to be painted as they worked on the prior area. That way they didn't have to spend a bunch of time moving the clutter around (they only needed to move the big pieces like the Bed, Night Stands, Dressers, etc which they were able to do really easily and quickly!) If their bid might seem slightly higher than the other painters, keep in mind that they are very careful and spend a lot of time prepping, covering all your floors and furniture, fixing all the nicks in the drywall (or stucco if it's on the outside), etc. They don't compromise on the job quality, which may not be the case with the other companies. During the busy season these guys might be in high demand, so they had a few other jobs in the pipe when I contacted them. I had to wait a few months until they finished their other jobs to get started on mine. But given our prior experience, I thought it would be worth it to wait for them -- and it was! So if they have other jobs active I would recommend even waiting for them to be available because you know you'll get quality work done from a really trustworthy crew! Highly recommended! read more

I recommend you NOT call this company! The word "integrity" is very misleading, as least in my experience with Larry. Yesterday I met with him in our very nice nearly 1200 sq ft condo in Woodbridge/ Irvine to receive a quote on painting it all. He assured me that it was an "easy job". The only pushback I felt from him was that I wanted to go to a lighter, creamier color on the walls, from a taupe color. He actually told me I couldn't do that! I told him I was flexible on that. Everything else was great, or so I thought! When he left yesterday, he told me he'd call me today with the numbers. He "doesn't email bids out", which was fine with me. Today I called him at 12:45pm and asked him to call me, that I was looking forward to hearing from him with the numbers. A few hours later, I texted him asking him to please call me. At 5pm he called and started the conversation talking at great length & detail about another job that he had committed to doing which would take until July 11-12th. I said "ok", so if we waited until then, what would your price be to paint our condo? He began making statements about our condo opposite of what he said to me yesterday, like; "your ceilings are too high"! I reminded him that he told me yesterday that he'd call me today with a price. He didn't have the price. I asked again and he said he'd work it up and call me in 10 minutes. His first words when he did call me back were; "we charge per day for a job that would include everything." What? Bottom line: My 1200 sq ft condo would take him 12-14 days and cost us $9900. to $10,900.! Clearly, he did not want the job! I would have had more respect for him had he simply told me that, rather than this ridiculously price! read more

They don't make people like Larry anymore. He's does what he says and has a hard-working, no BS mentality. I have a rental property that needed a fresh coat of paint before my tenants moved in. We just finished our flooring and the kitchen counters were going in. There was about a 3 week window for Larry and his crew to come in and paint. His quote came out a smidge higher than the other two quotes, but I was happily going to take his bid. Larry and his crew painted almost the entire inside of our new house two weeks ago and I could not have been happier. Larry was realistic, very fair, and knowledgeable with the quote. He offered suggestions when asked, and his expertise and care in his work was evident by how he answered questions about finish, paint type, and coats. (E.g., we asked about painting some cabinets and he explained how he would sand and paint them, which showed he knew those cabinets couldn't be rushed and needed a different approach than the standard two coat on interior walls.) The crew was exceptionally polite, neat, followed up on everything we asked, and the paint looks great! They cut the lines beautifully, fixed the texture, sanded, and did everything the "right" way. No cutting corners or missing things. Based on the estimate, we knew this crew would take about two more days than our other quotes, but it was definitely worth it. We had super high ceilings in the entry way and the crew handled them with ease, and even helped me clean the chandelier while they were up there. We had some paint matching issues where the prior owner had used separate whites on one mantle, and the crew figured it out and made it beautiful and consistent.
