TL;DR. Poor communication, upsells, lack of post sales support. Go with this company if you want a cheap job, break things in the house and claim they were that way before. Andres came by to give me a quote I asked to paint 2 rooms, with an option to do the whole house in white. The quote came back at roughly $2500 for the two big rooms in the house, and $4000 for the whole house. I said okay let's do it. He sent me a contract, and said in the email it's $3700 but it doesn't include the closets. The closets are $550 more. I said okay why not $4k total for the whole job he said okay. Next, he scheduled me in between two jobs and made me have the house painted on the weekend. He scheduled 5 days. He did the job in 4 days. While they were at the house his father mentioned the crown molding wasn't included or the baseboard, and it would look weird. He already didn't include the closets and I told him no I want that also! Then he said talk to Andres. Then Andres proceeds to tell me he only included the walls, not anything else. Even the doors were not included. Who asks for the house to be painted and leaves the main parts untouched? Now I have a two toned house! He wanted $3000 to do the rest of the work. Then I tried to compromise and ask just for the staircase spindles and one ceiling, he wanted an additional $710 to do that, and $610 for the ceiling. He kept telling me to work with another contractor he can't budge on the price. I then told him he finished the job in 4 days, but he scheduled for 5 days. He said I'll leave two guys there for the 5th day to do touch up if I want but they won't touch the staircase or anything else. Why would I want the closets to be done that I don't see at all? When I see the staircase every single day. It was just a poor recommendation . The guy is young and inexperienced handling his family business and it shows. I ended up having to go through this hopefully it will save you the trouble. Especially when you see that they won't do anything to fix it, even something as small as a light switch they won't even help you with that after the job is done. Good luck staying in business guys. Then they broke my mounting of my drapes, and told me it was like that when he got there! My interior designer came over who recommended them and said it definitely was not like that before they left. They even left a light switch cover off, and I can't find it. I asked them to fix it, and he ghosted me. These guys are fly by night no after support. I brought up the covers to him, and of course the guy stopped respond as soon as I gave them the money. Typical low budget contractors. Definitely do not deserve the 5-star rating the other people have. Horrible customer service, horrible follow up. Who disappears after a job and tells the customer to find another contractor to finish the work? I was even willing towards the end to pay for the staircase but now they don't even respond. They will SCREW you over as a customer, Don't do business with them!!! read more
