After our initial conversation we kept in contact via text and I was asked about my satisfaction at the end of Day 1. The main job was to paint my brand new doors. I choose to have them hand rolled and they did an excellent job. I had several other extra small projects that they graciously completed. The workers, I had were Josh and Franco. Terrible experience. I made an appointment for two weeks out and they confirmed it via text. The night before my appointment, I receive a text at 10:30pm asking if our appointment was still on. I replied yes. The next morning, no word from the painter ...I call and text and finally receive a text an hour after our appointment time that sorry they had to cancel, not enough guys. We were looking to get some wood restoration/patching done for some exterior beams and a new coat of paint since our previous coat had not been touched in about a decade. Luis was our point of contact and Javier was the lead painter. They quoted me a price that was very affordable for the size of the project. They were both very communicative and easy to work with. We went to Home Depot to pick out colors and they were able to match with their own supplier (different brand) perfectly. They took about 4 days to prep everything and were very thorough on what would be patched up and taped up. An additional 2 days for the paint application. When the day came to lay down the paint, I was a bit skeptical that I may have chosen the wrong paint color (a bit more yellow tint than I had hoped), but I trusted the process. By the time they finished, the final product was amazing. The color was perfect and was accented with the proper shade of dark brown/black mix. They even replaced the facial board over the garage as it was missing half of it, and also went the extra mile to remove some unused cables in the backyard! Additionally, they painted the garage and made it such that we could hold off on replacing the old thing for a while, and removed the thick trim around the windows. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and seeing the final product was worth the money and wait. We will most likely be going back to them to do the interior when the time comes. I have used this company 2 times the first time was for 3 Bedroom 2 bath condo about 2 years ago. They did a great job then and didn't leave a mess and price was fair. Recently called on them again and my experience was not as great. After calling Luis he said he would send me the date that they would start painting a 3 bedroom 2 bath condo. I never heard from him and reached out again by text and responded and said he would possibly start on Monday or Tuesday. Monday morning came and I never heard from him. Texted him and he said they would be coming Tuesday. I mentioned to him that I would be there Friday at 2pm to see the end result and could pay him then. Friday, I called him reminding him I would be stopping by at 2 pm and he told me they wouldn't be done painting until after 5 pm. I don't understand why it would take this long to paint an unoccupied condo. The last job he did for us same square footage only took a day and needed way more work. I told him I would not be able to go see the job at 5pm but would be there in the morning on Saturday. He started arguing with me demanding I pay him. I explained that I was not going to pay until I see the job first thing Saturday morning, he was very demanding and unprofessional. Saturday morning I go to see the unit and noticed that there was gum on the floor in two different rooms paint on the carpet and on curtain in one of the rooms. They also left a mess of paint in the bathrooms. Upon paying him cash I requested him to please email me the receipt, he never did. I will not be using his services again and wouldn't recommend him to anyone. Consistency in service lacks and he is very unprofessional. read more
