From the start, Robert completely understood our goals. He recommended replacing our tiled showers with modern enclosures that look beautiful and are far easier to maintain -- a win for both safety and practicality. One design issue we hadn't even questioned was that the original plumbing required you to step into the shower and get wet just to turn it on. Since the tile was being removed anyway, Robert suggested relocating the plumbing, so the water can be turned on from outside the spray zone. It's such a smart change and makes everyday use far more comfortable. Safety was clearly top of mind throughout the project. AC&R installed thick wood blocking between the studs to create an extremely solid base for grab bars and the shower seat. Everything feels rock solid and gives us complete peace of mind for my parents. The remodel itself was done with care and attention to detail. The work areas were kept neat, and we were consulted throughout the process to make sure decisions aligned with our vision. More than five stars!…read more Succinctly, we met with three or four companies to get an estimate all of whom were pleasant but, somehow, did not seem as though they were listening to what we wanted. It was different with Ammar of Kitchen Cabinet Express, Inc. After a brief introduction and a short discussion of our intentions, he got right to the point, walking with my wife, measuring and making notes and asking questions. What resulted was a reasonable estimate for the work to be done and a plan and drawings that exactly reflected our wishes. The deadline for completion was originally set for the middle of March 2026 but was completed two weeks early. Members of Ammar's team and contractors were professional, conscientious, and hard working. They showed up on time, accomplished what was scheduled for each day. As work progressed, we desired some minor changes which Ammar and his team were very flexible and responsive in accomplishing professionally and quickly. At every point - daily work and especially at the conclusion - the site was cleaned up immaculately and all detritus was hauled away instantly. Also, a great deal of care was taken to mask, cover, and protect the house, furniture, and existing fixtures from the dust and soiling that was occasioned by the remodeling work! This review is being written a month after completion as we wanted to take our time to let the "newness" wear off and appraise the overall experience. After this time for evaluation, we find the craftsmanship flawless, the cabinets and showers and baths installed beautifully and -- overall -- the incorporation into our existing home has greatly upgraded the whole affair. We found them through Yelp after a serious plumbing repair required removing and replacing floor tile and trim in our utility room and bathroom. We feel very fortunate that Trinidad Tile handled the remodel. The results look fantastic and the quality of work is evident (see attached pics) Our remodel was a small job involving flooring, one quartz bathroom counter and sink, and various drywall patching. Yet, even though it was small, Trinidad Tile treated it with the same attention to detail as larger, more expensive projects. Scheduling was flexible and on time every time. Their work crew (Javier, Jaime, and Dante) is friendly and easy to communicate with. They have a small showroom display that made choosing tile and counter top materials easy. The craftsmanship that goes into their quartz counters is impressive. Trinidad Tile also has the capability to fabricate tile and stone edges in house. The floor trim for our remodel was custom cut with honed edges to match floor tile grout lines. It looks fantastic and we could not be happier with the results. Overall, Trinidad Tile provides top notch customer service and produces high quality work. We highly recommend them for any remodeling services.

We stopped by their showroom about three to four times to pick out the tile, countertop, cabinets, etc. and each time Tim was very accommodating and patient. He assisted but was not overbearing at all in terms of helping us choose what would look best and gave some great tips and points. Our master bathroom was more than just a facelift, we removed a closet, extended the bathroom, fixed a leak, moved some plumbing and electrical, etc. Each crew member we interacted with was extremely professional, did the work quickly and professionally, and Sam the foreman was helpful in answering all of our questions. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the end product. Tim and his entire team are very patient, communicative, and we will likely use EKB again when we get our other bathrooms and kitchen redone.

this is in response to the business owner's reply to my 1 star review earlier. he said a completely different story and was trying to make me look bad by posting my personal information. he said I initially contacted them for a make up vanity but they told me they don't do it. They never ever said they don't do cabinets alone, only full remodel. See my attached screenshot of my conversation with their employee Lila. After I sent her the design of the vanity, she replied "Thank you." Where did she ever say you don't do cabinets alone? how funny it is that a company named them as "The Cabinet Pro" but telling their customers we don't do cabinets alone. I have never heard of a contractor who does full remodel would name as "Cabinet". I had a partially finished bathroom. I was looking for a contractor who was able to take on the job. I know some contractors don't want to take on other people's work due to warranty issues, that's why for every appointment I made, I always told them prior to setting up the appointment, I have a partially finished bathroom, can you work from what I have right now. Only if they say yes, we can continue the work without having to start it all over, then I made an appointment with them. This way, we don't waste each other's time. The only reason I made the appointment with them is because their employee told me they could work from my current bathroom condition. When their employee Lila came on November 3, 2021, she took measurements and photos. She told me she would send it to the business owner, he would look at it and sent her the quote, then she would send it to me after 2 days, which was November 5, 2021. However, I waited until November 5 but didn't get a response. So I texted her and asked for the quote. See how she replied in my screenshots of our conversation. She did not tell me they had to demo everything and start from the beginning until November 5. and I did not ever say, I declined it. However, the business owner said he responded immediately after setting up the appointment and told me they could only demo everything and restart, and I declined it. Lila never immediately responded me this information and I never declined it. Either the owner was making up a story, or they have poor training of their employees so Lila never gave that information to me. I also never declined anything, but the owner said I declined it. Where did I ever say I decline to it? show it to me and to the readers to prove. the owner said they were straightforward and said multiple times they do not do vanity alone. But I was never told this information. See my screenshot of my conversation with Lila. When I sent her the design of the vanity, she replied "Thank you." There is no where she mentioned they don't do vanity alone. I even asked her later whether they do vanity alone because I know they have a 8k minimum. She said they do the vanity alone unless it's over 8k.I already told her during her visit to my home, I'm okay with the 8k minimum and the wait time of 6-8 weeks. I know high end cabinets of my vanity size can be over 10k. That's why I was not surprised when she told me only if I could meet the 8k minimum then they could do the vanity alone. the owner kept saying they told me they don't do vanity alone, but where did you say it to me? your employee never ever told me this. so you are either making up a story or your employee needs better training because she never transfer any information you told her to me, nor any information I told her to you. the owner said they would never take on another contractor's work, but his employees never told me that. When the front desk staff who made the appointment told me their sales rep would come to look at my bathroom. I was a little worried because it was not the contractor who came. I had another cabinet company who told me they could do remodeling, sent their sales rep but not the contractor or workers who actually do the job to my home. the rep did not know anything about remodeling except some knowledge in cabinets. then she left without ever responding to me. that's why with The Cabinet Pro here, I was a little worried and I called several times before Lila came, and asked them whether Lila would be able to assist me in the remodeling project because if not, I would rather not have her come. I also emphasized my bathroom was partially done, whether they were willing to take on. The front desk told me they could take on my projects. She said don't worry, Lila was very knowledgable. I kept the appointment only because they assured me they could take on my project. I tell other customers to go elsewhere because your business is disconnected. Your employees do not tell customers the same information you told them and they do not transfer the information from you to customers, nor transfer from customers to you. your employees are lack of training. see in my screenshot how the owner disrespect others and post my personal information. read more

Our kitchen re-model has been a turn of bad events. Initially when we signed contract with the Cabinet Pros, the agreement spelled out 4-6 weeks for 100% completion. The project started on May 10th, 2021 and it is now August 29th, 2021 with misc pending items still needing detail or re-work. The tile work where this all started wrong as they considered the job as "patch work". $600 plus to install less than 100 square feet and we provided the materials. They used two inch trash pieces visbile to the common eye and the grout thickness didn't match any of the house flooring. Second, we provided the appliances being installed with model numbers and there was a mistake on the sink which caused us to re-order two doors (out of my pocket) and we had to trash two drawer fronts/two doors. There were several missing items which Antonio (CEO) pointed our attention to the agreement and drawings he provided (black and white). We abided by them and worked with him as much as possible. The relationsihp turned sour on August 27th, 2021 as we reached out to him on our "final payment' and a concession, not a discount for not completing the project on time, numerous re-work visits by his crew, and a lack of attention to detail. He flipped the coin on us and raised his voice saying he would not give us a discount and it wasn't his fault. As a consumer, I've never had anyone in a position of ownership raise their voice towards a customer! There was no ownership over the craftsmanship of his employees, and he changed completion of work to "usable condition." We decided to spend $25k with him as his online reviews seemed solid but our experience defers. I'm only posting photos of floor work and of the backsplash but I have several more. read more

I couldn't be MORE please with the outcome of my custom kitchen and bathroom cabinetry.........it's flawless !! It was 8 months from the time I executed the contract before The Cabinet Pros could start my project due to the supply chain for my new appliances and flooring. The Cabinet Pros hung in there with me without complaint or price changes. Antonio and his staff were so accommodating and patient during this time. A bathroom wall was removed which created an issue for the cabinetry but Antonio was able to modify to fit without changing or distorting the look. No one but me would know this issue existed. Even after their job was completed and the plumbers came in to connect all the plumbing pipes, the drawers in one of the vanities wouldn't close due to the layout of the pipes. Without question or hesitation the drawers were modified and readjusted, which was weeks after their job was done ! Antonio and all of his staff returned calls in a prompt manner, showed up on time and meticulously cleaned up their portion of the project when done for the day. I sent a referral to Antonio and they chose The Cabinet Pros to do their kitchen project..........will continue to refer when in a position to do so. My wife and I were very satisfied with the quality, work and professionalism of The Cabinet Pros. We had Antonio convert our bar into a pantry, and he really listened to us concerning how we wanted to best utilize the space. Antonio's drawings allowed us to visualize how the space was going to be used, and we were able to revise his drawings. Antonio's installer, Freddie, paid attention to detail. He also installed pull-out drawers in our kitchen, and he realized that he had to space the pull-outs carefully so that when we opened the cabinet door that they could fully open. Also, Freddie cleaned up. He came armed with a shop vacuum, and wherever he worked, he vacuumed. My wife and I would definitely use The Cabinet Pros again. read more

He has lots of experience so he gave us some suggestions as to what may work for our small kitchen but He was never pushy with his suggestions. Freddy was our installer and he did a great job. Candy was exceptionally helpful, and knowledgeable. She was so kind, and friendly and patient as I visited FX multiple times during my 'cant decide' what I want phase. She did a complete layout, revised my layout as I changed my order multiple times and was truly helpful and great to work with. The multiple showrooms in FX was great to allow for visualization and comparison of how our kitchen would look like. The free sample color wood pieces was also very good to compare colors at home. The order, payment process with smooth easy, and without surprise. The end result was cabinets that looked beautiful and top notch quality. Multiple contractors, and friends asked where I bought these amazing looking cabinets. They commented how "custom" installed they looked. There were lots of different folks required (each expert) at their own area for the above work, but I did feel like they each knew what the other was doing and I was kept up to date by either the owners or my service rep. I also like that they are a small business - I felt my project was important to them even though it was not the "biggest" (especially since I broke it into 2 phases for my own budget planning). I'm VERY happy with my updated kitchen and would work with them again.

POOR PLANNING, POOR EXECUTION…read more We needed our kitchen cabinets resurfaced. This outfit was understaffed, showed poor planning, poor judgement, unprofessional job standards, and poor clean-up. The good news is they fixed all the problems ... well, mostly. The bad news is that there were just so many problems, causing endless delays. Staff was not available; planning was improvised and sloppy (requiring work to be redone again and again); work quality was indifferent. In the end I had to finish the clean-up, and I'm still fishing loose steel screws out of the cabinet shelves. Delays turned the promised 3-day job into 8 working days spread over two weeks, leaving us with no kitchen and a house mess for much longer than we planned. In the end, we got our kitchen cabinets resurfaced, and it looks fine. But what a frustrating, amateur road we travelled to get there. Cannot recommend this outfit.

That being said, if you use this company, be prepared to be your own quality control manager! We started this project because of a leak and mold damage under our kitchen sink. We had 2 full cabinets replaced and the rest refaced, with new tile backsplash and granite countertops. First, we were told by the General manager, Ernie, that what makes their company different is that they replace the full face frames when refacing the cabinets, instead of just putting the new wood over the top of the old. When Art came out to do the work, he wasn't going to replace the face frames! When the owner, Jose, came out at my insistence, he said -"We don't usually do it that way, but we will do it that way for you." WHAT?!?!? That was Ernie's main selling feature to us! And so it began. The tile guy, Dave, had his assistant install the tile while he worked on the appliances. I think it was so they could get out of there in a day instead of the 2-3 days we were told the work would take. I don't really have a problem with that- except the tile was all uneven! We had to insist it be redone. Dave said the could just take out the uneven tiles- which even I knew wasn't going to work, and most of it was uneven! So we had to buy more tile and they had to tear the entire thing out and start over, including the drywall!! The final result was fine, although Dave told us to seal it ourselves in a few days- really?!? He should have come back and finished the job properly. We also had to call him out to fix a leak under the sink!! That's right- a leak! Which is what started this whole mess!!!When we told Jose about all of the problem, all we got was a 'sorry' as he waited for his final check. We're just glad it's over and hope we never have to see them again. I will say that the granite guy did an amazing job. The couple who did the staining and sealing of the cabinets also did a great job and were very helpful in covering up some bad spots in the wood that Art left. Also, for you ladies out there, make sure you have a man ready to make the phone calls and handle any issues for you! They pretty much ignored anything I said unless my husband called them about it! So- if you use this company because of the low price- be prepared to keep an eye on things and have an exercise in patience!!!!

He took the time to come with us to various vendors to look at slabs that would be ideal for our kitchen. He was patient with us as we were very selective about the design of the natural stone. It's quite a long process. Once the stone was selected Julio and his team handled the rest of the process: picking it up/ fabrication, and install. Any piece that we were not happy with, the team would take the stone back until it was perfect. The value and quality of workmanship was excellent. My stone feels like a masterpiece and I enjoy cleaning my kitchen countertops. Ultra Countertops didn't just do a kitchen remodel, they worked with us, saw our vision, listened to us, and most importantly the work they did will have an impact/impression/great memories of guests / family coming to our house. Ultra countertops did not cut any corners. They kept in touch, communication/status of the project. My husband and I had a loose idea of what we wanted, but we're not designers. So, we appreciated Ramon's background in custom design. Also, we NEVER had an issue getting in touch with them if we had a question. Once demo started, Ramon and Jessica were very involved. Ramon was at the house almost every day and he made sure to check in with us throughout the process to make sure we were all on the same page. We even made a few changes right in the middle of the process, but Ramon and Jessica were always happy to work with us. They also made it very clear what modifications they could make and stay within our strict budget. Of course, we ran into a few bumps, but we are extremely happy with the way Ramon worked through any concerns or issues we had. That's huge! When we're ready for our bathroom to get a facelift, we'll be calling them. In summary, if you want a contractor that answers your calls, shows up when they say they will, and will what is promised -- you will not regret using SPFX Kitchen Cabinets & Bath.

The RTA Cabinets are made in Vietnam and the hardware is made in the US. I would say for the quality of the cabinets, it's what you pay for. The staff is nice but communication can get unorganized. Had an incident where they scheduled the install with the contractor without telling me what the date was because they "forgot and things were busy" and I get woken up at 8am to missed calls & that they're (cabinet installers) outside. Also ran into an issue where one item was not ordered so I had to wait a month for it after everything else arrived. I would advise not to go with the contractor they recommend (His name is York btw). I thought because they recommend him and he works closely with them, that he was a trusted and reliable contractor. I've been waiting for the full install to happen before leaving this review and my current feelings on it is, it could've gone better. They're a bit sloppy. There's pencil marks on my walls right beneath where they installed the cabinets and I've tried to remove it without messing up the paint but since they went hard handed with the pencil mark lines, surprise surprise, the paint's ruined so I have to fix that. Reached out to York and told him but he left me on read so, do with that information as you will. Some of the wall cabinets got chipped too during install so not sure if that's a reflection of the cabinet quality or the installers work ‍ Overall, my score on the business does not reflect my experience with the contractor since they are two separate entities. It's definitely questionable that this is who they recommend but if you just need cabinets and know someone trustworthy or can install it yourself, I'd say to check this place out.
