Been waiting a couple days for them to call me back and give me a quote or talk to me. It never happened!

I would highly recommend Mehran and the team for any home project. My wife and I received a handful of quotes to redo our bathroom. Their pricing was very competitive and Mehran was extremely helpful with planning and picking out the materials. They were able to make a custom vanity to fit our smaller than standard area. Every member of the team was very friendly when they completed their work. We are very happy with the final product. read more

I had a great experience with Renaissance kitchen. Mehran was straight forward and helpful. His team was efficient and did an amazing job. The price was fair compared to 2 other companies that I got estimates from. We had a little issue with the countertop but mehran was able to communicate with the manufacturer and resolved the issue for us in a timely manner. Mehran was very accessible via phone for any questions and concerns we had. We overall had a wonderful experience and would work with him again in future projects. read more

Going into our first major renovation project, it seemed like everyone we knew only had bad stories about their contractors, so we were nervous about this very expensive decision. But we're happy to report that it seems like we made a good one. We had a positive experience on our bathroom and kitchen renovation working with Mehran. He was communicative and kept things moving to get the work completed. Even when there were hiccups, he did his best to make sure they got corrected. We look forward to enjoying our new kitchen and bathroom for years to come. read more

We just completed a primary bath renovation which included gutting the existing room and added new flooring in multiple rooms of our home. From start to finish Mehran was kind attentive and helpful in our project turning out exactly as envisioned. During demo We had some unexpected complications - no fault of Renaissance - they were able to assist us in finding the right people to resolve timely to keep progress moving forward. Communication was excellent and we always knew what work would be done daily. His team of workers are all very respectful and nice. They had excellent suggestions and were always happy to make changes or just ask questions to ensure our satisfaction. It is never easy or fun to live through construction however Mehran was on top of everything always checking in on us. He addressed each of our concerns and always had an answer to any questions. I have been told I have high expectations and yes, I absolutely know what I like and mehran met or surpassed them all. I could not be more thrilled with how beautiful the project turned out. A huge thank you to the Renaissance team !!! read more

This last fall, we had Mehran and his crew preform a second renovation on our home. A couple of years ago he and his crew redid our master bathroom and we were so impressed by the work, professionalism, and cost that we hired Renaissance to redo our kitchen, powder room, and guest bathroom. Mehran is a very hands on owner who makes sure that we the customer are completely satisfied to the best of his abilities. We had a couple of small glitches during the remodel process, and Mehran made sure that they were taken care of to our satisfaction. His crew is the best and we never worried that the work wouldn't be anything other than stellar. The remodel process is not fun; however, Mehran and his crew make is as painless as possible. My wife and I are very happy with the results and have recommended Renaissance to our friends and neighbors. read more

Renaissance Kitchens, Bath & Flooring - Bath remodel - Flooring Near Me - Orange, California

Mehran owner of Renaissance did a tub to shower conversion in our downstairs bathroom. While the pebble flooring we selected is a tad disappointing, (one of the tiles is a much lighter color than the rest and the sealer finish is flat not shiny), the overall experience was good. I told Mehran after the demolition crew left that they had caused a bit of damage (scratches and spill spots on our natural stone bathroom floor). Mehran immediately contacted his crews who began laying a protective covering on the floor. Be prepared to pay someone else to do any drywall/paint repair that may result. Disregarding these few flaws, his crew was very nice and respectful of my requests, often asking me how I wanted certain things to be done. it is all-in-all a very good job. Thank you Mehran. read more

Wow. Could not be happier. Renaissance was strongly referred to us by a friend (multiple repeat client of theirs) after we had a horrific remodel done by another company. We are happier than we could have hoped with Mehran and ALL of his subs/workers. He was competitively priced, under promised and overdelivered on timing (VERY Fast) and the quality was fantastic, as he had promised. EVERYTHING was great. A note on his Subs (who do the work) - they have all worked with him for years, are licensed and were just great to work with. Review is long overdue, but we could not be happier! Had a phenomenal experience with Renaissance Kitchen and the owner Mehran! Would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking to remodel. Our kitchen needed to be torn up due to a leak and mold issue. After a different remodeler sat on our design brief for a month with no progress, we were referred to Renaissance Kitchen. What a night-and-day difference: Mehran received our initial brief, asked some guiding questions, and returned with a mockup of the kitchen's new design within two business days. Mehran was incredibly patient and personable with each step of the process. Mehran also took the time to accompany us to certain locations when viewing samples so that he could provide his wisdom. Mehran was transparent about price trade-offs along each step of the way so that we wouldn't be blindsided by the project's costs at any point. Additionally, so many of the subcontractors he utilized for the remodel carried the same warmness and professionalism. As a recent homeowner who has struggled to find reliable contacts, being able to tap into Mehran's network itself has been an amazing boon. My wife and I are so happy with the results. We were able to convey our vision to Mehran; he made it happen. I will be tapping Mehran and Renaissance Kitchen for all of our future remodeling needs. Thank you again, Mehran! read more

We had a great experience with Renaissance with our recent kitchen/living room remodel. It all started with unexpected flooding. This led us to decide the timing was right to remodel the kitchen. We did not have a great experience with the initial contractor and decided to reach out to Renaissance who had worked on my parents house. Mehran was great from the start and sat and worked with us to draw up what we were looking to do. He was very upfront with all the cost and was always very communicative if there were any unexpected hiccups in the process. We are so happy with the final results and love to spend all our time now in the kitchen and living room. We will recommend them to all our family and friends. Thanks!! read more

We were a little overwhelmed at first but his guidance was super helpful. He was on the job site frequently and always ready to answer questions and work through issues that arose. Renaissance recently completed a home renovation project for us in Huntington Beach. The home is a rental that had gotten out of control and needed to be completely gutted. Mehran had a crew of every type of trade we needed and they were all very skilled. We needed a new kitchen, quartz countertops, tile backsplash, added an island, removed a wall to open the kitchen to the living room, remodeled 2 bathrooms, scraped popcorn off the ceilings, painted the entire interior and replaced the baseboards, refaced the fireplace with stacked stone, added recessed lighting in every room, and installed wood laminate flooring throughout. Mehran made many trips to the city building department to get permits and spent hours and hours meeting with inspectors. He also made several trips with me to pick out materials and was always patient. The home looks beautiful and like a completely different house. It leased in a couple days and I am still getting calls. Thank you Mehran. read more

Mehran the owner is amazing. They remodeled our bathroom a few years ago did a great job. Used him Recently to remodel our kitchen. The crews that do the work speak very highly of him as well. Would use him again. read more

We have done a couple of remodeling projects at our place from outside to inside and this is the first time I would give a 5 star review for such an amazing experience and product. Mehran the owner helped from the start to finish. Every step was with his patient guidance and recommendations to good products/services. I changed my mind more than 10 times at the designing stage and he would still have every possible design for me to consider even when I was still picky about it. Besides, his crew is professional and friendly, who would explain and point out things that we should know and be aware of before and after different part of the process is completed. During the process, the delay of sliding door delivery (I ordered from Lowe's separately) caused a major delay in the process, but Mehran and his crew was able to resume the process after 1.5 month of wait like there was no hiccup at all! My husband and I are very pleased with the product, the experience and the partnership that totally beat the expectations! I would recommend Mehran to anyone who is planning to do any small or big home projects! He will give you the honest opinion and the necessary steps to get to your dream result! read more

It took 2 months to remodel this bathroom, it was not a simply job, however it didn't help with the progress when the plumber kept changing schedules. However, the final result is great! We are very happy with the final look mainly thinks to the tiler. He did a fantastic job, grouting is perfectly done and all the tiles are lined up perfectly! We picked grey marble, and every piece is unique, some have darker colors than others. He laid all the tiles out and arranged them before he started tiling, making sure the color transition is smooth. His contribution to the final look is significant! read more

My wife and I took the plunge to purchase a home for our family and it we thought the home was in great shape until we took a closer look. Turns out we needed a kitchen remodel among other things. Like any responsible new home owner I went to a few contractors that gave me quotes and options. I was never sure about any of them, until I met Mehran at Renaissance Kitchen, bath & flooring. Immediately I could tell that this is a person with the highest integrity that was looking to help more than he was looking to capitalize on my need for a kitchen upgrade. He gave me the absolute best timeline I received from any of his competitors, pricing was very fair and he told me that when he works on a kitchen, he will treat it as though it is his own. He was truthful and did just that! I had about 6 weeks to move from my current residence to the new one so the window was tight. As soon as I received the keys, Mehran started working. He stuck to his timeline and finished just 2 days after we moved in to the new house. We couldn't have been happier. Mehran works with fantastic installers who are experts in their craft. His team can do anything and in my case they did. When we stated to see that there were more minor improvements that we would like to have done, Mehran worked with me to get those and added them within the same timeline. His team added lighting in the living room, cabinets upstairs and in the laundry room, put in new toilets, and fixed some little flooring damages from the previous owner. He worked within my budget and always only focused on making sure that my wife and I were happy with the work. Honestly, working with Mehran and his team was the best experience I could have ever asked for. I would recommend him to anyone looking to make changes to their home. I can't wait to work with him in future projects to upgrade our home. read more

No matter how much care one takes, a home is made to be lived in and accidents will happen. In our case, we cracked a porcelain tile on the floor, knocked a molding loose on the island, and unaligned our kitchen drawers. Mehran had told us that these things would happen and advised that we keep any leftover title in order to deal with these sorts of situations. Neither I nor my girlfriend know a thing about repairing anything so that left us with having to call Renaissance Kitchen and Bath for help. My girlfriend called Mehran to tell him of the repairs we needed Mehran said he would have someone come out. He also ordered some extra floor titles for us to make sure that we had extra for future use since we only had one piece left over when the original work was done. Early one Saturday morning two very nice gentlemen came out and within 90 minutes everything was as it was when we got our new kitchen. What an incredible company! Mehran is a man of total integrity and a man of his word. I highly recommended Renaissance Kitchen and Bath to anyone looking to do some remodeling. read more

It has been amazing experience by hiring Renaissance KBF to handle our remodel work. Mr. Mehran ( Mehran Sir) is very punctual and meticulous. We hired different contractor at the start ( we were not aware of Renaissance) for our kitchen remodel. That co tract left us in the middle and took money. It was life learning experience. Once contractor left work in the middle, it is hard to find another trustworthy contractor who took someone's work and help to finish it professionally and timely manner. We are lucky that we come to know about Renaissance and Mr Meehan helped to finish our kitchen remodel and got our kitchen back. Mr. Mehran make sure on progress of the work and if come across any concerns then he make sure it gets handle in timely manner. He gives idea and also meet in person to help with selecting material. We not ended up only doing kitchen with them but after realizing no way to find such an professional contractor, Mr. Mehran helped to finish our bar area cabinet plus counter and whole remodel of our fireplace. He also helped us with our paint job. Mr. Mehran make sure to do final inspection of the signed projects and helped right away to take care of any misses. We have already recommending him to our friends and family. In future also if we are doing any remodel ( bathroom, flooring, kitchen etc...) then only contractor we will allow is Mr. Mehran. This update has been a long time coming. This is just a testament to how much Mehran and his guys stand behind their work. So the steps on the stairs kept cracking. Three times total... The first time, Mehran got a replacement piece and sent his crew out to fix it for us - no cost. The second time, he ordered the piece again and when the part came in, it turns out they stopped selling the exact part we used for our house. So he contacted the manufacturer directly and found that they discontinued the specific part we needed. While trying to locate the part for the broken step, another one cracked (number 3)! At this point, Mehran was sure that it was a manufacture issue and ensured he would find a solution. After much talk and negotiation with the manufacturer, he was able to have all the stair noses replaced with the new product in the exact color we initially used. In addition, because he stands behind his work, he had his team fix our entire staircase without additional cost to us - two years after our initial renovation. I love their team and love Mehran for always taking care of us (even years later)! I always hear of companies trying to rip you off, but they do a great job and clearly stand behind their work years later! If we ever need anything done, they are my go to guys! read more
