I had termite damage and needed a lot of wood replaced and repainted. Neno had done a lot of work for a couple of good old friends and I have heard about him for many years. I had some people look at it and throw a number out, but it was very vague and I don't think anybody really wanted to take the job on. Neno came out and gave me a clear picture of what needed to be done and suggested that the entire home should be painted at the same time. Neno and his team did an excellent job completing the electrical and plumbing work for our project converting an existing closet in our home to a new half-bathroom! The work included installing a toilet, pedestal sink, mirror, exhaust fan, vanity light fixture, GFCI outlet, a light switch as well as removing, capping, and patching over the previous light fixture. He was professional and responsive throughout the process, from providing his proposal and contract to securing a building permit from the City of Lakewood on our behalf to putting finishing touches on the project. His price for the work was reasonable, and he even completed a little extra work at no additional charge to help us patch up a couple holes in our walls that a different electrician had left behind after a separate project. He also worked with the City inspector to get a creative solution to the electrical work approved, which avoided the need for Neno to do additional electrical work. His team was friendly, quiet, and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each work day as well as at the end of the project, which we really appreciated. They also did a fantastic job of protecting our hardwood flooring throughout the work. Neno came very prepared for both City inspections and passed both easily. Lastly, when we inadvertently overpaid him at the end of the project due to a misunderstanding about the final cost on our end, he immediately notified us and returned the extra. We are extremely pleased with the final product and will be coming back to Neno for future work!
