I got my bathroom shower remodeled with tiles and Kenny did a great job explaining the process and following the schedule he laid out for me. I believe the price was fair and the project was done in a timely manner. They even laid down tape and fabric tarp over my stairs and carpet in my room as a walkway to avoid staining my carpet. That was much appreciated. However, I wished they covered my bathroom floor because little bits of tar did stain my linoleum floors and they are hard to get out. If you see it wipe it up right away but if they sit dried too long harder to scrub out. I did see them sweeping up after most days so they do their best to clean up after themselves. Also the things they had to carry up and down sometimes knicked small parts of paint off my wall but I guess that's also kind of expected. The following is just tips for future customers. I think with any construction work they will be fine dust everywhere so be sure to cover or put away your personal belongings near the space they will be working! A car hit the side of my house and put a big hole in the wall. I got multiple quotes and ended up with KV Builders. I withheld $3000 dollars for the repair of the shower. After months of realizing that contractors were not willing to take on a job this size, let alone be the last one to put their name on a cracked upstairs shower floor with standing water, I found someone who sympathized with my situation and in the end it ultimately cost a little over $3800 to have the entire shower floor ripped out and redone.
