The owner used a drone to send up to take close-up pictures of our cement tile roof. He showed us the pictures and then gave us 2 options to select from: 1. To just fix a smaller area around the fireplace, (close to the Solar Panel that may have attributed to the leak.) by using flashing around the fireplace and under the Solar panel bracket. (We also requested the Solar Panels be cleaned as well.) 2.. Or fix a larger area beyond the leak area by using flashing, cleaning the larger area of the roof, making sure no tiles were broken and cleaning the Solar Panels as well. The owner was nice, polite and friendly. He shared that he doesn't get out to Norco very often but he was happy because he was meeting 2 of his best friends (that lived out this way) for lunch and it gave him an opportunity to see them. The owner stated that he would "get back to us that night" with the 2 estimates for Option One and Option Two. We were happy that we had found a company that could do both Roofing Repair & Solar.
