Eddy is the real deal! He knocked out a lot of work for us: painting the interior, patching walls, power washing the exterior, and painting over a hideous green outdoor shed with a perfect neutral tone. He was highly communicative throughout the entire process. I'd absolutely recommend him for his professionalism and top-tier craftsmanship. read more

We had Eddie few months back and his team to paint our friends' apartment, and I honestly could not recommend them more. Our friends just had a baby and only had one week to move into their new place. Eddie stepped in and handled everything - all the walls, baseboards, ceilings, doors, and window trim - and made the apartment look completely brand new. The previous tenants had lived there for almost three years, and after Eddie's work it truly looks like a fresh, modern home. What impressed us most was not just the quality of the paint job, but Eddie's work ethic and character. He and his team worked late into the night to meet our tight deadline and never once complained. Everything was done on a trust basis while our friends were busy at the hospital with their newborn. Eddie patiently waited for payment and never pressured them, and on top of that, he even gave a generous discount to help them out as new parents. If you're looking for someone who does excellent, detailed work and is also honest, kind, and incredibly reliable, Eddie is your guy. We highly, highly recommend Eddie & his team and will definitely be calling them again for future projects. read more

Eddy did a fantastic job fixing the ceiling above my shower and was super kind to my family. Would recommend him for sure.

I have only high praises for Eddy and Christian and would recommend them without a second thought. If you're like me and look to Yelp to source highly rated and dependable contractors, then Eddy's superb rating says it all. They did an amazing job removing ~1500 sq ft of popcorn ceiling including repairing, texturing and painting - half of it vaulted. During consultation, Eddy was straightforward, honest and provided the best quote. During the project, Eddy provided updates everyday and expert advice when we ran into unexpected discoveries along the way. They did such a great job, we also requested additional work to paint the entire floor for us. It's rare these days to find quality, trustworthy and hard working contractors. To sum it up, if he's available, doooooo it! read more

We had a great experience with Eddy from start to finish. Communication via Yelp was streamlined, and he was professional, punctual, and very reasonably priced. What really stood out was his integrity. I was out of cell coverage during the project, so Eddy had to make a decision on a fix without my input. He chose the most sound, long-term solution for the house and the people living in it. He only charged us for the cost of the extra insulation materials we hadn't originally expected. He shared photos of the process and the final result, and I will definitely be reaching out to Eddy for all our future drywall projects! read more

In need of patching my drywall and paint after light installation. I contacted multiple contractors and Eddie responded very quickly with his availability. His quote is reasonable and he even offer to bring his own paint color for me to choose which one matches with my ceiling and wall. Eddy and his helper showed up and got to work right away. They brought cover to make sure there is no mess on my TV and floor. During the whole time, Eddy checked in with me regularly! Really happy with the patch work and how they turned out. Apparently the primer matched the best with the color of my wall. Who would have thought?! We couldn't even tell that there was patch work on the ceiling! He cleaned up after finishing the job and left my house clean. Eddy even gave us recommendation/tip to find the matching paint color in the future. He also had lots of contact in other areas if you need referrals like plumbing, electrical, etc... Definitely recommended Eddy and will use him for any future projects! read more

So happy with Eddie's work and great customer service! My walls and baseboards were in rough shape because my dog ate them (literally). We are very happy with our experience with Eddy. Originally we requested a quote just for drywalling our garage but we ended up adding on demo, insulation, painting walls and painting our concrete floors. Eddy was very communicative and honest throughout the entire process. His prices are fair - which is why we decided to add on more work. He also did a couple of additional things for us like create an exterior vent for the dryer. We wanted to turn our garage into a playroom so he also painted a chalkboard for us which came out really well. Eddy was really easy to work with and shows up when he says he's going to show up. We had some unexpected rain interfere with our concrete painting and he came out multiple times to sweep and dry the area to make sure everything still went as planned. Highly recommend! read more

Eddie was very responsive from the very beginning and came to see the place to give me a free estimate the next day. After agreeing to the price they came back a week later and did a great job! It feels really good to finally see my garage walls and ceiling finished. I will definitely be working with Eddy again. read more

Eddy was not just great, he was spectacular. He was so detailed about everything from start to finish. He made sure to ask me if there was a certain white that needed to be approved from my HOA. Sure enough they did want a certain white for my front door. He gave me the price it would cost me for his services right away. Nothing bugs me more than people wanting to come over to give me bids. Just tell me right off the bat. Eddy's prices were realistic and affordable. He showed up on time and did a fabulous job. He even did the other side of the door for me without adding to my bill. I hired Eddie to scrap the plaster popcorn ceiling in our newly purchased house. He gave a fair quote and was able to start immediately. He and his team worked diligently and efficiently. Even though we were renovating other parts of the house, they took care to protect the windows and floors that were eventually being removed. The end result was a smooth clean ceiling. Subsequently, I hired Eddie to further prime and paint the ceilings and to help us paint our walls. He is professional and honest and takes pride in his work. His advice was always welcomed. Living room refresh Eddy did a great job painting our living room, 3 Interior doors and came out great. He also did a great job painting my kitchen and laundry area. After returning the 2nd day of the job, Eddy wasn't satisfied with the patch work in the laundry room and did over again. Also, he painted my base boards in my restroom from a previous job that wasn't included in my quote. He left the extra paint. He made sure he wrote on the can the room and color of the paint just in case the color fades. Eddy had car issues and had to delay my job by a day. I loved that he immediately communicated the issue and rescheduled. He arrived on the day and time he said he would. We will definitely use him for future jobs! I ended up getting a water softener system installed, which required a small portion of the wall to be removed to install a Ptrap. Not wanting to have an opening longer than I had to (did not want to see any rodents get into my house) I contacted a few companies that did patchwork. Eddie's OC projects were the first ones to respond and to my surprise were willing to come on the same day, which made me extremely happy. They came in the evening and said it would take about two hours (which it did). You can't even tell that there was a hole in the garage wall. After an asbestos abatement and subsequent removal of the affected drywall, Eddy was among the ones that responded to my online request. His initial estimate-- based on pictures provided over texting--was accurate as it remained unchanged after his onsite visit. His projected time required for job completion was on point-- to the hour. He clearly explained the full scope-of-work, and completed pro bono extras too! In my case, he did touch-ups with sanding and texturing to some drywall space unrelated to the work request. If pictures can best describe it, see the before and after below. For those in the OC, I would recommend Eddy and his assistance. For his next task: he will handle my full house re-paint. read more

Recently My father died, and I moved into my MOMs home to help take care of her in her old age. The home needed a much need repair and paint job. She was feeling down and to try to cheer her up I promised to find her someone to paint and fix the living room ceiling. I hired Eddie to paint the Living room, Hallway and Restroom. Additionally, I had a problem with the living room ceiling. It had a poor repair from years ago. There was a long, lumpy, raised and cracked section (Before and After Pics provided). Eddie assured me that he could make it better by patching, sanding and adding some texture to the ceiling. He told me that the only way to make it look perfect was to replace the entire ceiling, something we did not want to do. He assured me that he could make it better but could not guarantee it would be a 100% perfect look. I could see that he was confident he could make a noticeable improvement to my problem living room ceiling. He also quoted me a very good price. Granted he did tell me that I got a better price because I live so close to him. So, he gave me the neighbor discount price, which I very much appreciated. Both Eddie and his partner Christian showed up on the designated day and got to work. Both Eddie and Christian were wonderful individuals. Very easy to work with, very open to your input and questions and concerns. They did a good job of protecting the carpet, which my mom was concerned about. Eddie told me it would take 2 days and that's exactly the time it took. The ceiling came out GREAT! I was hopeful for a noticeable improvement, but it came out much better than I expected. My Mom loved both Eddie and Christian, two good guys doing good work. Both my mom and I were very happy with the work and results of both the ceiling repair and the painting. If you are, like I was not too long ago, looking through these Yelp reviews for a painter, I would recommend you stop now and give Eddie a call for a quote. I plan to call on him again for any future paint jobs I have. read more
