I was looking to upgrade my kitchen without completely renovating it so decided on replacing my countertops. I found this company on yelp and was also recommended by some on next door app. The company had excellent ratings and did work for some well known designers. Not going to lie, I was expecting a very steep price. I sent my info on yelp and they responded promptly. They had an option for virtual estimating so I send them some photos, dimensions, and some details. Bereth called me back to ask some follow up questions and then had an estimate ready for me that same day. I was pleasantly surprised with the price but because they never came out to inspect, I was expecting the price to change as we got into it. I contracted them for the job and they scheduled me in. They text me with a confirmation date a week or so out and then text me on that day when they were in their way at the scheduled time they promised. The demo went smooth and their team were professional and left my kitchen clean even though it was demo'd . They scheduled me a week out for the install on the following Friday. We received a calll Thursday with some not so great news but I can confirm, it not their doing and things like that happen. But what I appreciated more was them identifying that there was a slight mismatch in the stone and instead of forcing the install, they called me and told me what they were going to do to make it right. What I thought was going to be a major delay, really was only delayed until Monday. It came out better than we anticipated. They were honest, affordable, professional, clean, and punctual. I did reach out to other companies, some responded some did not. As my remodel progressed, and changes were made, communication was excellent (to get updated pricing, and other questions answered). I have had my new kitchen for about a month and a half now, and still find myself telling my husband how much I love the kitchen, how much easier it is to cook in, etc. Bereth and Yader made my dreams come true! I was using Home Advisor to find quotes and received a million phone calls and emails with quotes that were 5-10x the price that I was hoping to spend. Bereth really worked with me on customizing and giving me all of the options to help to stay as close to our budget as possible (while still recommending some upgrades that were well worth the additional money). Bereth was super patient in waiting for us to have all of the funds together and then we started working! I needed to make two holes in an existing marble kitchen counter. Yader came over with Jose. Both guys were extremely professional. Got the job done flawlessly in less than 10 minutes. He warned me as a doctor would before a surgery that marble is a natural stone and could crack depending on how it was installed but he said he's done thousands of these holes over the years and has not cracked any so we should be OK .
