His quote to rebuild the scaffold of the closet was very fair, and the re-installed closet looks great once again! This is a great local small business. After waiting for half an hour, I called the company myself and was then told that they don't service my area for smaller projects. I completely understand if my project isn't a good fit for the company, but this should have been communicated when the appointment was made, or at the very least sometime during the two weeks we were waiting for the consultation. We cleared our schedule specifically for this appointment, so it was very disappointing and unprofessional to be left waiting with no notice. A simple phone call ahead of time would have avoided the inconvenience.

We recently completed our second project with Israel and his team…read more Our first project together was our office renovation, and we had such a positive experience with the team that we decided to move forward with a full kitchen remodel, which was obviously a much bigger and more detailed project. Like any major renovation, there were definitely moments of stress, miscommunication, and unexpected issues along the way. I think people should go into any remodel understanding that no large project is ever completely perfect. What mattered to us was that Israel and his team consistently tried to work through concerns, accommodate requests, and make things right when issues came up. One thing I especially appreciated was the patience from the team during the finishing stage. They were willing to listen, adjust details, and help troubleshoot things. That kind of attitude matters a lot during a renovation because there are always small things that come up after living in the space. In the end, our kitchen turned out beautiful, and you can tell a lot of care and hard work went into it. When we first saw our new kitchen cabinets by Haynes, we felt immense gratitude and relief. The…read morefinal result made our once cramped kitchen feel spacious, and the beauty and craftsmanship was simply unmatched. We had just gone through the painstaking process of throwing away new cabinets made by another company, as they were not to code and didn't fit our space. Finally that saga had ended, and our dreams had come true in a beautiful shade of whitewashed red oak. We did hire a layout design specialist prior to meeting Charles, but the company took our design a step further and concocted a very ingenious shape for the lazy susans to maximize storage. The drawers on our base cabinets are deep, spacious and close softly. It's amazing how much we can store now. As with all renovations there were some delays getting the ball rolling, but the final result was well worth the wait. Their fabulous builder, Alfred is incredibly helpful and has called me personally to talk through things. The installers were also top notch. Thanks again, Haynes for a job well done!
