The granite was cracked in the back of the kitchen faucet. I was afraid they would just repair it and move on as so many other companies have done. Instead, to my surprise they were able to find a piece of granite that was an exact match to mine and they were able to replace the cracked portion of the granite. The sink now looks like nothing had ever happened !! For them to find the perfect match was amazing !!! Just sorry it took me so long to write this review Love this company !! Claudie F. Burbank

In return I received an utterly ridiculous, scripted and irrelevant reply from 'Maria' requesting: 1. In home visit to review project details and take 'precise' measurements. Not surprising as they want to sell more than I asked for. It's a TABLETOP, 54" diameter. How hard is that? 2. Address and phone number - evidently so they and their network can plague me with solicitations. 3. A layout or drawing of the project. It's a TABLETOP and I provided a photo. 4. If project is on ground floor or are there stairs - it's clear in the photo I provided. 5. Do I have the stone and what type- this was evident in the original request for a quote. I would at least expect them to say "in a recommended thickness of 'x', it's x-dollars for marble, y-dollars for quartz, etc Overwhelmingly pathetic first interaction.

I was looking to upgrade my kitchen without completely renovating it so decided on replacing my…read morecountertops. I found this company on yelp and was also recommended by some on next door app. The company had excellent ratings and did work for some well known designers. Not going to lie, I was expecting a very steep price. I sent my info on yelp and they responded promptly. They had an option for virtual estimating so I send them some photos, dimensions, and some details. Bereth called me back to ask some follow up questions and then had an estimate ready for me that same day. I was pleasantly surprised with the price but because they never came out to inspect, I was expecting the price to change as we got into it. I contracted them for the job and they scheduled me in. They text me with a confirmation date a week or so out and then text me on that day when they were in their way at the scheduled time they promised. The demo went smooth and their team were professional and left my kitchen clean even though it was demo'd . They scheduled me a week out for the install on the following Friday. We received a calll Thursday with some not so great news but I can confirm, it not their doing and things like that happen. But what I appreciated more was them identifying that there was a slight mismatch in the stone and instead of forcing the install, they called me and told me what they were going to do to make it right. What I thought was going to be a major delay, really was only delayed until Monday. It came out better than we anticipated. They were honest, affordable, professional, clean, and punctual. I would definitely use them again and/or refer them to friends or family.

I can say with confidence that Dennis and Andrew are among the best of the best. They are professional, communicative, detail oriented, and extremely respectful. They installed more than 1000 sq ft (yes, that's not a typo!) of irregular terracotta tile throughout our great room and kitchen, and I could not be happier with the results. It's just the two of them so the project took time, but there are literally no mistakes. The precision is unparalleled. We loved the results so much that we quickly hired them to waterproof and tile a 100 sq ft bathroom. Our ideas for the space were less concrete, and Andrew was able to advise on how to best tackle tricky areas like the shelf and edge of the pony wall. Again, the result was magnificent. With the massive projects we tasked them with, they were working in our home for weeks, and we didn't even mind their extended stay given how courteous and clean they were. When they were leaving on the last day, I was already showing Andrew pictures of ideas for our kitchen backsplash and second bathroom. I cannot recommend this father son team enough.
